We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."

The lunch was ok, but then the snack (multiple small items) was offered about 4 hours before landing and then an additional snack (mini pot pie) was offered about 2 hrs before landing. This is too much action for people who are trying to get some sleep. Also, abrupt and hard landing."

I had no clean clothes and had to throw out my contacts because I had no solution. I also couldn’t use the meal voucher they gave me because everywhere in the airport was closed by that time. No stipend was given for toiletries or food delivery. Very unimpressed."

The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant."

Cons: "My flight ended up being canceled due to weather which was understandable. I explained to the attendant at the counter that I had to get to Denver because I had my brother who is a minor meeting me at the airport in Denver and I did not want him alone by himself in a place he'd never been. when trying to reschedule my flight at the counter the attendant was rude and told me I had to call united myself to reschedule my flight. I was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they had one flight leaving the next morning to denver but it was completely full. Which defeated the purpose because I was going to have to fly back home the following Sunday. So I stuck around and tryed to find a flight to Denver and I over heard the couter attendant book another customer to Denver for that evening when I was told I had to call united myself and pretty much was told I could not be helped. I ended up having to pay another airline 538 dollars to fly my brother to Tulsa instead so he wouldn't be stranded in Denver because I wouldn't get there till the following day. I'm very disappointed in united and there lack of customer service. I especially don't like being told I can't be helped when the attendant at the ticket counter clearly helped someone else. I am so disappointed in my experience with united and will never fly with them again."

My whole flight was canceled as a result. The front desk guy was smug and extremly rude. The Tech support and this representative offered 2 different "Facts" on what could be done. As a result I was forced to pay for a hotel and miss a day of work. All because I wanted to spend extra time with my family. I have nothing possitive to say about your product and as a business owner Im embarrassed for you."

I was also allowed to board the wrong flight, and sat there until another customer boarded with the same seat assignment. That's how I learned that my flight was canceled.The United phone line was not helpful. Then, I stood in line FOREVER. After 2 hours of standing in line, they set up a dedicated line, and all of a sudden it was helpful. I'm never not flying southwest again. I'm praying my luggage makes it to where I'm going. AND no wifi on either flight. That really sucks."

I went to the lady at the front to see how much longer I had before boarding so I could figure out it I had enough time to get tea. When I asked her she signed really loudly and said five minutes. When I turned around, I looked over my shoulder and she was rolling her eyes at the guy next to her. I get that she probably has to do that a lot, but I spent money to use United and she shouldn't have responded a rude attitude or rolled her eyes. She has a job to do like everyone else."

Pros: "Overall it was a great trip. We left a little late a both connections, but arrived on time so that's good."
Cons: "The only thing two things I'd change would be our plane arriving back the Kalamazoo on time. It wasn't even in Kalamazoo very long. The other thing I'd change would be having the two people helping with boarding speak more clearly on the intercom. I seriously couldn't understand much of what they were saying. Also, there's not much select for pop in your store."

Pros: "The time it took to get there"
Cons: "One of the crew members was very rude with an attitude the guys that sat next to us where loud and annoying"

Cons: "Crew member disrespectful, didn't even get a drink even tough I was ad the middle of the plane."

Cons: "The plane was absolutely filthy.. crumbs on seats debris on floors. Dirty arm rest and seat backs"

Pros: "The inflight snack was a waffle of sorts, very delicious. Boarding was fast and simple"
Cons: "Didn't realize I couldn't bring a rolling carry on, most of the flight had to check their bag at the gate. The steward was weird, he kept hitting on the guy in front of me, which isn't a big deal except he came by frequently and only serviced that one passenger."

Pros: "I liked that it got me to my destination"
Cons: "No entertainment, really uncomfortable, arm rest don't go up, planes are not cleaned from previous passengers, flight attendants hardly smile and don't interact as much as other airlines, delayed flights every time I fly with United."

Pros: "Loved the roomier seats and leg room."
Cons: "Would've been better without the bag fees. Only tried them because Southwest was full but overall a great experience"

Pros: "No one sat next to me on the airplane. It was a smaller airplane so i appreciated that with my long legs."
Cons: "My flight was delayed several times which set me behind, but was good because of my first flight being delayed as well."

Pros: "Free and wonderful entertainment! Music, videos, it was really quite wonderful thank you!"
Cons: "It could be a mind @/!* walking by super luxerious angled seats in first class then to arrive at the rows of what I thought were no longer existing 80s seats, however I'd like to think that had nothing to do with how sore my back was during this flight. I've never had a problem sleeping before but these were horrible seats :( And a suggestion would be to undate the whole plane or not at all, not brand new seats in front and super old ones in back. It's a weird feeling."

Pros: "Our flight was delayed for four hours. However, an attendant at the United Airlines counter was kind enough to go ahead and book us for a later flight out of Houston so we would make it home without much of a delay. Overall everyone was very nice and helpful."

Cons: "Delayed 3 times. United is known for delays, everyone jokes about United delays!"

