But as I landed from my first flight the second flights delay was reversed and I had no notification of this change. I missed my connecting flight. Had to stay in the airport all night, had to fly into a different destination at 7 am. No explanations, no help. Terrible."

Pros: "Flight was quick, seamless, on-time, and comfortable. WiFi available. Arrived 10 minutes early. Recommend the shuttle because if you don't get one flight, they'll get you on the next. These days, the shuttle is more dependable than Amtrak."
Cons: "Would appreciate a USB port or an outlet."
Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing. I enjoyed the in flight entertainment and overall flight. The flight was only a couple of hours so there were no meals. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea during my flight. I was able to take a quick nap during the initial flight and catch a movie on the way back."
Cons: "The terminal at LGA is undergoing renovations, I had to take a shuttle bus to my gate. The shuffle down stairs, bus ride, and lines for boarding were annoying."
Pros: "The crew did everything they could for the passengers to make them comfortable and informed about the situation but unfortunately it was out of their hands."
Cons: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."
Cons: "No power outlets. A bag of chips in 1st class is pretty weak. Compared to Europe flights we can from, aircraft felt like 1960's Aeroflot."
Pros: "It was on time boarding and landing"
Pros: "Was fairly standard flight. Left in time."
Cons: "Was in last group and had to check carry on."
Pros: "Small airport"
Cons: "Service and flexibility, needed to call online for assistance"
Pros: "My neighbor."
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for over an hour for no apparent reason."
Pros: "Very full flight arrived 20 mins early."
Pros: "Smooth flight, barely late."
Cons: "Broken sink, horribly uncomfortable, cramped seats."
Pros: "Communication from personnel was good. The desk workers did there best to deal with upset customers"
Cons: "We were delayed to do weather. Nothing AS could do but they tried."
Cons: "I've got to the airport at 4:30am because my flight was at 8:00am. Unfortunately I had to wait until 12:30pm to take another flight because American Airlines didn't have a flight crew for our aircraft. They did not refund money for the waiting, they didn't give any voucher for breakfast, they just gave us chips and drinks. People were very anxious and mad about the sInitiation."
Cons: "HORRIBLE experience. I had a flight delay that forced me to reschedule to a flight the following morning and caused me to pay for an overnight at a hotel; none of the staff seemed to care whatsoever about their customers' travel plans or experience, giving us little to no information up to the point of canceling our flight, and doing even less to accommodate when plans were foiled. I honestly am waiting for a refund at this point. Terrible trip with American Airlines."
Pros: "Planes boarded on time"
Cons: "Long wait on runway before take off"
Pros: "Arrived early. Smooth flight."
Pros: "Speedy boarding"
Cons: "Unmotivated crew, uncomfortable seats."
Pros: "It seems like the plane was recently renovated and I loved the comfortable seats."
Cons: "There was virtually no free entertainment available."
Cons: "The seats were so old, I didn't have a screen to watch movies on and it was really really cold"
Pros: "Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"
Pros: "Slept like a log Gate staff were nice Lounge was very average poor food and beverage. Slow internet. Outdated furnishings. Not worth the access fee."
Cons: "Smallish seats and overhead storage Onboard Staff had brisque manner"
Cons: "Typical American. They start with a 75 minute delay because of crew problems. Then we sit at gate for 30 minutes while they "fix" something. Then they push out and cant start the plane so they cancel. I'm learning to hate American"
Pros: "Terminal changed at LaGuardia and we had to take a bus to another terminal. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with our items and transportation. The large size of the water cup."
Cons: "I didn't like that there were dirty used food wrappers in seat pocket in front of me. The fellow sitting in front of me was in the bulkhead seat, yet reclined his chair all the way leaving me very little space. I really wish flight attendants would ask travelers to be considerate and not recline their seats during there welcome speech. Or even ask if the person being squished is ok. There were no snacks offered. Drinks were not offered till at least an hour into flight. My first flight was canceled. Kayak let me know, American never notified me!"
Pros: "It got cancelled!"
Pros: "On time. Efficient boarding."
Cons: "Just because the flight was full.. They checked in my luggage but put on the wrong tag. I have no change clothes for more than 24 hours. Hopefully, they'll deliver to me by today. But I am not holding my breath on it"
Pros: "That we arrived on time to RDU."
Cons: "It left 20 minutes late from LGA and we had a connecting flight in Philadelphia. We had to run really fast and made it in the last minute."
Cons: "Never made it. My flights were canceled. So I don't even think this review counts."
Pros: "The actual plane crew and flight."
Cons: "The flight changed gates and terminals as well as times and the staff knew nothing about it. Staff on the phone and in person had poor attitude."
