Pros: "Like everybody else I didn't like the carry-on/ luggage payment. But you can still take one personal item(laptop bag/purse) for free. Also with cheap air-fare, I really don't have to complain about anything! All the details regarding boarding pass, online check-in, baggage, seats, etc is mentioned on their website, so if you don't choose to pay attention before boarding the plane then its not airline's fault. My flight was delayed 3 times. But I was informed well in time through automatic updates I signed up for. Frontier's Google App is very helpful to track the flight status, etc. Staff was very kind and courteous. Airplane was clean. Thank you for serving chilled water. I appreciate it."

Cons: "The flight had been delayed 4 1/2 hours. This was because they were waiting for another plane to arrive due to mechanical problems. The plane seating is cramped and no leg room. Nothing special about your flight attendant.."

Cons: "I was sitting near the front, (row 5) and wanted a cup of coffee. The stewardess served the seats in front of me total of 3 cups of coffee. When she got to me, she said there was not any more coffee available!!! So... why do you make less than one pot of coffee on each of your flights? This was really weird!"

Cons: "I nicely asked the kid, about 8 years old, not to kick my seat. I explained every time he kicked the seat, he was also kicking me. His mother apologized, but she went back to her reading and it continued. !"
Cons: "Flight crew was rude to passengers, and during the overnight flight had a three hour long very loud conversation about their personal lives. Any passenger that approached them was treated poorly. The airplane floor and seats were dirty upon arrival. As with any low budget airline, the seats were uncomfortable and there were no entertainment options. Check in was a nightmare with insane lines and passengers barely getting their bags and check-in figured out before rushing to the gate. Recommend arriving three hours early if you don't want to wonder if you're about to miss your flight through the checkin and bag drop process."

Pros: "On the bumped flight they said I now had an assigned seat and could fly home. The $600 paid for my hotel and taxi, there and back to airport, and of that money had to pay an extra day for parking for my car home airport, the extra day for my pet, oh and the penalties for not giving 24 hours of my change of plans, but at least they offered some money for displacing me."
Cons: "Was not even asked to volunteer to up my seat, I was told that there was no seating arrangements, to find a seat, when I saw there was no seat and when I went to ask where I could sit, they said we had three flight crew members needing to fly, so since your involuntarily giving up your seat here is $600.00. Since there were two others who were displaced and screaming, I just left. I think that that was Spirit's plan all along."

Cons: "Having to pay for a seat and baggage after buying a ticket. I got an earlier standby Delta flight on Friday so I skipped the first Spirit flight (which ended up being delayed anyway). On my flight back to Denver today, I found out in the terminal that my entire trip was cancelled because I missed my original outgoing flight. I was never notified of this cancellation through email or phone call. I was then asked to pay another $200 for a one way ticket back to Denver. Luckily I was able to fly standby on Delta again instead. Never flying Spirit again. Terrible customer service as well."