Pros: "The boarding and deplaning process was very fast. Most likely this is due to the fact that it is less expensive to check a bag than to carry one on, so there were way fewer bags overhead than on a typical flight with another airline."
Cons: "Be prepared to pay if you want to eat or drink. All items are for purchase only. I don't think that my seat reclined at all (and I wasn't near an exit row), so no sleep for me on my almost three hour flight."

Pros: "FRONTIER EMPLOYEES maintained a friendly attitude despite the chaos."
Cons: "Baggage check-in had one very long line. I waited 40 minutes to simply check my bags. My two small bags were expensive to check (compared with other airlines). After all expenses there were no savings over other airlines (other airlines with better service and better jets). Frontier has NO TSA PRE CHECK PROGRAM!!! Initial flight it was a big nuisance, return flight it was even worse. The security line was at least a 2 hour wait. The Frontier flight in the gate next to us left without 25+ passengers because they were still in line at security. The flight: this was the roughest most frightening flight I've encountered. I found myself having to calm down the passenger next to me. We arrived 40 min late. Return trip: my luggage didn't appear and I had to file paperwork at the ticket desk on another floor. The 2 pieces of luggage were found and delivered to me 3 days after. Case closed. I don't mind the no-frills interior & seats that don't recline. I can bring my own snacks and beverages. But this airline disregards the value of my time."

Pros: "Crew was excellent"
Cons: "Ridiculous up charges to be sure my 7 year old and I could sit together!!! And charging to bring any luggage, carry on or not, is absurd."

Pros: "The crew members were very nice and the entire flight was fine.. baggage arrived quickly. No problems with anything."
Cons: "Hate having to pay more for seat selection, baggage and refreshments. Will never fly frontier again for these reasons."

Cons: "Cancelled my flight and lost a day with my son."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The flight was cancelled and could only be rescheduled via phone, which took over 3 hours. At that point, we had to pay $138 per person for a flight the following day. We also lost $90 for baggage and seat fees which was not reimbursed. I'm still in shock about how poorly this situation was handled by Frontier."

Pros: "Flight was on time and staff very good."
Cons: "Tray tables were very small and seats were thin, hard and narrow. Definitely a low cost airplane on the interior. Surprised we had to pay extra for a seat when we printed our boarding passes."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled after waiting 2 hrs. Tried to use the 1-800 number they gave. During the 1 hour call, I was initially told I could get to Orlando late, then after multipal waits, I was told nothing was available until the next day late. I tried to cancel the flight and get my money back because it was a long weekend trip. Frontier has you fill out a request and will not give a decision for 7 days. Terrible service."

Cons: "Charged for every thing seats, luggage, . Took over an hour for luggage. They waited for the next Frontier flight about half an hour then brought lugage from both flights at the same time. Not enough to get me back to Frontier!"

Cons: "Outrageous bag fees. Need to read the fine print, since $80 per person for bags fees is significant."

Pros: "Left right on time. The crew was excellent. Everything was great. Would definitely fly with Frontier again!"

Pros: "Courteous crew while boarding. + My flight was on time and even arrived early. ++ The crew was very professional in their jobs, from boarding to offering drinks and snacks. Even though I declined. Always had a smile. However I think while getting off the plane they could have been a little more greatful or thankful. It was really no big deal. But she seemed a little nerved. Maybe she had a moment. We all do. Overall great flight."

I fly about 4,times a year. Would be more app to using your airlines on a regular basis if this problem was resolved."

This raised the cost of the flights from $200-$400 For my wife and I to sit together. That was not an optional expense because the seats are so small that my legs were too long and it was not simply uncomfortable. I did not fit in the way of legroom. There should have been some information explaining this while I was booking the flights"

Cons: "I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight."

Cons: "5 hours delay"

Pros: "The cost, the ease of booking, everyone was extremely nice. The 'Pilot' or who ever keeps us updated on flying & weather conditions had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained. The plane was clean & looked brand new. It was cheaper and easier to check a bag than mess with a carry on, if you set it up when you purchase your tickets. I had purchased a soda before boarding but the gave me a glass of ice at no charge (some places charge for the cup). No extra cost for seating unless you want a specific seat. We definitely plan on flying more & recommending it to family & friends. Plus it's cheaper than driving"

That was seriously lame. Also, no Wi-Fi, in this day, you've got to have Wi-Fi, drop the carry-on charge and I'm sure folks will gladly pay for internet on the plane."

Pros: "Previous experiences with Frontier were fine, what you would expect with a low-cost airline."
Cons: "Flight was canceled. Only offers from the airline were rebooking at a later flight (only available one was FOUR DAYS LATER) or a refund. I don't expect the world, but they could have been more helpful in trying to find me a way home, or at least giving me a voucher or something that would make me consider flying with them again."

Cons: "Everything is charged, and the airline appears to me as greedy and exploitative. The price for the trip does not include carry-on. I admit that not knowing the policy is my fault. But the policy is quite odd, and I feel as if I were cheated. The receptionist at the counter was rude to me. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. Anyway, the plane landed safely, after horrible ups and downs (perhaps due to the conditions of the destination?) Thank you for your service. I just think that your manner is ugly."
