Pros: The comfort of the plane was great! Lots of room and very comfortable seating.
Cons: I found some members of staff to be a bit rude. When other passengers asked questions or did something wrong (that was a minor issue), one of the staff members in particular talked down to them and treated them like they were stupid.

Pros: On time flight, friendly crew
Cons: Spacing, with covid one empty seat for every 3 row seat would be better

Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: All great

Cons: High price for mediocre seat

Pros: Everything was smooth

Pros: departed on time. arrived early. crew was pleasant and professional
Cons: Food is not free...you have to pay for it. Seat was not very comfortable. Too hard, and very little recline.

Pros: I lucked out getting an exit row. The gate agents were wet nice.

Pros: Great crew, a lot of space in the aircraft
Cons: More entertainment

Pros: Thank you so much for getting my confused and forgetful mother in law onto the right plane and back and forth from the gates.
Cons: Don’t know

Pros: The crew was good, boarding was on the right time. It was a good flight.
Cons: Only if there was free entertainment and free food.

Cons: Great and smooth flight with a very friendly crew!

Pros: Crew was amazing.
Cons: Better informed check-in process.

Cons: Delay after delay

Pros: Great premium class seats
Cons: Wish there were food options that didn’t include chocolate at every turn!

Pros: Seats are comfortable, crews are all approachable and helpful.

Pros: The captain was very communicative during periods of turbulence
Cons: There were no complementary snacks offered. Flight attendants seemed disheveled, and uninterested

Pros: Ese of check in, comfortable seats, good service
Cons: nothing

Pros: Everything
Cons: All good

Cons: She was a very unfriendly woman Not apologizing for running into his foot He fell asleep and didn’t realize he nput his foot in walkway

Pros: Simple ways that make the atmosphere in the air a little more welcoming and friendlier.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Everything!!!! Especially The Flight Attendant Staff. And For The Price, From Departing From JFK-NYC To LAX-Los Angeles Is Fantastic!!!! I Would Definitely Recommend This Airline To Anyone Who Wants "Great Service" At A "Great Price";-D!!!!

Pros: Other than the legroom, everything about the flight was great.

Pros: 1 hour early

Pros: Warm staff both at the gate and onboard.
Cons: Flight delay up flight delay. No PA system at the gate so the staff had to shout. Waiting in a hot plane for an hour plus. Plane had no headphones, no blankets, no food. Really a bummer of a trip.

Pros: Updated customer technology, few interruptions, great staff
Cons: 1-2h delay that wasn’t told until everyone was already boarded. Sitting on the plane for any extra time for a 6h flight isn’t ideal!

Pros: More leg room
Cons: Snack for 5 hrs flight is not too much

Cons: No free snacks anymore, that’s a bummer.

Cons: Screaming baby. And it took forever to board the plane.

Pros: The food order concept
Cons: No food, not even snacks, despite the long fligjt

Pros: My chair was broken the entire plane and there was no where to move me to. I was uncomfortable the entire flight
Cons: Update your planes

Pros: Smooth Trip, nice staff.
Cons: seat tight and not too comfortable. Fixed armrest on aisle make it hard to get out of.

Cons: I spent more than $30 on food and drink, but got my 9rders as part of the normal service, as opposed to faster than those who didn't spend any money. It was painfully slow. the angle of the seat cushion is a bit high.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The fact that Alaska screw up my flight and I wasn't able to fligh. Now they give another flight for 2 days after. I wil never fly with them anymore, nor I recommend anybody to fly with Alaska airlines.

Pros: Plane clean, boarding efficient, pilot cordial, flight confortable, arrived early despite delayed departure.
Cons: Because video playback system was inoperable (not an issue for me—I am happy to read during the flight) the young crew had to perform safety announcements manually but were obviously ill-practiced and inexperienced at this, bungling their reading and even seeming not fully to understand the words. (They also botched announcing introductions of the pilot and crew, not seeming confident who was on board or as if they in fact knew their names.) This was of course unprofessional but also introduced doubt how reliable they would be in an actual emergency.

Pros: Clean and quick
Cons: Pay for luggage. Pay for entertainment. Pay for food.

Cons: At boarding, when overhead bins are full, you cannot force passengers to check their bags if they had planned not to. I was in a rush when I land and because it was delayed too I did not want to also have to wait for my bag at baggage claim. I was completely late to an event I was to be at.

Cons: Chair was not working could not adjust Media entertainment system was not working at all. We were told these items had been broken for over two weeks. Makes you wonder about the mechanics of the rest of the airplane

Pros: Flight crew was professional and responsive.
Cons: The TSA lines are monstrous leading to flight delays. On board food ordering was disabled.

Pros: Movies
Cons: Bathroom was disgusting, there wasn’t a trash so people threw their hand towels on the floor.

Pros: The crew was excellent! Very friendly and attentive.
Cons: The seat was filthy when we borded, and we needed a heads up that we were supposed to download an app to get the WiFi on the flight. We were traveling with a toddler, and had a lot of were counting on wifi to help with entertainment.

