The entertainment was all old stuff Boarding was delayed and the check in area was not really very well set up you had to take your bags once checked in to another area whilst manoeuvring round people
Crew was nice
I think there is a limit of how low of a service you provide to customers and the luggage limit, which includes your personal item (!) was not clearly spelled out so you can imagine I was not happy to pay another 40 pounds on the way back
It was very late and we missed out our opera tickets.
Liked: that it didn't crash, I guess.
Didn't like: we had to beg for water from the staff (there and back) just because we didn't pay for a meal. We didn't even get offered snacks on either flight. One way was 13 hours and the way back was nearly a 12 hour flight. There was also no wi-fi, and even though this is a first world problem, it's 2018 and the flights were longer than some people stay awake in a whole day. That's ridiculous. Kayak is chill, but Norwegian will no longer be an option for my travels.
The USB port on my screen does not work. My phone was unable to charge.
