Left /arrived on time. Decent seat space. Like the wifi/plugs and entertainment. Windows and tray table were kinda gross. Attendants didn't start snack service til 40mins before landing. Two rows before us, captain came on to say there's turbulence and recalled staff to seats. So, no drink/snack. Later, attendants didn't stop to see if we had trash nor even look our way. Felt invisible! Almost all pilot announcements were not only unintelligible, but so quiet. We had no idea what she said.

Gate agent was unhelpful for handicapped boarding. Flight attendant seemed untrained.

Clean planes and not take my comfort class seat away.

Weather caused a long delay, but the efficiency and updates from the pilot were helpful. We were able to make our connection fortunately.

Planes were clean, no water or snacks on either flight.

Aside from a completely packed plane, I really have no complaints.

Much better than Latam, the worse airline company ever. I hope I don't have the need to fly Latam ever in my life again.

The flight was operated by Latam. The aircraft had a technical issue and the flight was delayed for the next day. They grounded other passengers to get their airplane assigned to my flight. Most of he ground staff don't speak English (Orlando Airport), but were very polite. The crew on the other hand could speak English and Portuguese. On board service was good.

Flight was delayed it was hot while sitting on the plane, one engine was working on the plane until they had to do some jimmy rigging down the runway in order for the other engine to charge up. It was ridiculous

The flight was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.

Deleted flight made me loose my connection flight now stuck in Atlanta for a day

Apart of Sky miles delta. And they go everywhere in Brazil

Latam wouldn’t tell me how much checked luggage would until I was at the airport and they charged me the highest price possible. Besides that, it was okay.

We traveled with two young children, and it was not possible for our family to be seated together. No one offered help or assistance to organize seating so we could sit with our kids. In the end, we managed to find two seats in Economy so I could at least sit with one of them, even though I had originally paid for Comfort+. In summary, I had to downgrade my seat just to be able to sit with one of my children, which was very disappointing

I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money

I like this airline a lot no problems at all, except being forced to check a carry-on bag ., Overall very good airline

The assistance we received and the flight itself was wonderful. We will fly with LATAM airlines again, in the future.

Latam may be the worst airline in the world, far worse than even the lowest of low cost airlines in the USA. I wasted hours trying to PAY THEM TO CHECK A BAG! Then they misled me at the terminal, sent me through the wrong security line, the list goes on and on... Just absolutely terrible in every way. Avoid at all costs.

we were missing our luggage, trying to find someone to have any empathy was pretty much not happening....

We had several flights and they were all on-time and flawless

For a 4 1/2 hour international flight all we got was 1 small pack of cookies and a drink. You had to watch movies on your own devise.

I’m sure Business Class would be excellent. I feel like I got what I paid for. Overall it was good and well worth it. I would do it again.

This short sector between Miami and JFK was undertaken purely for business purposes, with efficiency as the primary objective rather than a full inflight experience. Overall, the journey met its intended purpose; however, the ground experience at Miami stood out significantly. During check-in, I was unable to link my frequent flyer details from Qatar Airways (oneworld alliance) through either the self-service kiosk or web check-in. The situation was handled exceptionally well by the check-in agent, who demonstrated remarkable ownership. She coordinated across multiple counters, ensured my frequent flyer number was correctly reflected, reissued the boarding pass, and confirmed that mileage accrual would be recognized. Additionally, she ensured the boarding pass reflected priority status, enabling a seamless priority check-in experience without delays. This level of proactive service was both commendable and impactful. Boarding and the inflight experience, operated by American Airlines under a codeshare arrangement, were efficient but largely transactional. While operational delivery was smooth, there was no visible recognition of oneworld frequent flyer status onboard. In comparison to the consistently personalized engagement typically experienced with Qatar Airways, this absence was noticeable—though understandably a potential limitation of codeshare alignment rather than a direct service shortfall. In summary, while the flight itself fulfilled its operational intent, the exceptional professionalism and commitment demonstrated at the Miami check-in counter was the defining highlight of this journey. Greater consistency in elite recognition across partner airlines would further enhance the overall experience.

The new planes (American Eagle) are beautiful and especially comfortable. The flight attendants are consistently professional and courteous. And, while it may seem inconsequential, the new liquid tube of coffee creamer—in contrast to the powdered coffee creamer—makes all the difference in a cup of coffee.

