Cons: We were led to believe checked bag was included in fare. It was not and cost an extra 50 Euros.
Pros: The crew on the plane and at the Dublin airport were nice. We haven’t made it to Dubrovnik. Plane from Newark was delayed, we missed our connection, our luggage was misplaced, then they didn’t have another flight until the next day, and they sent us to a hotel that didn’t have any rooms available.
Cons: What couldn’t have? Thanks Aer Lingus.
Pros: Fast moving to baggage claim area.
Pros: Crews were rude without caring, it was a significantly delayed flight so that is just terrible experience

Cons: I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc.
Cons: The transfer in Istambul was very tight on the way back I literally had to run to get to the flight
Pros: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!
Cons: Check in process was more disorganized than most business class .

Pros: The crew was good and the seats were very good, made a flatbed.
Cons: The flight was delayed one hour and the gate was changed. The food, which was served around 2:00 am was not edible and there was no breakfast, just more inedible food. The website was terrible and I spoke to three people on the phone and got 3 wrong answers to a problem.
Cons: No luggage arrived, and very long and tedious process to file missing luggage claim. And they NEVER called me with a claim number or when they located the luggage. I had to keep calling them requesting the information and it took 3 days to get the luggage.
Pros: The seats were spacious though they did not recline at all. The flight was very smooth, including the landing!
Cons: We sat on the runway for 35 min due to a maintenance issue, but the wifi was working, so it made the time go by.
Pros: Check in was pretty easy.
Cons: Gate control was very poor.no order in boarding and everyone entered on random row seating as no order was called or used. Slowed process and left-overhead bins full for the later customers. More attentive staff on board and at very least a bag of pretzels could have been offered. Not happy!
Pros: crew tried to be helpful, but was really working against all the odds.
Cons: NO communication about flight rescheduling, aircraft rental -- the lack of communication was really the worst. (For example, knowing that the planes / flight times were not the same, many would have opted to not take the trip if given the option, which we really should have been.)
Pros: Had a very comfortable journey. Nice and friendly crew. Amenities at Frankfurt were excellent.

Cons: My seat didn’t have a window. The woman who booked it told me there was limited recline, THERE WAS NO RECLINE, and she left out there is no window even though she asked me if I wanted window or isle and I chose window. I felt like I was in a closet. Landing was incredibly harsh.
Cons: Flight was delayed a bit due to a couple passenger booking/misc issues. 1st class didn’t get gate bevfood service. Oven was busted so my meal wasn’t available. Entertainment console had all channels functional except — not really an issue I just really wanted to have ESPN playing in the background

Cons: Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.

Pros: Amazing, amazing service! Great food (including Hagen Daaz ice cream) and good choice of beverages. Lots of different entertainment choices. VERY clean and well maintained aircraft. Staff is always friendly and happy...they really seem to absolutely love their job! Free toiletries in the bathrooms are an extra plus. Whenever there was a change in schedule / plans the captain informed the passengers immediately about what was going on and what would happen next.
Cons: The only thing that did and probably always will be AWFUL is going thru security at JFK. The T S A officials there are unfriendly, sometimes rude, never smiling and often yelling at you or even little kids or elderly people. We are travelling a lot and no other security staff at any given airport is so unfriendly and harsh. Worst thing about going on a journey.

Cons: My luggage was delayed and did not arrive to Madrid 2 days later after I had already left the city. I tried to contacted the Aer Lingus but their contact office was at oversea (not in Madrid). It cost me so much $$$ to make international phone call to locate my luggage. But, still without success...
Pros: Check in was a breeze with all so helpful. Cabin crew very pleasant. Very comfortable on time flight.

Cons: Things I don't like: 1. My seat was the 1st-row aisle seat. OMG, the seat is extremely small, my legs were very very uncomfortable. I would rather sit another regular seat instead of the 1st-row aisle seat. Usually, I sleep on the plane during whole flight, but this time I could not sleep at all. 2. There was a curtain which separates the business class and economic class. As the 1st point, my seat was the 1st-row aisle seat, so the curtain hit me every time the crew went through the curtain, which is extremely annoying. 3. The Entertainment screen is so difficult to use, either hard to touch or so slow.

Cons: A 1 hour wait for wheelchair assistance in Houston and then a 30 minute delay for wheelchair people to take my mom to baggage claim. Then the wheelchair attendant kept complaining she wouldn't receive a good tip to take us to the Lyft pickup area.
