Then when I finally absorbed the cost of a change that was supposed to be covered - the new flight you booked me on kept changing itineraries and flight times (the reason it was not covered is that Aeromexico didn't convey to me or anyone what boarding classes and conditions were refundable and your reps were constantly confused and changed the story - each time finding a new hurdle). I will never book with Aeromexico again."

Cons: "On my way to Lima I flew through Mexico City. It took over three hours to get through customs and caused me to get to my gate minutes before the flight closed its gate. For this reason I made note to upgrade my flight so I could be close to the front of the plane and get to customs as quickly as possible. Aeromexico made me check my bag which is the SAME bag I came down with. Same size, same Weight. Their reasoning for this was because they had a full flight, yet I had paid extra to upgrade in the first place and their policy states you can bring on one carry on to store in the overhead. I'll likely miss my connection due to this. I will never fly Aeromexico again."

So please think about the passenger in the first place! The other bad experience is when I arrive Austin my baggage didn't come out as priority baggage! I need to wait almost 20min which cause me more time to go though custom."

Cons: "I was coming from colombia were I can take 2 bags free of charge then I was charged from mexico to NY for the second bag, this is unexpected and just seams wrong. the people were not helpful at all."

It felt like first class room and comfort so I didn't care at all. There were no tvs, but it's a very short flight so it's not a big deal."

Cons: "100% of my flights on AeroMexico have been delayed by 1 hour or more. In one case recently by nearly 4 hours. That if milely my random experience; it's still unacceptable, especially since they offer no apology or compensation."

We were all packed and booked our ride and shuttinlpg down the computer at the last minute when we noticed an mail after midnight telling us the flight was cancelled. We called and were told there was nothing they could do, due to connections and this was entirely their fault. Approximately 12 hours later we took a “red eye” thus arriving a day late for our hotel and car reservations. We were charged baggage fees and not sure if our priority boarding will be refunded."

Cons: "Dinner was so so but nice and hot. The breakfast in economy class was awful. The apple and cinnamon cake had too much cinnamon and left an aftertaste. The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

The worst part about this flight was that I traveled with my girlfriend and when I went to check in, 24 hours before, there were only single seats left and there were so many open seats together that were considered “preferred” and had to pay $80 for just one “preferred” seat just so we can sit together on an 8 hour long flight. The seat didn’t even have any extra legroom or anything, it was a normal seat. American Airlines is just trying to squeeze money out of anything they can."

Which I can understand. What I don't understand is why they continued displaying a mute TV set for three hours. Why not just shut it off? BTW, my daughter flew from LA to Boston that same day and exactly the same thing happened on her plane."

I wish I could return the favor to them one day, I bet they wouldn't like it very much."

The flight continued to be pushed out an hour every hour with no reason as to why. Our gate changed and we were told to line up for boarding, then we had another delay. The frustrating part was being told to line up to board only to see another delay. In total, the flight was delayed over four hours, being asked to prepare to board three times and with one gate change. This was not even the worst part, our new plane did not have WiFi, which was promised when booking. Needless to say, the entertainment was bleak. The icing on this flight from hell was when we hit turbulence and two bottles of wine spilt on another passenger and all over the floor. I understand that this happens, but none of the flight attendants attempted to clean up the wine and all the passengers where forced to smell cheap red wine for the remaining eight hours of the flight. I regret to claim that I will not fly United ever again."

Cons: "We had a two and half hour wait for the plane and no one could tell me anything"

Pros: "Can't beat a direct flight from Houston to sunny Mexico!"
