On time. Nice scenery. Cordial crew. All food costs extra. Completely full. Glad it was only 2 hrs.

Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this.
I purchased a business class seat, fully paid six months in advance. There was a last minute change in the type of aircraft, I was downgraded to economy plus. BA never tried to contact me in advance or gilve me any other options. It was a nasty surprise but I had no other choice.
Had to wait around while waiting forever to learn about gate. Were told that gat would be revealed 45 min before flight. It came about 20minutes before. It was a little harrowing.

I was fine with a 5 hour delay I was fine with my bags not being on the same flight as me I am not fine with finally receiving my bags 24 hours later soaking wet. Everything it dripping. I still have nothing to change into now and there was no compensation offered whatsoever. Never flying with this airline again.

Economy seating wasn’t that comfortable
The crew and food were excellent. A little more space between seats would be appreciated. The entertainment equipment was not intuitive or easy to operate. I still feel the airline did a great job getting us to London on-time and a pleasant flight.

The seat pocket in front of me was broken. I didn't want to make a fuss but one would have thought during checks pre-flight that should have been noticed and rectified. I was flying with my family including my 4 yr old and we had lots of toys to keep her entertained but had no where to put them apart from on our seats and tables when we were allowed to have them down.
Staff were excellent and very friendly, service was great, and the entertainment on board was very good.
We were waiting in our seats for about an hour before take off due to a need to de-ice the plane due to snowy weather. I think everyone would have been more comfortable in the waiting area while this happened, or at least given the option to do so.

The plane showed wear and tear. We paid for delta+ premium economy and an exit row. The seating map online was misleading and we ended up next to the bathroom. The exit row food tray was broken and was hard to even sit a good tray on. The emergency exit door isn’t well insulated and we were absolutely freezing cold the entire flight. The seats were hard and uncomfortable. The food was not good for international travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this flight. I travel the world and on long hauls the planes need to be cleaned well and seats in working order.

They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us.
The food service was good and the flight attendants were friendly.
The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been.

Headset jack only worked if the headset plug was in EXACTLY the right spot.

Free movies, TV shows, ok seats (but hey, it's a plane), great meals and service, and a pillow, blanket and water for each person. I really enjoyed both flights with Finnair and would gladly pick them again!
Check- in to arrival was what I would expect from a flight. It was my first flight with Finnair and I will fly with this airline again.

Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!

Paid economy comfort and did not allowed me to board on group 2 as advertised, eorst entertainment system i’ve seen in a long time, aparently the experience is totally different if you fly A350, Jfk-HEL fly the A330

Pretty good flight for a good price.
It would be so nice to have tea and/or coffee served before landing. oming in at 5am or 1am North America time is difficult and if you have to travel more that day a cup of coffee or tea sure would help. Serving tea and coffee at ten pm after serving dinner isnt good if you want to sleep..just keep it warm and serve it before we land.

Boarding was delayed a little due to weather as was takeoff. Cant blame them for weather but the connection was very tight.

Thanks for many up to date movie choices to watch. Crew worked hard to keep the toddlers in front of me happy. (and they were really good with them!)
Dislike posting of gate assignments in Edinburgh and London so late. Means I have to hightail it across the terminals, every time. Dislike the gate change posting late. Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas...
The crews were good and the que to board the flight was well organized.
Uncomfortable chairs with thin backing that allowed me to feel everything the person behind me was doing. The entertainment screens were not very clear.
