Cons: "Missed the connecting flight by about 15 minutes, strange that we get delayed for about an hour but the connecting flight can’t wait a few minutes. Currently en route to another airport to spend the night at the airport and then take an early morning flight to my home city. Would have been nice to get a hotel room. I also had trouble with being charged for a second checked bag when I only had a single checked bag, would be great if the customer service help desk could help with that at the airport."

Cons: "Extremely disappointed about flight 1379 scheduled to depart at 0658, 18 Jun 21. Flight departure was moved to 10:30 AM and later to 12:30 PM without giving any reason for the delay to the hundreds of passengers that arrived at the airport between 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM to meet the airlines requirements. Poor performance by Jet blue. Lost of time and money for me. Thumps down. Blue is my favorite color, live up to it."

Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me."

Cons: "The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag."

Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny."

The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Best flight experience I've had in a long time. Thank you."

Cons: "Booked this flight to get a ride home, and in time for dinner with family. Flight was delayed 50 min. because of a delay in the arrival of the plane (not weather). During boarding process they were allowing people to get up and move around before takeoff, delaying over another 10min. When we finally arrived at 9:10 to the gate, another plane was at the gate and we did not get into the gate until 9:25. Thus, by the time the flight arrived I needed to get other transportation, cost me $25 and additional 30min. waiting for ride. This resulted in getting me home almost 2 hours late. Additional feedback: I book an aisle seat because I like being able to lift the arm on the outside, not available on this flight. I don't recall the plug for the headphones being down so far in the arm rest, thus struggled to find the plug."

We waited close to five hours at the airport to go to Fort Lauderdale Florida which is only a two hour flight."

Had to wait for the delivery of a specific part and install it. I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue"

Pros: "I like the fact that Jetblue handled the on boarding ot the passengers fast and efficiently starting with preferred riders, then going from the rear of the plane and moving forward. They also realized the plane was full so offered customers the free option of checking a bag in cargo. I would have preferred if they advised customers before checking through security of this option as I would have taken it rather than discard with some bottled products. The entertainment video was great on board, they offered free beverages and snacks. The crew moved through the aisle fast and efficiently when dispersing the food, and again when collect the refuse. While we had a little turbulence, the flight was uneventful and the pilot handled the landing very well. Departing the plane was also fast and efficient, although takes time because the plane was full. Overall, I was impressed with JetBlue, and their flight team."
Cons: "I thought that although comfortable, the chairs and fabric were obviously well worn and definitely needed upgrading. I also noticed that the chair head area didn't have a removable sanitary cover, which I thought should be there considering the number and frequency of change overs per seat on these flights. This is necessary to promote sanitary and comfortable conditions."

Cons: "We were ridiculously delayed for 3 hours while other flights that I know of flying united who also had flights coming from the south were only delayed 30 minutes. I am a medical student, I had an exam the next day and this really made me livid because out of all the airlines, I chose jetfblue because I knew I could count it. I guess I can now say, every airline has screwed me over."

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

Cons: "My transfer was supposed to be from JFK, but when I arrived a staff told me to take a taxi and go to LaGardia airport. Nobody apologized neither explained why I had to go there. Instead from leaving New York at 5.25 pm the flight was delayed to 8.30 pm. Horrible flight with angry employees"

Cons: "the flight was delayed 5 hours due to maintenance. The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."

Having frequently flown coach class on these overseas flights, I have a hard time folding my long legs into the cramped seats and arriving rested and in good humor. I can say unequivocally that the flight attendants give you much more personalized attention in business class. I didn't have to, but I preordered my meals and that info was registered, and that way I got what I wanted. I also made use of the Admirals Clubs during layovers."

Booked with BA but it was operated by AA. Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken. when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 nice fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves. 1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology."

Pros: "The econ plus/premium econ seats were pretty comfy! I wish I had used miles to book first class, as this plane had a dope 1st cabin."
Cons: "Well, pretty much everything but the actual seats. The service was...well, you can't really call it service. Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes and then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar. Passengers would have been much happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry. I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times."

Cons: "At the Lima gate they made each passenger open their carryon and submit to a secondary inspection to confiscate all water we bought past security. No warning was given about this. I had paid airport prices for water to bring onto the plane and then had to surrender it at the gate. Of course in economy class they will not give you water or attention until you are at cruising altitude. More than one flight attendant did not smile and one was actually rude in spite of my attempts to be kind and smile. Except for one friendly person at check-in kiosk, bad service overall. They do not have personal entertainment systems, and it was like going back in time with the tiny screens you cannot see, playing a movie you either watch it or not."

Cons: "We left two hours after scheduled departure bc 1) the plane was late from prior flight and had to be cleaned, 2) engine check delayed the flight, 3) strong winds forced the airport (JFK) to use only one runway for departures and so on top of our plane delays we were delayed an extra half hour bc of airplane traffic. No entertainment onboard, meaning no screen on back of seat in front for movies, tv shows, etc. Food options were poor, especially breakfast (too much sugar content in all contents of “continental breakfast” pack."

