Cons: My luggage it get lost and delayed, im at home 2 days latter and I can't do anything cause my luggage still not her. Houston airport baggage people has enough time to put it in a plain that was going to my final destination (Guadalajara), after I got there and still waiting for the next flight wondering if my luggage was there and nothing. My whole trip was absolutely terrible, worst experience ever!!!!

Cons: Our flight was canceled for no reason making us lose 1 day of vacation. The airline didn’t even bother to contact us.

Pros: This was a Delta codeshare on KLM metal. We left on time and arrived early. The crew was very professional. The bathrooms were very clean.

Cons: The seat in Economy Comfort was awful. Not enough padding and no place to put my feet because of a very large entertainment control box on the floor.

Pros: The flight was delayed several times due to bad weather in Tampa. The gate agent was good at explaining the problem and said it was the FAA that had put a ground stop in place. It was nice to be informed about what was going on.

Cons: The cabin was very noisy -- don't know if the AC fans were cranked up or what, but the constant roar made it difficult to converse with the crew about snack and drink choices.

Pros: Crew was good. As always not enough leg room if you are taller. Resent having to pay extra for more leg room.

Cons: I didn't thing the recline would be a big deal for me but it's just a little uncomfortable. There is no extra room between see a on the same row, and now leaning of any sort. I don't think I would fly with them for a longer flight.

Cons: We tried to leave on Thursday the flight was cancelled another flight was on Friday but it was full so we didn’t even get to take a flight...Hopefully I can get my refund for my tickets so I can take another vacation.

Cons: The seats were less padded than expected but were surprisingly bigger. They don’t recline. I brought my own “padding” and slept through the flight

Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.

Pros: Seats are pretty comfortable - appreciate adjustable head rest, both side flaps and vertical movement. Staff very friendly, pilot communicated well.

Cons: Frontier has problems with all of their flights I think , not just the one I was on . I fly them only when I have too , meaning no one else fly's that route or is just way too expensive . Sometimes they tell you they are delayed , other times you find out at the gate , then sit and wait .

Pros: I was originally booked through jfk with an 80 minute layover. When I told a delta.help desk employee i feared it was too tight (I flew out through jf k and that was enough to convince me...) he booked me through Atlanta with a.comfortable schedule. Thank you!

Cons: Seat assignment with Economy ticket. More than willing to be asked to move for family seating, etc. Just feels nicer knowing you have an actual seat.

Pros: Compared with other Spirit Airlines flights, the legroom was adequate. I was able to sit by my girlfriend by changing seats with other travelers, which was awesome and free-of-charge.

Cons: I had a very large man in the middle seat next to me. I was in the window seat. He leaked over into my seat which made it very uncomfortable especially when he fell asleep. I know the airlines can't do anything about this but he should pay for a larger seat.