Pros: USB / 3 prong plug-ins at every seat :)
Cons: No free snacks, the air vents above the seats didn’t work particularly well... one of the crew members had told me I could use front restroom, I went to use it again & one of the female flight attendants was very rude telling me there was 3 restrooms in the back of the plane. Very short and dismissive... definitely wasn’t as good as JetBlue flights...

Cons: We arrived at the airport 5 minutes (NO more than that) after the one hour check in time to fly international going to Mexico. We were told we had to wait in line to speak with someone to print a boarding pass. There was an extremely long line with only two employees helping. We then asked if we could get our money back being that if someone has specially helped us with our case only being 5 minutes late to check in, but they declined. We had to book an entirely different flight and still have not gotten our money back. It was very stressful and unprofessional and had someone actually helped us, we would’ve arrived at our destination at the proper time we worked so hard for. I know my boyfriend and I weren’t the only people with his problem because two other families ran into the exact same avoidable problem. It felt very unprofessional. It ruined a familys vacation and caused the poor children to cry because of the lack of accommodation. We would love our money back but not sure you guys will even do so. Very disappointing.

Pros: Excellent entertainment options Plugs at each seat Courteous attendants

Pros: Everything was fine
Cons: It was basic .. nothing special

Pros: it made it on time.... we travel / fly a lot. First time with Alaskan an was far from impressed
Cons: All out of food... morning flight an no warning or anything g. We could have ran an got something before boarding started .... they drive the cart by with what I guess... the only 2 options of each category for the first 10 people... to then say... o sorry we have nothing.. An no compensation for it but sorry.... do u a humus pack for 8 bucks.... then one second later when my wife decides she wants it... they say they just gave away the last one... it was redic. Not to mention weren't even all the way in the back Glad to see a few people up front able to eat...

Pros: The seat was comfy
Cons: The in flight entertainment did not work. I was really hungry. There were no snacks.

Pros: Todo menos el servicio de internet
Cons: Que se paga para tener acceso a internet y te das cuenta que al cruzar la frontera ya no puedes tener acceso,y después te das cuenta que el servicio es solo para Estados Unidos.

Cons: Better communication on delays

Cons: We need quality options for snacks.

Pros: Crew was amazing.

Pros: I love JetBlue service and the crew. Every time.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Pros: The flight was smooth and on time. The crew members were very nice and helpful
Cons: JetBlue is the best

Pros: Did not like the flight at all. The crew on the ticketing desk was really helpful and nice
Cons: Everything, they screwed up ticket. I had to take a later flight. I felt like a sardine. Will not travel with jet blue in the future.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Crew was ok.
Cons: Less travelers allowed to fly due to pandemic

Cons: There were no movies

Pros: They did their job as expected.
Cons: JetBlue crew seem a bit overwhelmed and stressed. I felt they took that on the passengers

Cons: No in flight entertainment at our seats

Pros: My flight was full of funny kids so I enjoy my flight a lot and the flight attendant was great too
Cons: Snacks we need more snacks

Pros: It’s nice that a snack was provided. Other airlines have stopped serving snacks because of COVID-19
Cons: Crew could have been more welcoming.

Pros: Good leg room
Cons: Old plane and time for the boneyard.

Pros: The Agents at the counter in the terminal gate were courteous.
Cons: My flight was delayed because an attendant had to be swapped out, then the replacement was stuck in traffic for an hour (why not have all attendants ready on-airport?). Comically, we taxied on the runway for over an hour, which caused more delays with the plane needing to be de-iced. Figured I'd put all that behind me, but then the flight experienced one of the worst turbulences I've been in. We jerked through the skies many times, and the pilots weren't reassuring. Thankfully we landed okay, but not after being late by multiple hours. Also, JetBlue needs to invest in its planes, esp. its Couch section. I felt like a pretzel with on room to breathe.

Pros: Jet blue has free potato chips and also allows you to watch television.
Cons: Jet Blue provided 5 sequential delay messages over an hour. Their inability to better estimate departure is disappointing. The real problem is that delay was caused directly by the airline's incompetence. There were no weather issues, the takeoff spots were available. They simply failed to load snacks. Although there WAS a minor prior delay bc a slightly late plane arrival, we eventually were delayed about an extra hour to supply snacks on a 4-hr flight. Given the ground crew had EXTRA time to load and also considering the tiny set of options offered, this is senseless. Further, b/c they ran out of overhead bins, they offered to GATE check my luggage. This was essentially a lie - they put it with checked bags, unlike the gate checked items I watched others retrieve. The combination of these errors led me to arrive at the car rental desk after closure. This caused me to incur a taxi fare, so spend 30 min or so working out an alternative rental the following day, and then yet ANOTHER cab to the Car Desk to get the car. This is the only time in my hundred or so car rentals anything like this has happened. I will certainly think twice (or more) before booking Jet Blue again.

Pros: Captain ended up being a good pilot with a very smooth landing,
Cons: Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the crew was comprised of members from flights delayed by the snowstorm. Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny.