Cons: "1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc)."

Pros: "Almost everything. Only the food was lacking. I like their new planes. The outlet at the seat in coach. The magazine options at the seat as well. I did not look at the entertainment so I will not rate that. The crew was professional."
Cons: "Just the food options. Ginger snaps was what was served for food and a beverage. I suppose this is what obtains on most airlines these days but can't I hope for something more like maybe a sandwich? AA has the opportunity to set themselves apart in this area."

Cons: "The plane had a very good entertainment system with a lot of good movies, but the flight had no earphones available, so only the passengers that had their own ear/headphones could use it. Other than that, the flight attendants were not kind in any way and items present in the onboard menu, were not available, as I asked for Pringles and there was none. I did not see anybody eating some food in this flight, other than the mini pretzels served. How a 3hour flight arriving at 09 PM, had no food onboard?"

Crew did not assist people who needed to make connecting flights by keeping other passengers from blocking the aisle after landing.. Airline did not seem to care about all the chaos caused by being so late."

Cons: "The check in process at JFK was a disaster. The kiosk check in machines were constantly malfunctioning, where to line up was unclear, and staff acted frustrated. After several failed attempts with the kiosks you have to wait in line to check in at the counter anyways. It would have saved almost an hour of my time to just go straight to the counter-- had I been allowed to. I wanted to check a bag which contained some fragile items. Several bottles of wine which I wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with my packed clothes. I requested a "Fragile" sticker to be put on my bag. I was told "We don't do that here". So I asked if they handle ALL bags with extreme care and I was laughed at and told to go on my way. When I got my bag at my destination-- the outside of my leather suitcase was sliced to the lining. There were scuff marks and torn leather. My wine had been completely shattered. Not just a crack in the bottle, but flattened completely. My clothes were stained, my bag ruined. I don't know if putting a fragile sticker on would have prevented this, but I don't understand why they just "don't do that". We are trusting our property to the airline when we check bags. I will never trust American Airlines ever again. They don't want to know if I have anything fragile, and they don't care when I tell them."

Cons: "I didn't like that American Airlines had not staffed our flight, so we waited for 4.5 hours for a flight attendant who would be able to complete the flight crew so we could leave. They kept delaying the flight, 5 minutes at a time, for 4.5 hours. It flew out of LGA, it was a 9pm flight. The airport food sources were closed, and AA kept us until 1am-- no food, no internet, and, because LGA has terrible cell reception, no phone service. Once we got on the plane, everyone was really hungry, and the plane had no snacks. No entertainment because the TV system was broken. It was just a miserable experience. I regret trying to save $20 by booking that flight. I have had nothing but terrile experiences on American Airlines-- NEVER AGAIN."

Cons: "We arrived at St Stomas airport 85 minutes profile to our flights departure. The female manager, Latoya, at the desk was overly rude and completely out of line the way she was speaking to guests. Apparently American Airlines requests 90 minutes before departure to check you in, however their website does say they will try to accomadate customers that have arrived late. This employee refused 24 people access to the flight that we had booked and paid for. She related that she could put everyone on standby for the next and final flight out of Saint Thomas and standby for multiple connecting flights from Miami to many different parts of the country. This is because American Airlines over books their flights on purpose and has no problem leaving people stranded at an airport. Another employee related that it was easily accomplished to confirm is for the flight as we would have plenty of time prior to boarding since the aircraft had yet to arrive from its original location. American Airlines would not speak to any of the paid customers and would not look into other flights to see if there were other options to get customers home. When we boarded the plane there were still 4 customers that American Airlines stranded at the airport with no more flights out of the airport that day. This was an absolute disgrace and it was disgusting to see how the American Airlines staff were treating people. Their companies customer service has nothing to say other then sorry. I will never fly American Airlines again and now know why so many other people also feel this way."

I flew from Miami to Vegas (5 hours) The plane flew at low altitude the entire way and went right through all storms just to save fuel/money. People were afraid for their lives because the plane was shaking so bad. I travel 1-2 weeks out of each month by plane for work and I am not afraid, I knew it was fine, but others had no idea and were very afraid. I know it is a cheap airline, but the real problem I had with them was they are not honest. Their website says that if you chose your seat online you have to pay, but if you do at check in it is free and they will try to keep your party together as long as there's seats available. Upon arriving at the counter they wanted to charge me to keep me and my fiancée together, otherwise she was at the front of the plane and I was all the way at the back. The plane had extra seats and we got there early to get assigned seats together but even the manager would not help me even after showing their website. He said the computer will make them charge me and there was no way around it. There's always a way around it. At the end of the day, paying for seats, all bags you check in or carry on, foods/drinks in the plane, I paid just as much as flying with a good airline such as Delta. I will never fly with them again, that is for sure."

