Cons: The flight came in early which was great, but it Took 2 hours to get our luggage. Apparently there were not enough Frontier personnel.

Pros: Crew was not as surly as usual.

Cons: I guess some padding on the seats is out of the question, so never mind.

Pros: First leg was delayed 2 hours with the notice coming out at 2am. Second leg was delayed 3 hours. So I travelled to LGA and bought an American flight that put me in Chicago at the right time. I am thankful that they told me about the delays so I could plan

Cons: Seats on plan were horribly uncomfortable. Food to the point of a scam expensive. Airplane lost baggage with over $1,000 value. Including seeing glasses gone. Trip ruined. Rest of luggage was soaking wet like they left it laying outside in the rain. Horrible horrible company.

Cons: The rep. at the baggage drop off was being unnecessarily unkind. Though she did not attend to us, it was obvious to all those in line she was upset. She gave her co-rep. attitude &created a very uncomfortable environment. We do not know either of their names. The negative rep was the AfricanAm lady.

Cons: Flight was delayed by traffic control in NYC. Instead of just informing passengers why the flight was delayed, they just ignored the passengers and made people queue

Cons: No WiFi - even for our HSE. Seats do not recline. Terrible turbulence.

Cons: My KTN was not on my original boarding pass and could not be added at check-in. Also, the gate at the destination was occupied when we arrived leading to extended wait on the ramp.

Pros: These seats are beyond uncomfortable...The tray table serves no purpose but to hold a drink so it would be much more practical to have a cup holder.

Cons: I was charged for my carry on bag when I was headed home & it was the same bag I brought on my trip for free ! I feel this was an unfair business practice.

Pros: Crew always professional and friendly, nice plane, clean, love the low price no frills fare. Hint; you do not have to pick your seat unless you really have a reason to sit next someone or need Moor room. Just click on no thank you. Why pay extra.

Cons: Seats are not that comfortable, I now bring my own cushion. I suspect that people are not being checked to make sure that they paid for a carry on. If it's a personal item it should not go overhead. De plane process is slow because of the passengers fumbling over head.
