Eveeyrime I fly they are begging for bags due to cabin overhead space. What they should so ia take the bags that are clearly too big to fit wheels first on their side. And those of us who give up the bag should really get their bags first. When boarding, nobody wants stupid jokes about how hot it is on board. Give us some cool air. Im usually sick from the heat by the time we take off.
My experience will Southwest was good. I wish there was more entertainment and the boarding process was slow at time but other than that my experience was great definitely will be flying with SouthWest again.
if I was good. Not happy that I have to pay extra money to get the seat I need for lake room, but I guess that’s a sign of the times.
Great flight. Good snacks and drinks. Grateful it was free. The flight from Nashville to louisville, i think her name was Tracy (not sure that's right) super awesome, nice and cheerful. She really enjoyed being at work today! She was the person who scanned the boarding pass on flight wn941. She should be recommended for a raise !
Southwest was greaat! The most expensive but the least upsetting for those we were flying to see.
I was supposed to be on a later flight. When I showed up at the gate, the woman working there was extremely helpful getting moved up to this earlier flight.
Flight was on time. Wi-fi was a little spotty/slow. Boarding and exit were efficient.
The weather could have been better. There was a 40 minute ATC delay in SFO because of marine fog and a micro cell storm delayed landing and take-off at Nashville. The gate was changed 5 minutes from boarding from gate B3 to gate C23 at Nashville airport.
My flight was delayed 50 minutes and we were rushed to board to then sit for 15 minutes until the pilot arrived. Unacceptable since we could have waited to board. Also the delayed flight was updated AFTER we boarded to more than the 10 minutes as originally stated.
Wi Fi was horrible kept cutting out the whole time and too expensive
It's fine but Newark to Nashville was too long
They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.
Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.

The flight was delayed so we were dead tired, and after that the turbulence was horrible. I was very scared.
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
Once we got in the air the pilot made up some of the time of the delay. So that was really nice.
We boarded but then sat there waiting on some missed connection people to get on so we sat for about 15 minutes for that. Then we sat again because the passenger manifest was wrong and they had to figure it out before we could leave. That took about another 20 minutes or so. The crew was working hard to figure it out so it’s not their fault. It ended up being a system glitch where someone was upgraded to first class while another person was also in the same seat and it just created a mess that took a little while to figure out. They literally went to every person on the plane asking their names to see who was sitting in the wrong seat. I also hate the entertainment that must be watched on your phone or tablet. Just give us setback screens. It’s so much better. Almost every Delta flight has this now and it is so nice to have them. The crew did a great job. I have no complaints from them. They were very hard working, even with the mishap and a disgruntled passenger.
Had a short delay once we boarded the aircraft in Chicago, but it was fixed in no time flat then we were on our way. The pilot was able to make up the time lost and we landed 5 minute later then schedualed . Great service
For some strange reason I was put in zone 5 for boarding even though I had paid premium price for a premium seat right behind business class. This must have been a flaw because everyone else around me in the same zone (row) had been placed in zone 3.
Flight was delayed and so much of inconvenience related to the gate change.
Flight was smooth and on time: however, this flight was filled with advertising. We got it over the speaker system both when we took off and when we landed. Flight attendants were handing out sales flyers when we landed. It was not a good look.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
Delayed by 5 hours and I had to wit in the airport for more than 6+ hours.
technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.
Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.
Arrived early picked up my bag in a few minutes- great trip - thank you
Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination

First time flying JetBlue and my perception changed. Love it.
The series of delays were very unfortunately - first the captain timed out, then the new captain didn't show up when we were told he would, then the first officer timed out. Those delays were compounded by after boarding, weather came in - obviously that's out of JB's control but it was frustrating after all of the other delays that seemed avoidable.
Terrible. They canceled our early morning flight after midnight on the day of and had no available flights to rebook my family on for the next 72 hours. Yet they still had other flights that were not cancelled from JFK so it couldn’t be based on the weather. It felt like they canceled the flight based on it not being profitable enough for them. I am not interested in traveling with the again. The absolute worse customer service and lack of accountability.
