Pros: "Excellent Customer Service and very comfortable seats."

Pros: "I'm used to being spoiled by Hawaiian Airlines. By comparison to Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian is a lot warmer with customer service, they are more efficient, they give you a free meal for trans-pacific flights, and they give you a screen or full entertainment system (depending on what kind of airplane you get). Alaska Airlines, by contrast, is a lot more bare-bones. I hardly had any contact with the flight attendants (when I did, they were nice enough I suppose), there was no food on the flight unless you paid a good penny for it, the seats were pretty average, and there was nothing really to watch (not even a common screen for movies, and this was a trans-pacific flight). You had to order their entertainment iPads. So I pretty much slept. That said, both Alaska and Hawaiian have good prices. Alaska had better options for departure and arrival times."

On top of that, flight attendant Angel was pretty rude, told another flight attendant that she should make people wait when trying to get back to their seat and the drink cart is in the aisle. Ended up paying for in flight wifi to tell them my flight was late. Overal this was an awful flight."

Cons: "The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."

When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

This aircraft had screens, but not individual ones so you're stuck watching whatever sitcom replay they pick, although there is a moderate selection of other music. I've been on a newer aircraft with the in-seat power and interactive screens so I know how good it can be, so this was a little disappointing."

Horrible disorganization at boarding. Board from back to front for goodness sake...its common sense."

I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude."

We then had to sit on the runway for 40+ minutes until we could take off. Since we were traveling with two small children, it would have been preferable to spend those extra 40 minutes in the terminal rather than on the plane."

Cons: "Terrible connection with ear plugs, video surface kept cutting out, video screen (for seats over wings) were inadequate, and, while lunch main course for lunch was very nice (manicotti and red wine), all other food stuffs were terrible tasting or of poor selection. Was surprised that in-seat/individual computer screens weren't available for trans-oceanic flight."

Cons: "Did' agree with decision of Ua air to include unannounced stop at Rapid City to drop off crew as it was not a part of my scheduling ticket. A bit confusing at the gate w/ looking for flight to Fargo. Had to ask other passengers at gate what was going on."

He needed his meds and only wanted to help when they said there was too much baggage. Mr. Perrin had only one carrying with everything in it. The flight itself was fine and he had good aisle seats and wheelchair at all points, but the lost luggage with the important meds caused a problem. We hope United found it."

Cons: "I cancelled my flight a week before the time of departure they said that it'll cost me $99 to cancel the flight and $86.45 was supposed to be refunded. the lady told me it will take 7 to 10 business days when I called 3 days later on the 10th day I called and the gentleman told me that I don't get a refund I get a credit of the $86.45 that I can use to October 7th to use on any flight. My problem with that is I don't fly often and I had to cancel that due to my job. I feel that if I cancel a flight way in advance before the flight is being departed I should be able to get my refund back I'm sorry to say it is but I would never use this airline company again because if I knew that the first time. I wouldn't have done it. Oh I also found out because I keep getting updates from kayak of the flight that the flight was supposed to been I believe was 8:30 p.m. but due to rain it didn't leave Philadelphia Pennsylvania until around 11:45 p.m. so I'm kind of glad now I didn't go because my family member who I was going to visit would have been very upset because they had to stay up an extra 4 hours and they had to go to work the next morning."

Have to pay for your mixer if you buy an adult beverage?!?! They savings will have to be truly significant if I am ever to fly Frontier again. No service at all, felt like I was riding a fast bus"

Cons: "Frontier charges you for EVERYTHING. You can't even have a free carry-on or beverage on the plane. I won't be flying with them again."

Pros: "Do not use frontier. There was a snow storm 4 days ago and frontier us still delaying every flight. All other airlines on time. Flight in was delayed3.5 hrs and return was delayed 3hrs. Again it has been sunshine and nice the last 3 days but frontier insits the issues are not there fault but weather related. Pay the extra money and fly anyone else."

Clearly the higher end airlines are worth more money. Being crammed in a tiny cabin with 6 seats across is horribly unpleasant and isn't worth it. I'd rather pay the extra $200 to be on a real plane."

Pros: "My husband uses a wheelchair, and the boarding and deplaning went smoothly. Crew was friendly and helpful. Flights were on time in both directions, in fact we got into Denver more than a half-hour early. Price was good. I'm sure you get a lot of complaints, but I'm glad you charge for carry-on bags. It encourages people to check items rather than trying to overstuff the overhead bins.."
Cons: "Not sure why I;m being asked to rate Food and Entertainment; there was none on the flights. We paid extra for more legroom, and the seats were still cramped. I don't think my husband could have even gotten into a regular seat from a wheelchair. Of course, this is not unique to Frontier."

Cons: "Sitting in the airport for 3 hours to be told that we were ready, then have mechanical issues that delayed us another hour. After arriving in Denver we sat on the Tarmac for 30 minutes because another plane was at our gate. All I received was a $50.00 voucher for a future flight with frontier."

Pros: "The crew were courteous and professional. The plane looked solid and handled decent. The 5 hour delay and over a hundred dollars in hidden fees soured the experience a bit. As did flying across the country in, essentially, alastic folding chair. Decent for a short regional trip maybe, but don't get too courageous."
Cons: "The delay. The super duper long, horrible, delay. The tiny plastic chair with no leg space (that somehow costs "$50" extra because it was some sort of premium). The bag fees. Even carry-on's cost money here. Be careful. The no entertainment or even water provided in-flight. Domestic air travel isn't what it used to be, but this is basically the "rent a wreck" of airlines. I'm more of a hertz man."

Cons: "The one and a half hour delay leaving Philly and then the subsequent hour delay (half hour in the air and half over on the runway). Horrible experience."

Cons: "the baggage fees were extremely high. i would have paid a higher fare upfront knowing i didn't have to pay for my carry-on. i ended up paying an additional $90 for my carry-on! i also didn't like the fact that i had to pay more money to check-in online; i already paid for my fare, why do i have to pay some more? the seats were very uncomfortable, there was no wifi or entertainment on board during flight and you couldn't even get a free cup of water. EVERYTHING had a cost. the crew wasn't friendly, i wasn't greeted at either flight. i will neve fly frontier and i will sharing my experience with all of my family and friends."
