No food/snack served during the flight. Crew wasn’t interested at all. Flew American First but flying low cost with Ryanair is even better
Good crew and a great experience. Only good things to say.
I was in a wheelchair and went from international to domestic. I was transferred to several different modes of transport and expected to give a tip at each transfer. I was, although, grateful to get to the gate in time for my flight.
The flight was good. The only reason I did not say “excellent” was the delay
They could have done a better job announcing the boarding groups and asked for more drinks (water) if needed.
The boarding process was incredibly slow, as was deplaning. They started beverage service and there was an extremely small amount of turbulence, so they discontinued it. They said they’d resume if possible, but even thought the rest of the flight was perfectly smooth, they didn’t bother. Getting our checked bags took longer than I’ve ever waited and they couldn’t even tell us which carousel they were coming out on, so everyone was running back and forth for 30 minutes.
Flight delayed from rdu due to too much fuel. Had to stay overnight in dfw. Food vouchers inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast
Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.
The staff were very nice! However when our first flight got delayed an hour, the second connection flight was not delayed and the layover was only 40 minutes. When we rushed and made it to our gate for the connection flight, the gate said it had moved to another section of the airport. We barley made it to the connection flight, and overall we were very stressed. We asked about taking a later time for the second connection flight, but the other option was much later and we would have to wait at the airport for 9+ hours. I just wish American Airlines could have moved the second connection flight to a later time too for its customers, and thank you for taking the time to read my review.
There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.
