I thought that I had pre-purchased carry-on luggage and was surprised when I tried to check in that I did not have it.
Flight departure was 90 min delayed, and the boarding experience was confused, stressful, and generally poor. Additionally, the wifi on the plane was malfunctioning for all but the final 15 min of the flight into ILM.

You get what you pay for. It’s like a bus but flying. No frills, no snacks. Leg room was fine, boarding was good.
Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.
Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.
Comfortable seating, adequate space available, nice to have USB port, polite crew.
My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.
This was my first experience with Breeze. The plane was cleaner and more comfortable than any other I've experienced. The process of boarding was streamlined. We boarded early and arrived at our destination 45 minutes early. The only hiccup was my ticket was rejected by TSA PreCheck and I got sent to the back of a very long line at Fort Myers. I entered my information when I bought my ticket, but it apparently didn't connect to my permanent profile. I'll correct that for next time. I was expecting an Allegiant experience, but Breeze was much more upscale. I really, really enjoyed it.

No in flight service, no explanation - FC got service, C+ did not, unsure about Economy. No turbulence to speak of, so I guess another way to cut cost, or promote health and well being of Delta employees? Also, boarding in MEM combined zones, and with overhead space already full on both flights after Zone 2/ Diamond, presents a huge challenge to find a space for a bag. Delta, other than point A to B, is no longer reasonable to fly - very poor experiences, not even taking into account the chastising at the gate and rude crews, across the board.
It would have been better if the flight wasn't delayed by 2.5 hours
Delta’s staff is unmatched. From the gate agents, to the pilots, to the flight attendants… all top of the industry.
Delta flight Delay for ,more that two hours i.e original flight was 6.30 PM and it starts at 8.45 PM, When we connect Delta team for meal vouchers as it is late arrival in designation,But we did not get it as per delta policy , which is not good for mid night arrival,
Inexperienced boarding crew allowed too many bags on to a full flight and delayed takeoff causing a missed connection and unplanned overnight stay. There was a hotel at the airport but Delta would not pay for it offering only to shuttle me to an area hotel. Never even offerred so much as an apology by anyone working for Delta.
Staff was great! Kind and cordial! Middle seat row 28 seat B has a hump in it. Trays were getting stuck when putting down and up. Good flight
Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.
The seats weren’t reclining even though it wasn’t as exit seat

We departed late, and we arrived to Atlanta late for our connecting flight to Quito. I asked the flight attendant before landing to please make an announcement and let us go out of the plane first she agreed but never did the announcement. We run and arrived 3 minutes late and they closed the gate of the plane. We ended up staying one day in Atlanta for the next flight to Quito. When we arrived to Quito 2 of our 50lbs bags arrived completely broken and destroyed. I made the complaint and so far nobody in Delta wants to help.
The seat cushions were very worn so they were extremely uncomfortable.

The seats from lax to DFW was so tight that I could not move my legs . No WiFi and had to pay . Not a good selection of entertainment
AA should improve their in air internet & entertainment options. Seems unreasonable to charge $20/hr and should have some form of free connections. The entertainment options are also pretty limited, movies are outdated and the series only show 3-5 episodes.

Flight delay and multiple gate changes including a change near boarding time to another terminal, which in DFW is a pain. Pre-boarding delay and also a further delay on the ground after boarding. About an hour and a half total delay.
On the plus side, crew was attentive, drinks were cold, and in-flight entertainment selection was better than some other airlines. On the negative aide, Plane was delayed almost an hour, either no announcements from the gate crew. Biscoff cookies are gross, appreciate airlines that give a choice. Also, crew had no personality or enthusiasm at all.
Little warm on the plane and delayed for an hour
It was fine. Nobody was outstandingly friendly but no one was rude and everything was smooth . The captain thanked us for flying but no one greeted me as I walked on the plane or as I exited which is the least they could do lol
Clean, friendly, roomy. But check-in from the phone link was terrible. Repeated attempts wouldn’t save at the final step. Just kept spinning! It was very frustrating. Finally, I used the app (vs website link) to check-in which worked very smoothly on the first attempt.
Check in on the web portal was cumbersome! After several attempts I finally got the boarding pass.
Excellent flight and even arrived 23 min early. No entertainment , or wi fi on board, but I downloaded a couple of movies beforehand which kept me entertained. Really like flying Allegiant airlines.
WE were delayed about an hour and never any communications from the employees working the gate. We also were moved to a total of three gates.
I love how they show love to their customers and care about them too.
I liked how when I got on board how fast we ended up taking off but what I truly disliked was how uncomfortable the seats were. There was truly never a time that I could ever get comfortable during both of my flights. The seats could get away during shorter flights but flights 3 hour plus makes it hard to enjoy.
The crew was great and the flight was very smooth. Can’t really judge food since I did not get any because it costs money. The seat was comfortable for what we bought. Thanks!

It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
I know Spirit gets a lot of criticism, but I've taken three flights recently and all were very good, and tremendous value. On my most recent one, they randomly assigned me to a very comfortable exit row seat! The flight was on time and the boarding process was smooth, and the crew was friendly. No complaints!
My experience with spirit was horrible I had to spend a extra $100 to check in my bag when I already purchased my ticket even when I got to my gate to get my seat the attendant didnt say anything until I was boarding the plane..also to make matters worst I been flying from Florida to New york and Florida to Atlanta often this was my 4th trip to Atlanta with the same bag and never had this problem till yesterday so im extremely upset and I wasnt even giving a reason for the change the attendant just gave a attitude and wouldn't answer me at all

Flight was cancelled with very little notice. Had to scramble to find transportation to my Mexico vacation.
Liked early boarding for disabled customers. Seat comfort could have been better, would have appreciated an empty seat between my wife and I since I suffer from arthritis, neuropathy, and spinal stenosis. Also aisle seat armrest was immobile and this made it difficult to get into and out of my seat during the flight
The flights were very uncomfortable the seats don't have much leg room at all and they are pretty hard as well.

Second time in 3 days I walked off the plane late. This time - almost an hour.
Our outgoing flight was cancelled two hours before boarding and Spirit was not able to get us onto another flight. Their customer service was slow and unhelpful.
