I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
The experience with American Airlines was good, although the Philippines Airlines flight was much better (better seats, better food, better entertainment options, overall better). Again, the MIA to LAX flight was fine, but nothing in comparison to the comfort and accommodations of the Philippines Airlines flight from LAX to MNL.
We will be writing a long, detailed letter to corporate about our awful experience with American airlines.
Food was ok, but not as good as I have had before on AA.
Pretty good. The food was just mediocre, the boarding and crew were good.
It was one of my worst flight ever. First they were changing the gate for at least 4 times, changing from gate D7 to D12 to D44. Considering the size of the Miami Airport, we are talking about long distance and the train at the airport was not working. Then the flight was delayed around one hour. Then finally we boarded into the plane and when everybody was seated, there was an announcement that there is an issue with one of the tire of the plane, so we all had to get out of the plane with our belongings, to replace the tire. So we had around 2.5-hour delay
The delays and cancellations kept me stuck in Miami for an additional 24 hours, and the whole thing seemed extremely disorganized
Fine. On time, cabin service was fine, bag arrived. All good. Flying into DCA so did not collide with any helicopters, which is also good. Horrid incident that could have and should have been prevented.
Flight was late and missed connecting flight. They could have better accommodated, but instead did an overnight and had to arrive the next afternoon.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
My flight was cancelled for “weather”. There was absolutely no bad weather along the course of my flight track. I missed my entire vacation with my family. I will never book a flight with spirit again
First time in a decade I threw up on the flight, turbulence was terrible!! The staff were kinda rude at times.
The most horrible flight ever not only Spirit delayed our flight 2 hours departure time for a 1 hour flight — that I could have driven FLL to TPA and spend less time on the road —- and they did the same on the return with 2-hr delay again!!! Then to top all, the rubber like and most unconfortable seats in the industry with no leg room!!! There should be an award for these kinds of companies measuring % of returning customers!!!
Horrible. Arrived at my gate at 6:37 for a 6:50 flight and was denied by staff to board. Literally watched my flight leave from the window and it didn’t take off until after 7am. Tried to talk to staff and they were rude beyond compare. Will never fly with this airline again.
We had to sit and wait for almost an hour after landing and taxiing to the gate. The jet bridge was broken so we just waited and waited and waited and it was inconvenient, hot, and unnecessary.
Flight was canceled and instead of rescheduling at the gate we had to go out to the ticket counter. Unruly kids kicking the back of my rows chair with staff to inattentive to say something.
I love a flight without turbulence and you guys deliver It’d be nice to have comfier seats and maybe some inflight entertainment and snacks but that’s for Delta
Everything was smoothly and convenient! Just stay in this way!
Terrible Airline I will never fly that airline again. Shame on you for recommending them.
