Pros: Flight was rough due to weather but crew was very friendly and helpful unfortunately no snacks or drinks were able to be served. First time on Frontier and would definitely fly with them again.

Cons: I was charged for my carry on bag when I was headed home & it was the same bag I brought on my trip for free ! I feel this was an unfair business practice.

Cons: Everything was good. It’s was a nice travel... safety and puntual. I like that... the only things I think they may could be better is the airplane seat. And they don’t have television.

Cons: The seats were horrible I had 4 inches between my face and the seat in front of me to say it was cramped would be an understatement. the seats themselves were 18" wide. They overbooked the return flight by 8 seats so they were begging people to let their seats go.

Cons: My flight was a last minute flight to get to Florida cause my husband's father was having surgery. I didn't like that you had to pay $55 for a small carry-on luggage. Flight Attendants were rude Pilot sounded as if he was drunk or high Extremely tight conditions with seating I will NEVER take Spirit Airlines again.

Cons: It's one thing If a flight is late due to weather. But the fact that we were supposed to leave at 7:30pm and didn't end up leaving till 10:30pm because a crew member didn't show up at a previous stop is unacceptable. If I was late to my flight the plane would leave without me so everyone else could be on time. So why don't The same rules apply to The crew? The three hour delay ruined basically our whole trip. We got set back an entire day and instead of getting in at a decent time and being able to drive. Also, Spirit charges and over charges for everything under the sun. So you "cheap flight" cost me more then other airlines. Completely disapointed and after my flight home Sunday we're never flying spirit again.

Pros: Met nice people in airport bar and bonded over failed trip experience

Cons: We got to the airport to find the flight canceled. Online it still said the flight was on time so we sat at the bar until they finally actually announced it was canceled. Called customer service and spoke to someone that barely spoke English but I was able to make out that they had no flights for 2 days and offered no other option to get us to our destination. I work a lot and only had 4 days off so this would have cut the trip to short and would have been pointless. We had a quesadilla at the airport bar and drove home. Absolute worst travel experience ever.

Cons: We came to Trenton airport a half hour before because had a problem with finding parking - and the staff would not come out to check us in or let us board the flight - staff and security were terribly rude to us!! We're highly educated competent young women and they treated us like dirt. Then they charged us $99 extra per person. We would have been better off flying jet blue. And we didn't check in because it was an extra $25 fee This is RIDICULOUS !

Cons: Iam a lot disappoint that I wanted to bring my dog with me, and they told me that there was no room. And to my surprise the airplane was almost empty. I feel discriminated against I will file a complain with the better business burough.

Cons: Spirit's whole pitch is about being the "unbundled" airline. I guess it would be ok if you have no luggage and are under 5'3". The seats are extremely uncomfortable with zero leg room. When we went to check a bag, which had only clothes, it was 14 lbs over and we were told it would be $50 additional. That's after paying $42 for the bag already! So basically you can plan on almost paying for an extra ticket if you have a bag. When we booked, Spirit was the best price by only $12 ($6 per person). Refusing to pay this we joined about 5 other couples who were dumping their luggage onto the floor and carrying the excess. This is no way to start a vacation. It clearly had nothing to do with the maximum weight allowed on the plane, as all of our stuff came anyway. We just carried a bunch of it. I felt so bad for the reps who had to enforce such awful policies and overinflated prices. Contrary to the BS they feed you, this is not the norm. There are plenty of airlines that operate without deception and hidden fees. From a business perspective, this is beyond stupid as Spirit got no additional money from us and all they accomplished was losing customers who fly multiple times per year. We tried it because Atlantic City is close to home. After this experience we will gladly go back to driving 100 miles out of our way to avoid such a miserable experience. Spirit is not even an option for us anymore, regardless of price or location convenience. It's just too miserable overall. Whoever came up with this "unbundled" marketing pitch should be fired. I recommend avoiding Spirit if at all possible. Hidden fees, deception, sleezy marketing and uncomfortable seats. The whole experience is just plain terrible.

Cons: I wasn't able to board my flight. I wasn't being helped by the attendants. They had attitudes really couldn't care what I had to say. I believe they just wanted to make more money. They screamed over me rolled their eyes and also walked away from me while talking. I know that I will never take SPIRIT AIRLINES again. I will also make sure my friends and family don't come. I came with three other friends and they will also be doing the samething.

Cons: On my way back I was delayed because spirit (in Fort Lauderdale) forgot to scan my fiancé and mine plane ticket going to Atlantic city, we had no knowledge of this until we got to the airport in Atlantic city to come back to ft Lauderdale and they told us we didn't have a ticket because we missed our flight coming back and the system automatically deleted us. Thankfully my fiancé had proof that we were on the plane and didn't miss our flight so they squeezed us in a flight. Not a good expirience.

Consequently the travel supervisor of the agency I work with has sent out a memo prohibiting the use of Spirt Airline for any official/reimbursable travel. Cons: Kept delaying the flight from Atlantic city to fort laudetdale and then it was cancelled. Had to rebook a flight to Orlando , which left 6 hours later than our original time. Was traveling with my friend and her 10 week old baby. When we got to Orlando they couldn't find the car seat. Staff was very rude and told us it wasn't on the plane and take a 5 minute walk to baggage. Had to take a shuttle to baggage and of course it wasn't on carousel. After 2 hours of waiting and basically fighting for our rights we got the car seat and were able to leave. We got a @ sorry" e mail from spirit along with a $100 voucher. Sorry Spirit but you can keep your voucher because we will NEVER fly you again. They had no empathy at all for the mothers with new babies. Worst flying experience ever!!!
