Very roomy. Food, entertainment, and attendants hospitality were excellent compacted with other airlines.
Flight was delayed. Meal was so salty and out of the order couldn’t get fish meal.
My experience with KAYAK was an absolute nightmare!!! I will never use your stinking company again, and I have been spreading the word. For the rest of my life, I will always steer people away from your dirty company.

The best in every respect but the best was the departure lounge at Narita which had the best tasting food ever at an airport lounge-great variety of food and drinks and the Japanese food, from rice curry, chicken karaage to all the side vegetable dishes were the best! The staff was very attentive and courteous. Best airport lounge I have ever experienced!
It was super duper delayed but Japan Airilnes service is great to be fair specially their attendants are very polite, pleasant and nice ! Food is good also.
For a late night flight, the lights were kept on for a long time so it was hard to sleep. They also served the food late. But most frustrating is that I had booked an aisle seat on Kayak but the airline changed it to a middle seat.

"The Room" is the only way to fly. The service was excellent and the stewardesses we all gorgeous and friendly. The boarding process was delayed and the attendants at the airport were not the best.

I enjoyed the flight, but a little too much turbulence on the flight. Thank you for the meal and entertainment. This kept my kids entertain during the flight. I have to admit comparing the crew from ANA vs United, there was a sense of more accomodation, friendliness and service compared to United crew. I felt for the United crew, it was just a job and it can be seen in there demeanor and delivery.
Attendants were very kind and frequently offered water and snacks. Food was excellent. For some reason, my IFE system would not play dialogue for any media despite my efforts to change to different language voiceovers, restart the system, etc. so I could not watch any videos.
Choice of movies dated as with the screens. Major room for improvement on the software to sort and select choices.
Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats. online check in can be greatly improved. in other words, their online interface is bad.
