Cons: My flight was held back 2 hours because "a flight attendant called off". So I missed my connecting flight "I touched down as the connecting flight was supposed to take off". I was put on a standby list for a flight leaving later that night and I didn't get it. I was told I had to wait until 7am the next morning to get on a flight. After asking, I was given a hotel, cab, and 2 food vouchers. The taxi took me to the hotel united chose. I got there and there were no vacancies. I had to pay for my own taxi to a different hotel that luckily took my voucher for the other hotel. after all this mess I only got 2 hours sleep. The 7am flight waited for its connecting flights. This delay cost me a third of my trip and money on my first night at my hotel.

Cons: Get seated in a seat i paid extra 37$ for .very disappointed

Cons: There was a lot of turbulence and people screaming in fear, it always makes me feel better when the crew says something reassuring to make people less anxious.

Cons: Never have I ever traveled with frontier and had so many flight adjustments... felt like the plane ticket wasn’t worth what I bought for and it ruined a lot of my plans during my stay. I ended up losing $120 dollars due to missing a concert.

They delayed the departing flight and parked our flight in the gate next to it. When we arrived the crew announced that this was happening and would we please remain in our seats until these passengers could get out of our plane. As a result these passengers made their connecting flight. I thought that was very helpful of Spirit and say good job.

Pros: I was originally booked through jfk with an 80 minute layover. When I told a delta.help desk employee i feared it was too tight (I flew out through jf k and that was enough to convince me...) he booked me through Atlanta with a.comfortable schedule. Thank you!

Pros: The crew was very nice. They all smiled and gave off the impression that they loved their job. I don't normally enjoy flying. But I got lucky and sat next to a friendly person.

Cons: No snacks offered. The intercom made the first class flyers sound like they were more important. The guy in front of me was upgraded. And the lady said "for some reason your seat was changed to 1A" and they both chuckled. I don't need to hear that.

Cons: The plane departure wa two hours late leaving causing missed connections. There were two United employees at the counter and one left. They were to help us change connections so te line was long and VERY slow. Half of us didn't get the connections changed. We de larded in Houston with connections that were unreasonable. United employees rude and not helpful. I had to fly to San Francisco then to Ontario making a long terrible day.
