1. Seat distance by far too less.
2. seat width on the borderline of being acceptable.
3.. No entertainment, not even a flight info screen available.
4. Only instant coffee available. If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example.
5. Food okay - but not for french airline. No innovation, no thought in it. Standard "how do I get the cattle fed the cheapest possible" food.
6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown.
We sat on the runway for 2 hours, and the climate control in the airplane was not active. The outside temperatures were high 90 degrees (late august) and the temperature inside the plane reached 80s. It was way to hot, without water.
8 hour delay on top of a 4 hour layover with only a small sandwich and small water to compensate. You had to pay for food and water on the second leg of the flight which was on vueling. When we finally got to barcelona we picked up a mangled stroller that had been like new before the flight. We complained and we were told we would receive a call from the airline. Still waiting for the call. Lost our evening in barcelona and our paid tickets to casa mila.
Staff need to be trained on how to talk to passengers. Half the staff would frown at the smallest of requests. In short I wouldn't have taken the flight if I knew the quality of service that was on my eay
Flight was delayed over 2 hours. They don't announce anything on the speaker to keep you informed so we almost missed the flight altogether
The vouchers they gave us for our wait weren't offered until just before boarding so we spent cash and never used the vouchers.
The air France staff were phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. Almost so courteous you thought it was not genuine (however it was)...by end of the flight they made you want to write a letter on their behalf.
Seat didn't recline as much as needed and was no in flight entertainment.
Lost my bag both ways! On the way there is was 5 days late!! They said, don't worry it is safe in casablanca! Really- apparently every flight they lose at least 5 bags- not worth the cheaper fare to not have your bag the whole trip. Will not deliver on they arrive so that was out of pocket as well.
Mayhem at the airport- very French and staff often rude and dismissive. Delta for me next time!
