The flight was delayed 90 minutes The Gate was wrong The Restroom on Aircraft was not clean There was a half used water bottle in my seat
Too many people are taking up space in the overhead bins with their extra piece of luggage. Since they cannot fit their backpacks or extra luggage piece under the seat in front of them, they store it in the overheads and thus taking up room for other passengers. It wasn’t only one or two persons; more like 12 or 13 passengers.
Got to fly my favorite plane, the Boeing 767-400ER, to Milan. The soft blush pink mood lighting during meal service was very beautiful and gorgeous. The service was top-notch, and our flights were on time. I highly recommend Delta.
Cabin was not pressurized properly. Several passengers had respiratory difficulties.
The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.
Terrible. Four hour delay because Delta could not find crew to man the aircraft. Terrible communication. Terrible insight into the delays. One of the worst flight experiences I’ve had.
The crew, and fellow passengers, were super gracious and kind. There seemed to be plenty of bin space even though the plane was full. It’s nice to get a glass of wine with dinner in Premiere seating, and there was a lot of food.
Good experience and the flight landed early. There was no food I had or entertainment.
bulkhead seat had very little legroom - even in bsiness class.
This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on in years. I upgraded to comfort and had such an uncomfortable experience. The person next to me was oversized - which I understand - however, they took up their space and mine. I could only use about 50% of my seat space to not be physically touching this person the entire flight and there was no spatial awareness. I also could not use the seat outlet because their body was obstructing it. It was very inconvenient. Their body kept touching me repeatedly during the flight and I felt very uncomfortable. To pay more for an upgraded space and then not even being able to use it was highly disappointing.

We left at 1030 am pacific from LA and supposed to land at 7 pm Eastern in NY. They made a detour, stopped in Philadelphia and didn’t land till 1130 PM Eastern!!! Worst flight experience with no pilot communication with no explanation as to what was going on. Everyone was very frustrated to say the least.
Found that the plane used for this short flight is smaller and therefore the seats are really squeezed tight.
The flight itself was excellent but the gate attendant made me check my carryon since she said it was an inch too big. I’ve had no problems with this carryon on recent flights on Qantas, Delta, Austrian, Southwest Airlines even though the overhead bins are the same size. there were other carryons in the bins that also looked larger than mine and there was room left in the bins for more. When I picked up my carryon from baggage claim one of the wheels had broken off.
Flight was scheduled at 11:26am but they keep Delaying until midnight. They waited at airport restless.
Really good. I accidentally left my duffel on the plane and the reps were so friendly in retrieving it.
Our flight was delayed 3 times and this is why I am giving such low reviews. Everything else was okay but being in the airport at 4:30pm for my initial flight at 7pm to not leave until after 9:30pm is insane,
The crew was excellent and overall the flight was good. No complaints.
Good crew and flight was on time. It’s a small plane with limited overhead luggage space. They said the overhead space was full and I had to check my bag. There was still space when I got on. Waiting for my checked luggage added 30 minutes to my trip. Not the end of the world but also not great.
My seat was assigned last row behind restrooms No legroom’s I’m very Pettit Still was not comfortable Food choice was excellent
a weekend long saga that ultimately led to a canceled trip. totally unreliable.
They keep delaying and cancel at last moment and height was for you to get refund need to be in chat line for two hours. I complained to DOT. Never recommend this airline on Kayak please
They canceled both the flight to Myrtle beach and the return flight. They are an awful airline and they ruined my trip. I will never book with Spirit again.
Flight was delayed, then undelayed, then delayed again. Gate was changed to the other side of the airport. Horrible seats with no screens. Spirit os truly awful, even for a budget option.
I have to wait for the flight for 3 hours. The gate was switching for 5 times. Made feel frustrated. Delays took all my sleep. I went to work without any sleep.
Spirit Airlines at Laguardia is a small terminal so it is quick to get to your gate and to get your luggage. The flight is short enough to orlando and the price was very inexpensive. The seats do not move so you can't recline. Drinks and snakcks should be complimentary.
Flight got cancelled 1.5 hours prior to gate open and logistics of travel got delayed.
We were on the tarmac waiting for a gate at Logan for 40, minutes. The crew handled it well. Can't blame the airline.
Spirit loves to pick and choose when to harass you about your personal item. I’ve flown numerous times with the same bag with no problem yet flying out of Orlando they forced me to pay $99 for a carry on and then ran out of overhead space. Do better!
Had to pay for water if wanted it. Seats are close unless you get upgraded. Flight was fine. Will travel again with spirit.
