Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
You get what you pay for. It’s like a bus but flying. No frills, no snacks. Leg room was fine, boarding was good.
This was my first experience with Breeze. The plane was cleaner and more comfortable than any other I've experienced. The process of boarding was streamlined. We boarded early and arrived at our destination 45 minutes early. The only hiccup was my ticket was rejected by TSA PreCheck and I got sent to the back of a very long line at Fort Myers. I entered my information when I bought my ticket, but it apparently didn't connect to my permanent profile. I'll correct that for next time. I was expecting an Allegiant experience, but Breeze was much more upscale. I really, really enjoyed it.
Ridiculous to have to pay for carry on and to pick seats
Head rest did not move, very uncomfortable. Staff was great. There was no entertainment, would be nice not to have to pay for snack.
This is one of the worst trips that I have ever had. Ending up with an overnight delay. I’m not happy with the fact that they did not provide and set up the arrangement needed for lodging that we had to do it on our own. I also feel there should’ve been Compensation for food.
I like that the price is right! The airplane is clean and the staff is friendly. We landed safely, so that is always a gold star in my book! Great job!
Communication with airline electronically was difficult. No number seemed available to talk to customer service.
The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend

My experience will Southwest was good. I wish there was more entertainment and the boarding process was slow at time but other than that my experience was great definitely will be flying with SouthWest again.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, meaning that a flight to Dwnver which should have arrived at 11pm came into the airport at 1 am. Made for a very long day.
I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure

SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
The flight was late. The crew was rude. There was no food. Cramped and uncomfortable. Nothing about this flight was good.
I'm glad it wasn't only 75% full because I could get a good seat
Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
The flight was mostly smooth and direct (although it was 2 hours late). The glow of the flight attendant’s phone was annoying as I tried to sleep on this midnight flight.
The plane was not clean. Vomit was removed from seat-back pocket right in front of me. The flight attendants were rude to one another. 3 children were seated together with their parents across the aisle. The children fought physically with one slamming another’s head into the plane wall at one point. The parents were aware, but took no action to intervene. Delays occurred in Atlanta after boarding before takeoff, in the air, and in Detroit after landing (no ground crew assigned). Flight attendants offered no support for connecting flights. There were weather conditions on each end of the flight, but I didn’t mark down my ratings for these.
Flight was delayed before take off and at landing. Baggage took 20 minutes. Flight crew would not serve full soft drink and had to ask multiple times before receiving water.
For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

The landing was the worst I’ve experienced with a flight.
It was last minute due to weather - considering - it was amazing! Good smiles, friendly staff and they were making sure we knew what was going on when and where.
All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

Allegiant actually impressed me, original inbound flight from PBG was so late they gave us a bird inbound from Des Moines and only left 1h late and gained 40 minutes back in the air. Comfortable flight with no frills but no complaints.

It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.
Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.
It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation
American Airlines changed are gate no fewer than four times. Walking back and forth from one concourse to another was exhausting, especially after all the flight delays.

For the price of the ticket you get nothing. The plane had 1 bathroom in the back and when the flight attendant did service no one could use it. No announcement just was told to go back to my seat. Ridiculous and rude.
In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
