Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.
UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.
We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.
My last flight on 25 Dec, it’s Christmas Day, everyone happy and very good mood. I really enjoy traveling with Americans Airlines from Miami to Minneapolis my home town after long flight from lhe to Doha then Miami. Thank you again to make my travels comfortable and relaxed. Best regards
I like that the crew kept us informed but we moved back and forth from gate to gate before the aircraft arrived.
The experience with American Airlines was good, although the Philippines Airlines flight was much better (better seats, better food, better entertainment options, overall better). Again, the MIA to LAX flight was fine, but nothing in comparison to the comfort and accommodations of the Philippines Airlines flight from LAX to MNL.

The flight itself was great except for an air traffic controller delay. We left 30 min late but they made up most of the time in flight. The booking was frustrating, as we chose a certain flight and it was changed four times. We got to Orlando several hours later than the original flight we chose.
Everything was terrible. Flight was delayed several hours, crew was abrasive. Stuck on runway for over a hour. There was an argument between passengers that nearly turned into a fight while waiting to exit plane, crew did nothing. Took nearly 3 hours to retrieve luggage at baggage claim. Lost an entire day of vacation. Will never fly spirit again under any circumstance
More comfortable seats, free snacks and soft drinks, some sort of entertainment or WiFi.
Spirit has always and will always stink. Absolute worst airline around.
Not seat assigned because overbooking. We could go because some people decided to give their seats.
The flights were very uncomfortable the seats don't have much leg room at all and they are pretty hard as well.
Second time in 3 days I walked off the plane late. This time - almost an hour.
Boarding process was slightly delayed but took an extra long time which caused a 30 minutes delay.
Sprit being a value airlines providing flights for less prices, does its basic job. Flight was on time and ride was comfortable. Its did take off and landed on time. Luggage took sometime to arrive at carousal but that could be Newark airport issue.
Worst every experience travelling with Family. So much delayed while going and returning both. All airlines were time except this. not sure Spirit operational issues. No recommend Spirit. It may spoil your entire trip. Rather spent extra $ and book better airlines.
