The worst thing about is u never never can get someone to answer your phone There is no phone number to call they don’t respond to emails u just can’t do anything if u need them
This is my second time within two weeks using them. I have bad experience with their Internet. They charge me $35 for Internet worked only for 15 minutes and then disconnected and they don’t even give me a credit or refund my money or give me a voucher about the food. It’s very bad test. There is no test actually and barely cooked still raw.
They cancelled the flight while we were at the gate. Then they rebooked me for the next day but then that was missed because I now have a connection and the first flight took too long to get to the airport. Right now sitting in the hotel until the next flight. Worst trip
POOR. The gate changed 5 times. The plane was late. The waiting crew and the desk staff were gossiping and chatting amongst themselves about the maintenance and plane issues. No water service on the plane after the long delay. Even after I asked for a water. I was in seat 1A. Single crew member we saw sat in the seat the whole flight on his phone. After a stressful boarding process and delay- it was REALLY disappointing.
I was most disappointed with the flight crew in business class. They were not attentive at all. Everything I needed, I had to ask for. They did not offer refills, did not ask how the meal was, did not offer anything else when I didnt like the drink that was poorly made. When I asked for snacks, they told me to go to the front and look at what was set out. This was the worst RJ business class crew I have ever encountered. They made me feel like I was a bother - even for a simple water. No smiles. No thank you. No my pleasure. These are the reasons you fly business class. At least the crew can smile and act like they are happy to be there. For 14+ hours, I felt like an inconvenience. Poor review.
Crew was apathetic, in seat hardware was old and barely functional, WiFi (which I paid for) didn’t work for half the flight (I was refunded). They gave 2 meals on a 13 hr flight, whereas Etihad gave 3.
I’m still stuck with no hope in sight. They haven’t even provide a hotel for keeping us for two nights.

Short handed at the check in counter. There was only one person and so many people waiting
The flight was fine. There were a lot of babies and toddlers that did not do well on a 12pm flight that lasted for 13 hours. Some were awake and cranky all through nap time and bed time. I don’t understand why Royal Jordanian does not have WiFi on its planes, even for a fee.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Incredible. The upgrade to Business was a phenomenal way to end my trip, beyond grateful for the generosity and hospitality.

I flew four flights on British Airways within two weeks. I was unable to download the boarding pass to my phone for any of the four flights. I could check-in for my flight but the system would not give me boarding pass. I tried multiple ways and multiple times. I discovered many other passengers also had the same issue with their boarding passes. No explanation or acknowledgement by BA.
We loved our flight attendant, Emma from Scotland, the meal and entertainment offerings were wonderful, the flight was smooth, and enough leg room to stretch. We would fly with you again!
Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.
Could be better in all aspects. Poor communication. Rude staff
The seat design was comfortable (better than any I've been in recently, to be honest), but unfortunately the arm of my seat was broken so I had to mess with it for the long flight. But the crew and service were phenomenal.
