Suitcases are being moved around right at people heads and more than once I've been hit and seen other people be hit in the head by a suitcase. Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time,but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

Cons: "By mistake I booked my ticket for the wrong date Called to change it, wait time was over 2hrs went to the delta app and it cost me $200 to do it. Get to airport and ask for an up grade not possible but if I paid $200 when rebooking the flight I could have gotten one. Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing"

Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."

Which is the noisiest location with the least amount of room. On the flight back they put me in the second to last row, even though there were about 10 seats empty scattered throughout the plan. Staff were loud throughout this evening flight where everyone tried to get some shut eye. NOT kid friendly. overhead bins didn't fit the standard carry on correctly requiring everyone to place them sideways with wasted space and therefore not enough luggage room for everyone, crowding an already fully booked flight. A few more reasons why we'll never fly delta again"

VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Liked that they didn't charge for middle seat towards the front. I feel claustrophobic in the back but hate paying extra for seats up front. Cons: "I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?"

Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

Cons: "Almost missed our flight home because American Airlines lost/screwed up our round trip tickets. We were not able to check in quickly or efficiently, & service was appalling, staff was either poorly trained or uneducated. We tried using the kiosk to check in, to avoid the long line. That didn’t work, so we found help. They told us to retry, wasting time, finding out what we had already informed them of. They passed us off to another gate/service counter, who’s line was closed off. So we had to duck the divider. They then redirected us to the kiosks after we informed them it couldn’t find our reservations, so they tried (wasted more time) failed & sent us back to the line we were already in. After that wait we talked to the person at the desk, who also couldn’t find our reservation. They said “I don’t know it’s not in here, what do you want me to do?” I had to tell them to call a manager to get it fixed, we were going to miss our flight. They called & found the problem, then at 3:15ish reissued us tickets for our 3:30 return flight. Still had to get through TSA! There was also NO phone call to hold the plane or to arrange an airport people mover cart. They talked with the TSA agent who told us to go 2 checkpoints down where the line was shorter. So the American Airlines attendant told us to run. Turns out in Miami Airport there is almost a quarter mile of poorly labeled counter space. Went through TSA having 12 min before our reassigned flight left. TSA was helpful, & did their best to get us through quickly. We were then informed we were near gate 22 & our gate was 3, so rushing down another concourse we barely made our return flight home. Where we were forced to check our carry-on. My girlfriend was crying, we were sweaty (from hustling when we never should of had too), hungry, embarrassed, enraged, & not sitting together for our 3+ hr flight! Unacceptable after a 4hr drive to the airport in traffic & returning the rental car at 1:40!"

Cons: "american airlines does not care about the privacy of their passengers. even after several calls my information wasn't updated correctly and my flight confirmation was passed along to members who weren't even traveling. there was no in flight entertainment and in order to pick seats together i needed to pay extra (i thought i was flying with american not spirit) apparently the only way i can be helped is writing a letter to customer service which they will review within 10 business days. THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

It was boarding time and no agent was at the gate. 10 minutes past boarding time the screen shows that the flight is delayed 25 minutes... but wait, there is still no plane at the gate! After 45 minutes the plane arrived, again had to be "cleaned" and prepared for flight back to SF. Customers were told the flight was delayed because Air Traffic Control issues in SF, but there was no plane in sight... Again I felt we were being lied to. The plane was filthy with garbage everywhere still. I will never fly American Airlines by choice!"

Then after a slew of nonsense announcements about waiting for a new pilot, redirecting the destination, and basically misinformation about reboarding, we are told that the flight MIGHT be canceled; It has been nothing but one excuse after another and honestly after a 4 hour delay with no real answers, I really cannot find any reason to fly this airline ever again. Such poor service."

Once we were about to board the plane, we were told again that it was further delayed. The crew was cranky and tired as they had clearly been dealing with delay issues the whole day. There were no tv's on the flight and we were told there would be free wifi to stream to our phones, however the wifi was so slow that it couldn't even load a single picture from the internet. Oh, there were also no decent food options on the flight. I will avoid United at all costs in the future, as my flight down was also over 3 hours delayed."

