The staff are very, very professional. It's what flying should feel like.
The flight attendant in business class was excellent! Professional, friendly and attentive.
A first class seat should fit a fat person, and this doesn't. The trays in the armrest are less functional than an ordinary tray in the back of the seat.
After changing the departure gate 5 times making us mo e from one side of the airport to the other and then back the flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. The male flight attendant had a bad attitude with the guest being condescending, disrespectful with people who were already on edge.
The flight attendants and the service is getting worse by the day.
Everything was good. Flight was very full so crew was busy. After we boarded and plane pulled away from the gate, we were delayed about 40 minutes- sitting on the runway - due to weather en route or at the destination. While weather is not the fault of the airline- it’s terrible to sit on a plane and not moving.
The smell from the bathroom kept wafting through the cabin. It made people sick.
Waited for oxygen tanks for 30 minutes after boarding was complete.
On time on a day with lots of weather cancellations on other flights. Thank you for getting me home during a winter storm!
Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.
Every connection was late but that meant I was not running from one to the next so that was a good thing. No one wants to miss a connection

The staff were very helpful. Definitely the stars of my experience. The seats were very uncomfortable.
Everything is an additional fee. No one said anything when I checking in and got my boarding pass about my small carry on suitcase. Charged me $100 at the gate for that little bag that I still had to take with me. Delays for both flights for no reason and then when I asked everyone said something different. Never flying spirit again. If it was just one thing maybe. This was a show from the minute I got to the airport.
Bad. I know TSA is a mess right now but they “overbooked” the flight and almost didn’t let 10 of us on. Can’t put even a normal backpack under the seat, tray table is barely a foot wide, have to pay for literally everything. Apparently you can bid on your seats, too, so really the baseline ticket only covers the possibility of maybe getting on the plane. The staff were nice though, can only imagine the stress they are under.
I was waiting in line for the restroom onboard, the flight attendant told me to step back two rows and stay on the carpet. She was rude and I expected a tik tok experience with me getting thrown off the plane. She was rude and frankly there was no where else to stand.
It was cancelled a few hours before take off. Spirit has yet to confirm I will be refunded for the trip
Horrible experience!! In the meantime we were in Philadelphia they didn’t give us some water and the information about the fly on the plane was without empathy!!! Plus the fly started with delay!! So very unhappy moment!!!
Spirit has always and will always stink. Absolute worst airline around.
Not seat assigned because overbooking. We could go because some people decided to give their seats.
