Cons: My flight was delayed, before we ever took off for 1/2 an hour to an hour after we boarded the plane and came in to Orlando we had to sit for one hour because they didn't have anywhere for the plane to be par for us to get off their line they charged me $50 each way for my luggage which I wasn't supposed to pay anything because I had a smaller bag that measure the size that they said before I pay for my flight ticket period.

Cons: Late again

Pros: Price of the airline tickets.

Cons: Was the baggage fees.

Pros: Flight was fast and friendly!

Cons: The absurd baggage prices!

Cons: No tv, entertainment, charging

Pros: Why do I get asked 3x times if I am ready able to assist with a verbal yes. I get asked at baggage check in, again when I board by gate agent, and then again by flight crew. Is this FAA regulations to ask 3 Times?

Pros: Crew helpful and cheerful

Pros: Love this direct flight! So nice!

Cons: Wi-Fi, as usual, was not working. Plus, there were no screens in the seat, so passengers have to rely on their own smartphones/tablets/magazines/books to keep entertained.

Cons: Didn't appreciate gate change at last minute. Got to gate change only to hear announcement that it had been changed back to the gate we just landed at, with no time to grab something to eat. Then to find out we were delayed do to mechanical failure. Which still left us no time to grab something besides a bag of chips because there was nothing but mostly bars in that terminal.

Pros: Boarding, service, staff attitudes, on time and deplaning

Cons: plane was a bit old. tiny tv screen

Cons: Could not get entertainment interface with my tablet to work, especially since I paid extra to do so. Could not access live TV on my seat/chair screen.

Cons: Plane was delayed 90 minutes due to late crew. Plane was very old, only outside bins held carryons.

Pros: Great crew. Will fly with you again.

Cons: All was good other then waiting on the crew from housekeeping!! They took their sweet time cleaning so we could board.

Pros: The flight was on time, the airplane was new and clean, and the seats were comfortable. We enjoyed the crew and our bag was waiting for us when we got to baggage claim. What more could one ask for on a no frills flight?

Cons: Seats were rock hard, very uncomfortable. My flight from Munich to Kyiv on an older airbus 321 was better and my earlier flight from ElPaso on SWAir 737 were a hell of a lot better leg room seats were nice, go figure!