Pros: "The seats were very comfortable - there was ample leg room. The attendant that was handing out drinks and snacks was very nice."
Cons: "Flight was delayed, which I suppose wasn't the worst thing. I've had nicer attendants. Many people had to check bags due to there not being ample room in the overhead compartments, however when I was walking to my seat I couldn't help but notice that many people had stored their purses, backpacks, and jackets in the overhead compartments. Many people in the front didn't have anything at their feet which could have saved at least some people the hassel of having to check their bags when they hadn't planned on checking any at all. When I offered this idea to the flight attendant to see if he couldnt possibly make an announcement or if he could ask if anyone could move their stuff he simple answered "Well you know what? No one cares." Although I can understand that must be very frustrating for him and the other flight attendants, I thought the situation could have been handled a little bit better, perhaps there should be a better plan for a situation like this to make sure the room in the overhead compartments is used in the most efficient way."

Pros: "Boarding went well. Lots of empty seats, so i had the whole row to myself."
Cons: "There was nearly a 3-hour delay because the plane was late arriving from Newark. Take-off was very bumpy;plane dropped and shuddered for a minute or so Considering the small number of passengers, the flight attendants didn't spread their time around any more. Just before the end of the flight, a crew member came offered a glass of water. It tasted so bad that I had to bring it to the back and dump it. The lfight attendant wouldn;t take it' he told me to wait for the next member with a trash bag."

Cons: "We where delayed for two hours or so, if you asked upon arrving during what should have been boarding you got a curt remark no information. There way no anouncement about a delay just one that the crew arrived, nothing about why we where delayed or estimation of time when we would board. Other delayed fights where getting information over the loud speaker. The attendants left the area came back when we could board and hurded us on the plane. Not a friendly face or smile. Everyone was tired, a little civility would have gone a long way"

Pros: "Very smooth and comfortable flight."
Cons: "So we arrived at the desk after a 7hr international flight ready for the final 1hr leg - only to be confronted with "flight overbooked" looking for 9 volunteers - how can you over book a 40 seat flight by 9 ???? So we had an anxious wait wondering if we'd be dumped from the flight - we weren't but it wasn't enjoyable waiting for the flight and our meeting with our grand kids."

Pros: "The plane was on time, the boarding process was fast, and the flight crew was friendly. Since the boarding took place at 5:30am the security line was short, there was a lot of space to wait, and people usually miss the early flights so we had empty seats and a lot of room on the plane."
Cons: "The flight was very cold to the point where several people were asking for a blanket but the crew did not, or could not, provide one and I was even willing to pay. Also since it was a 6am flight they only offered water cups and I would have appreciated maybe juice or coffee since it was almost 2.5hours flying and early."

Pros: "I liked that everything was on time and there was no hold ups"
Cons: "Food ...... Did not purchase so can't say anything about it but no one minded if we brought our own. No problems"

Pros: "The flight attendant gave me the whole can of bloody mary mix tomato juice. The captain got a wheelchair to come for me. Flight price was good! Skycaps were great!!"
Cons: "I am disabled so its hard enough dealing with small bathrooms, but to then find FILTHY TOILETS! Both toilets/bathrooms in economy were disgusting! There was pee or poop or menstrual blood on one of the toilet seats and just pee all over the other seat. I went into one toilet and came back out to go to the other one. I told the flight attendant and he just shrugged his shoulders and went back to eating his bagel. I had to clean off the seat! Peanut mix is not enough each passenger should get 2 packages. The flight attendants were not careful when steering that drink server thing and hit several people with it moving down the aisle. My wheelchair was not there when we landed and i had to wait for it. The seats in the back of the plane seem like the cushion is high in the back so you feel like you're almost standing! Not enough room between video screen and my face. Shouldnt have to pay for entertainment."

Pros: "I like that they had the zones set up so there was not a huge mob all waiting and having to fight through everyone. I liked that the flight had tv monitors and was able to have some entertainment for the 2hr + flight. The crew was helpful and polite."
Cons: "I didn't like that the price for the entertainment was $7.99 it would be nice if it was free or a little cheaper."

Pros: "I liked Salt like city, Provi, Sundance, Park city"
Cons: "but the united service is terrible, they cancelled my first flight an nobody offer a solution, i only can get ther because I called to the United call center on time... They move me to Delta, so much better"

Pros: "The safety videoing ."
Cons: "I'm handicapped and use a wheelchair as my main mode of travel then a walking stick for short runs. I didn't see even a basic attempt with assistance from ground crew helping my wife break down or assemble my chair. After door shuts plenty of empty seats in the economy plus and some in first, when I asked the attendant they were real quick to whip out the iPad charges to upgrade. Those seats went empty I stayed cramped. Kayak didn't show a box to check if you are disabled and need special seating or cart transport at airport."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. "Funny" crew is actually unprofessional and obnoxious. Seeing desperately poor passengers who were surprised to learn that a carry-on bag cost $50+ One woman was in tears because she had such a tight budget, so I paid for her bag. I won a "free ticket" with the Spirit hype, that turns out to be a farse."