Bag drop was very disorganized in Miami. All main cabin passengers were shunted to just a few lanes and they had an equal number of lanes for first class passengers but there was nobody on those lines. They did nothing to bring the main cab and passengers over to the open lines and they just had employees standing there and doing nothing

Crew at the gate was very crabby and not at all polite. The plane was very hot the entire flight. And the seat cushion was very worn out.

The staff are very, very professional. It's what flying should feel like.

The flight attendant in business class was excellent! Professional, friendly and attentive.

A first class seat should fit a fat person, and this doesn't. The trays in the armrest are less functional than an ordinary tray in the back of the seat.

The employees at the gate were not communicating, they preferred to give the upgrade to pilots and not to the elite passengers Every flight I more disappointing, clients shooed be priority instead of other employees even if they are pilots, there was plenty room for pilots in economy

The crew was great! They waited for me as Air Canada flight was delayed by 1:15 hours from Ottawa to Toronto. I am a bit disappointed that we could only use wifi for entertainment but I survived! The only thing I would of liked is a more comfortable seat. The seat cushions are not thick enough for flights longer than 3 hours. Aside from that, everything was great.

The worst experience I've ever had because the "people" @ Avianca wouldn't let me fly because they said I needed a round trip ticket

Seating was tight. Seats don't recline. Initial flight was cancelled. Lost two days of vacation.

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.

It was delayed and I lost my connection flight to Cali and I missed my Mom's funeral

I actually upgraded to the medium level of seats from basic and even doing that it may have been physically the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had. They packed everyone like is a train to death camp. It was a red eye so I hoped to get some sleep but it was physically impossible to find a comfortable way to rest. I met other folks on the same flight and they said the same thing. It was an utterly miserable flight and if I have any other options I will never fly with them again

Not good, tried to purchase a first class upgrade and they couldn’t get it done. Was super uncomfortable the whole time.

Deplaning was a mess, I sat in business (seats are horrible) and the front door had a problem so we had to deplane from the rear exit. The stairs were not tall enough to reach so there was a large step down from the plane to the top of the stairs.

Staff are the rudest in the industry … awful customer service … will never fly Avianca again

Crew makes every effort to keep passengers content with comfort, food and drink. The seats on a long haul 757 are quite small with very little room for feet, especially with your personal item stowed under the seat.

This airline scams people into paying multiple times for their baggage. I prepaid $150 for my son's baggage roundtrip from Miami to Cusco. We he checked in at Miami, they said it was not paid for in their system and they would not let him board the plane unless he paid $88 for the baggage despite him showing the receipt that I had already paid. THEN, when he landed in Lima, they told him he had to pay another $73 for his bag to get to Cusco or they would not let him board...even though he now had 2 receipts showing he paid! I called to let them know of this error and that I wanted to be refunded for the additional $161 they charged him. I also wanted to make sure that it was showing in the system that we had already paid for the baggage so that this would not happen again on his return flight. They assured me it was in the system, but when we went to check in for his return flight, they said it was not in the system (despite me showing all 3 of our previous receipts and where it had come out of my bank account) and made us pay another $73 for his baggage or they would not let him on his return flight! I have called twice and emailed twice with no resolution. We paid $384 for one normal size and weight bag. They did the same thing to my mom on a flight the week before! I truly believe that they are scamming customers out of hundreds of dollars. I would like to know what agency I can report this fraud to as trying to address it with the airline has not worked.

Disorganized. Multiple flight time changes both ways and double dipping charging for carry on bags/checked bags. We booked directly through Sky to avoid 3rd party agent hassle. Unlikely to fly again with this airline.

Changed schedule without notice , canceled flight, mediocre competition, no help with the lost connecting flights.

Bare bones flight no entertainment minimal, if any food or beverage. warm beer only if you want a cocktail

Sky canceled our 8 am flight at 1 am. However Kiwi.com, who we used to book our flight (because sky airways online system would always give us an error message when we entered our payment information ) didn’t claim it was a cancellation but simply a 12.5 hour delay, and rescheduled our flight for 8:30 pm. This would have left us stuckk at the airport for 12.5 more hours, as we we staying at the Wyndham hotel at the airport. We were unable to request a refund this through kiwi because they don’t allow refunds for any schedule changes with less than 24 hours difference. Kayak and sky airline’s own websites showed the flight as cancelled. Only kiwi showed it as a very very very delayed flight. This way kiwi can keep our money. Ugh. We tried for hours to request a refund at the sky airlines website, but there was always an error at the very last step where you enter your refund credit card information. We ended up being forced to request refund vouchers which are good for 12 months but which we will likely never use. We ended up booking new flights with Latam airlines that got us out at 8:40 am.
