Cons: Flight was delayed more than two hours out of Missoula. Reason wasn't made clear by the crew. Updates from Alaska were good, but the extensive delay was a disappointment.

Pros: Six days later and the bag has not been found. The process for reimbursement had been intentionally designed to waste my time.

Cons: Bag recovery bureaucracy.

Cons: It was a passenger on the plane acting real suspicious. I didn’t like that. Also the seats was uncomfortable.

Pros: Standard bare bones Frontier flight.

Cons: There's a new terminal at the Austin airport that I didn't know about. Only way to get there was on a shuttle that added 25 minutes to my wait/drive time. Would have arrived earlier if I knew about the addition. Luckily, security was quick. $40 for a carry-on backpack is a little steep.

Pros: Cleanness, efficiency

Cons: The restrooms constant traffic and there are no participation’s or curtains to darken the lights and the constant interruptions

Pros: Very friendly crew that empathized with the plight of the passengers on board. The poor experiences throughout the journey could have been avoided if United changed it's policies and processes to become more customer focused.

Cons: So many small things add up to an overall poor experience on a flight, and it doesn't seem like United understands this. 1) WiFI was down. 2) Entertainment screens for several of the passengers on board were not working. The poor lady next to me had a broken screen, and combined with the broken WiFi, she literally just sat in her seat looking forward for several hours (after she finished the podcasts on her phone). 3) For a 5-6 hour flight, food (more than just snacks) were available for only about half the passengers on board. Apparently its an intentional policy of United to only have food available for a portion of the passengers. It wasn't even possible to purchase it if I wanted to because by the time the crew got to me, they were all out. 4) Baggage space under the seat varies wildly depending on your seat. For some reason, the aisle seat has the smallest space I have ever seen in my life (about the size of a shoe box). It was the first flight I have ever been on where I was literally not able to fit a small backpack underneath my seat.

Pros: The flight was not completely full, so there was extra room.

Cons: The choice of movies was poor. There were no charging stations for electronic equipment. The announcements kept on interrupting the shows. The crew did the bare minimum.

Cons: Boarding was a bit of a mess. Then we got stuck on the runway for 40 minutes. And I was frustrated because the inflight entertainment cut out. When it came back it was different movies so I couldn’t finish what I’d been watching. Also the WiFi didn’t work.

Pros: Service for wheelchair was excellent with staff at checking counters

Cons: Remote terminal which required walking stairs with carry-on bags, and two bus rides to reach the plane. No food other than packaged snacks in first class. No seatback video screen.

Cons: Both of my flights were delayed more than 3 hrs, causing me to arrive home after midnight. On my departing flight my air vent didn't work and on my return flight my light didn't work. very dissatisfied with my flights.

Pros: Alaska Airline is great to travel with because of the kind a courteous crew.

Cons: at last minute itinerary was changed.. instead of routing through Brisbane, was now routed through Sydney. Flight from Sydney to LAX was delayed by 4 hours, then missed flight LAX to LAS... overall long delayed arrival. Checked the route through Brisbane, and those flights we're all there, departed and landed all on-time... so wondering what the reason was for the change of the itinerary without a cause (no cancel or delayed flights through Brisbane)

Pros: The plane was very new and clean; entertainment options and food were very good; it was a good flight.

Cons: At baggage drop-DCA: Charged me for a bag when I had a status that allows 1 bag free; she would not listen, made me pay for it in order to check my bag and then told me to go over to customer service and ask for a refund.

Pros: The entire crew was hospitable & accommodating; I was very pleased with all of the flight crew!

Cons: My disappointment regarding my flight experience had nothing to do with the flight crew I met/seen/corresponded with; I was unhappy & displeased to pick up my new luggage with the top zippered broke off & missing.

Cons: The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.

Pros: United Terminal in Chicago had limited seating and dining options. Flight was overbooked, but boarded quickly.

Cons: Baggage claim at IAH took 45 minutes. Incorrect claim area was indicated for first 25 minutes, with over 200 people crowded around 1 claim area with 12 others open. Finally switched and bags took another 20 minutes. Baggage claim always takes over 30 minutes at this airport. Subway is rickety and outdated.

Cons: Late arrival of aircraft. Mechanical problems with navigation able to get through that but took off one hour late. The usual.