Cons: "Missed flight due to plane malfunction. Had only 2 people helping almost 100 passengers some of which were losing flights by the minute. Then they expected you to be content with 7$ meal vouchers and a flight going out the next day. They don't value your time. Make minimal effort to ease the situation. In summation, spend the extra money on a more dependable airline. You end up paying for it with spirit."

Cons: "It proved impossible to get a password online so that we could check in and get seat assignments (on-line). This was a major headache and we ended up with undesirable seating flying both ways. We found the crew efficient, but they were more business-like and taciturn than friendly."

Cons: "Garbage customer service calls....Had to complain before anyone emailed mey new itinerary. Won't fly that airline ever again."

Cons: "The baggage fee was a surprise. Worse, the fact that it would have been less if I had paid in advance added insult to injury considering I was never informed that it COULD be payed in advance."

Cons: "Th list is very long but at the top, not only do they charge you more than anybody else for your suitcase, you're only allowed to take 40 pounds when everybody else allows you 50 pounds and then if you have to carry anything on they charge you another $36. They nickel and dime you to death. On top that I had to pay another $18 for my seat there are no seats that even recline and the seats were so narrow that it was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever taken. NEVER AGAIN!!"

Cons: "Wasn't asked if I wanted snacks or a drink. Drove by the first 4 rows without a word."

Pros: "I like the colors and the staff"

Cons: "There was a security breach at BWI so everyone in the security line was stalled until it got sorted out. It did eventually get sorted out, and I (along with another ~10 passengers trying to get on the spirit flight) made it to the gate with 10 minutes to spare before departure. When we got there, we learned that not only had the message about the security breach not been relayed, the flight had left 10 minutes early! They offered us refunds but could not put us on another flight until the next morning. I took the refund and bought another flight out. The next morning, I checked the receipt for the refund and Spirit had refunded my entire trip despite me asking them not to! So now I had no return flight to get back home. I called spirit and they said there was nothing they could do for me. No credit, no putting me on another flight for free, nothing. I ended up having to take two red eye flights over 12 hours to get back home. Absolutely awful experience, and Spirit still refuses to do anything to make it up to me."

Pros: "A flight that is delayed 8 hours is a flight that didn't happen. From the don't care attitude of the desk agents, and the ridiculous delay I chose to get a refund and book with a more reliable carrier."

Cons: "1. Unable to make our seat assignment. 2. To make my own seat selection I had to pay another $10.00 3. No food or the flight attendant just wheeled the cart right past my middle seat. 4. Cost for the one bag we carried/checked was outrageous. 5. Seats have very little room when trying to get seated and when seated. Poor comfort. 6. No more Sprit flights after we return from this one."

Cons: "I'm very upset that I was forced to pay $65 additional to get on my flight for a carry on bag, they told me if I didn't pay it "right now" the price will then go up to $100 for my bag. They told me there was nothing they could do, "I should have read about the extra fees". If I would have checked it when booking it would have only been 25, then ups to 45, then 65, then 100$. That's how their flights can be so cheap- they told me. It wasn't cheaper then the other flights! I just didn't know I was going to have to pay an extra $100+ dollars! That price is absolutely rediculous. If it was $25, or even $40 it would be reasonable. Are you kidding me- penny pinchers with no compassion. I will never fly this airline again. Honestly, if you add everything they charge you for, you'd get a better deal paying for Alaska Airlines. AT least they respect their customers."

Cons: "Wasn't clean, smelt terrible, the chairs were uncomfortable and the service was not as professional as I've experienced on other airlines"

Cons: "I don't know why they manage their flight time terribly, but two flight schedules (inbound and outbound Houston to LA) got delayed for almost 1 hours, which influenced my next schedule, so I missed the scheduled shuttles at the airport twice... It is so annoying."

Pros: "Major cattle call to get on the plane with 2x more people than would even fit at the gate. Spirit nickel-and-dimes you for everything ($45 to carry on a bag, $40 to check it). Took them a while to find my bag but eventually it showed up!"
Cons: "Spirit Airlines totally not worth it. For a few bucks more get the sense that somebody cares about your fate as a passenger!"

Cons: "Charged $110 for 2 bags??? Charged for soft drinks? NEVER will fly spirit again. EVER."

Cons: "Well the flight got cancelled. So the entire process was absolutely awful."