Cons: "I've traveled consistently between 4-6 times a year for the last 15 years and this was my first trip with Frontier. It was by far the worst travel experience of my life. One of the passengers was so drunk that she threw up all over the gate agent's podium, and this passenger was still allowed on the plane. When we boarded, we had to circumvent the vomit because it hadn't been cleaned up yet. There were multiple passengers on board who brought their own alcohol, were noticeably drunk and extremely loud. I understand that this is not your crew's fault, but there was a complete lack of understanding as to how to handle the situation. The pilot scorned passengers as a whole, and noted that if people didn't calm down, he would force a landing in North Carolina. The responsible passengers such as myself not only had to tolerate the debauchery, but also felt like we would be potentially be punished for other people's bad behavior. The flight crew seemed to have no idea how to handle this situation. I don't understand why is passenger are blatantly breaking federal regulations, the crew would not do anything about it. When I attempted to check in online, literally ever seat (including middle seats, back row) had an up-charge which is simply ridiculous. the seats were small and very uncomfortable. I will never fly Frontier again. I'd pay double for a flight with another company just to avoid them."

Not that they could as you would be in the lap of the person behind you.so I had to sleep on a red eye for 4 hours sitting straight up on hard plastic, crammed into a row like sardines. I would have understood if she was apologetic and explained to us WHY we could not board or make our flight, compared to being rude and rolling her eyes constantly. If you like to not move your legs around or not be able to recline slightly while in an air plane, then this is your airline. The flights are cheap but they forgot to tell you they charge for one carry on! You might as well fly with a legitimate company and not end up paying the same price if not more because of all the "fine print". The saying goes "buy cheap, get cheap" but this airline is a little out of control."

Cons: "I had an issue with their policy on face masks. I came wearing one, but was told that my mask was not allowed because it had some sort of filter/valve on it. Now I do understand the theory behind not allowing masks with valves, because they are supposed to let moisture out. But there are two layers of material that stood between my face and the filter/valve of my mask. Besides for an N95, I have not seen a mask where there was no material blocking the inner side of the filter/valve. I could have simply ripped the filter/valve off the mask and there wouldn't have been an issue, because my mask would still have no holes, and would be a complete face covering. The implication I got from this experience was that material itself does nothing to keep particulates from passing through, which means that we are all wearing masks as a placebo to keep people from panicking."

Pros: "Of the five flights it took for me to get to and from Las Vegas, I met one pleasant flight attendant and 2 pleasant ticketing personnel, all other Spirit employees couldn't have cared less."
Cons: "Every single departure was delayed - the shortest delay was one hour others were 3 hrs and 7 hrs and the ripple effects from these delays meant missing connecting flights.. overnight stays at the airport.. missing days of work... I fly a lot, delays are common, but not every single flight in one trip. Most delays are also due to factors beyond the control of the airline. Only one departure delay on this trip fell into this category... Air Force-one delayed the entire airport - understandable. All others were caused by ineptness on the part of Spirit airline staff and poor business practice and airline policy. For example, delayed departure caused many of our flight's passengers to miss a connecting flight. Many of us had checked bags. All of use were booked on the next available flight the next morning. Our bags were not moved onto that flight. This is frustrating but almost understandable, what's not understandable is that the airline staff had no idea what to do about this situation. Multiple staff members said they didn't know what we should do about the bags and suggested talking to other staff members. Eventually we were told to go pick them up ourselves and take them as carry-ons on the next flight (fortunately my bag was small enough to be a carry-on, others were not)... this meant leaving TSA and the comfort of the terminal to go get the bag. Then couldn't get back in through TSA because my ticket still said I had a checked bag, not a carry on. I then had to wait another hour in line to get it changed to say carry-on. Then of course, couldn't get back through TSA into the terminal because my new flight wasn't until the next day so I had to sleep outside the terminal at the baggage carousel. Of course no meal vouchers were given, no hotel stay... just kicked to the curb. This also happened on another return flight - fortunately the delay, which was caused by the pilot not showing up on time, was during the day, so we didn't have to sleep outside.. no meal vouchers were given for this 7 hour delay. All of this and more might have been somewhat acceptable if the flight had actually been cheaper then other flights... Not the case. Although the list price of the ticket was about $30 cheaper then the direct American Airlines flight my co-workers took for the same trip. Their flight included a personal item and a carry-on bag in the price. Spirit allows one personal item and charges $50 - $60 for carry-ons.. $40-$50 for checked bags. After the disaster of given them my suitcase as a checked bag, I decided to go Carry-on on the next flight. Spirit also charges for anything on the flight... even water (water=$3). To top it off.. Spirit airlines has as little legroom as any other airline (Other then Jet Blue witch has the most standard legroom)... but Spirit has the cheapest seats I've ever seen on an airplane.. They actually don't recline and there is not entertainment on the plane... by no entertainment, I mean not even a magazine :)"

Was not able to relax because of the attendant's loud conversation with one of the passengers and the loud noises made by the slamming of the doors in the food and refreshment area.
