Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.
Our flight was delayed several times. It left 9 hours after scheduling. We had to sleep in the airport.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.
Plenty of overhead space but forced to check my carry-ons both legs

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.
My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.

Fast check-in. Went through security quickly enough. Got their early. And the crew took care of my seating at the gate. The cost for 1 checked bag is ridiculous! $79!? Cmon!! The seating on the plane was very cramped, like sardines. I did not want to pay extra just to pick a seat. Might have to next time.
Arrived at 3:45am & found a long line where Spirit employees were standing at the counter but no one was working. Worried if I’d make the flight. Line started moving about 4:15 and got to check my bag at 4:30, realize my flight was at 5:25. Lines thru security were long, got to flight and walked right on. Spirit was cheapest when selected but not after $70/bag and $30/seat - extra $200.

Not acceptable having both flights delayed and not real reason for .. plus paid for luggage and getting my bag ripped out .. very disappointed.
particularly nothing to like plane just turned to be a hmm flying bus, yet in buses from another country at least drink and snack are free ... and seat could be just a bit more ..adjustable? ok ok i know i am asking for too much but ..dreaming is not forbidden yet
Fantastic !!! Seamless boarding. Meticulously clean. We left and arrived early.
Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.
Delayed 4 hours, the plane hot as hell. 2 passengers got sick. One of them was my wife. Airflow was very bad.
It would’ve been better if you didn’t cancel my flight and I couldn’t find another flight within 200 miles so I had to go down to Baltimore to get on a flight.
Terrible. Rude flight attendants. Uncomfortable seats. Nickel and dime every service. No in flight entertainment. First and last time to fly spirit.
