One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened
The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.
The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.
They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much
After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.
The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.
I like is everything is good seets are little uncomfortable during the long flight ✈️ Doha to us , luggage 🧳 came too late overall very nice thank you for all
Nothing I knew what I was getting into ; no complaints when on string budget

I didn’t expect American Airlines. I excepted QTAR AIR LINES. From KAYAK we are booking so in the kayak site it showed qathar air lines but operating American Airlines. I don’t like .
Terrible airline... Originally, the flight was canceled and didn't receive a notification, had to learn from their twitter account... Rebooking was a huge pain... Every other airline like American and United did eventually fly a day later... The flight had a layover, no other airline needed one... India is such a weak nation globally, this airline has no leverage to negotiate good airspace... Flight left late, again no notifications as to why at the airport. On the plane, wifi is spotty, chargers don't work... The only saving grace used to be good food. Even that has gone down the drain. Just the worst!
Food is good, staff is good... Wi-fi quality is poor, disembarkment after landing is atrocious.
Boarding at Mumbai airport was terrible, the staff had no idea how to handle it. It was chaos - and led to a delay
My seats that I paid for were changed last minute and I had to sit in uncomfortable chairs
Direct Connection is the biggest advantages. Aircrafts are now better but food and beverages could be better and served more often in a ultra long flight

Air India needs to launch new planes. Seats are worn out, most of the plane's TV screens wasn't working, USB charging ports wasn't working as well so I can charge my phone & watch my download movies, Food was mediocre, the plane smells. How can Air India put through their customers with this bad experience? This complaint needs to get escalated to the upper management. How shameful is the upper management to improve this plane? The flight is going back & forth from NEW YORK & DELHI. Two of the big cities in the world and this is how your experience is for sitting in a plane for 12+ hrs? Get your planes fixed ASAP Air India (TATA Management do your job right).
Old aircraft, crew were so so. Meals were mediocre. Flight to delhi was delayed. Lounge needs update and was mediocre too.
Better entertainment choices and better food required. Mediocre as compared to other airlines. Planes are old and need revamping
Seats and trays broken , poor food quality and Survice, crews had attitudes not friendly, my son in business class seat got stuck few times they have to reset, whole flight tvs not functioning not working at all no entertainment, don’t know how they got clearance to fly this broken flight ?