Pros: Pretty average JetBlue flight. I love the direct TV and wifi
Cons: Annoying and time consuming to discover that I couldn’t check in for my flight anywhere besides the counter at JFK because I had two layovers and that JetBlue and Hawaiian had completely different itineraries for me. And then when the flight attendant who checked me in mocked my 2 layover itinerary and said there was a direct flight to HNL from JFK leaving later that morning, she at least could have tried to sell me a seat on that flight, rather than rudely laugh at me “I guess you can only do what you can do” like I was too poor or something. That was annoying. I’m bored of the JetBlue snack selection it’s been the same for years.

Pros: The Jetblue lounge at JFK.. and the TV was pretty nice
Cons: To start, the plane was delayed due to inflight crew getting in late which is fine.. but our departure time never updated and the attendants were transparent but never mentioned a new time. After onboarding we got stuck on the tarmac due to traffic. Flight took off with turbulence to start and finally after 45 mins we got bottles of water. I asked crew if they would come around with more... I was starving and also have the perk of free alcoholic beverages in flight. I was offered neither and we only received chips 1+ hour into the flight. One of our TVs broke and the crew wasn’t helpful in an alternative... Overall worst Jetblue exp I’ve had to date, and I’ve flown with them a lot due to my Mosaic status..

Cons: When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!

Pros: The atmosphere was just right for flying except when I entered the Aircraft I was totally turned off when I encountered a woman and her child and her carry-on pieces was already established in my seat 2A. She did move when I requested but what got me annoyed she had me locked in my seat because all her belongings remained in the passage way making it difficult to make my way to the restroom. IN MY OPINION THIS WAS A SAFETY HAZARD. I had every reason to suspect that she is known to the captain because he came to greet her. ERROLD
Cons: NO EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON ENSURING THAT SAFETY IS CARRIED OUT. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TRAVELLING EXPERIENCES ON A VARIETY OF AIRLINES AND THIS WAS THE WORST FOR SAFETY. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO MAKE USE OF THE RESTROOM AND HAD TO BE USING MY ATHELETIC SKILS TO GET BY. THIS REALLY SPOILT MY FLIGHT. MY FLIGHT # WAS 881 TO ST. LUCIA SEAT 2A. SAFETY SHOULD NEVER BE COMPROMISED EVEN IF FRIENDSHIP IS INVOLVED.

Pros: Price of ticket is about it.
Cons: From the time I got to the gate 90 minutes before flight to the time I got off it was terrable. Delays before boarding with no explanation then the same continued onboarding. First it was waiting for bags. Strange when there's a 2 hour+ delay that all the bags weren't there? Then waiting for paperwork followed by the part they needed was incorrect and a new one was on it's way from the hanger.. Finally departed 1 hour plus later. The plane was an old cattle car. Free TV didn't work right, so at did not recline (no it wasn't an exit row.). Most of the crew and gate attendants were rude and indifferent except for on flight attendant. The entire row of seats didn't recline at all. She was very apologetic and acknowledged it was uncomfortable especially on a 5+hour flight. She did offer us something to eat, blankets earbud. Still my back was killing me upon arrival at Phoenix. JEt Blue. Get your act together. This is unacceptable.

Cons: The flight was delayed 6hrs 30 mins and changed departure gate twice. At no point was there a gate change announcement overhead (there were gate change announcements made for flights to Bermuda, Boston and San Francisco). During the boarding process many people stood and went in before their group was called, one agent noticed it and told the agent checking the boarding passes “all of these people are group A?” To which the other agent replied: “no, but I can’t do anything about it”. If there are group assignments, they need to honor that, as some people pay to board earlier.

Pros: Cabin crew were great at looking after us and we had plenty of legroom in coach!
Cons: The entertainment selection was a bit limited and there was no wi-fi.

Pros: The crew was great, and so was a JetBlue pilot dead-heading in the seat next to me. I liked the space in the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that.

Cons: The flight took off two hours late. We were suppose to arrive at our destination at twenty minutes after midnight, and instead did not arrive until 2:30 a.m. You felt like the pilot got on the plane when you did with no planning involved on how to get to Austin. I later learned that Jet Blue has the worst on time record of all the airlines. And you got nothing to compensate you for the inconvenience. I am really disappointed in Kayak for not making it known on our ticket that we were flying from New York to Austin on Jet Blue. When buying my tickets on Kayak, it appeared on my itinerary that all my flights were on Iceland Air. It was very confusing to me, as I don't travel very frequently. And airport staff is not very helpful when you are in this situation. Due to all the confusion, I will probably use another airline search tool for my next trip to see if I can lessen the confusion.

Pros: Seating is spacious, food was okay, entertainment was sufficient but not the best. Overall I was impressed with Jet Blue and will most likely fly with them again in future.
Cons: Didn't like a huge argument taking place between one family which held the flight up by at least 30 minutes. The crew were very patient with this family, but the passengers were not. I think the family should have been removed and asked to take another flight so that my flight could leave on time. It made everyone very nervous because we didn't know to what extent this conflict would escalate, so we had to sit listening to 3 or 4 members of the family arguing and constantly removing passports from luggage and going back and forth in and out of the plane. One member of this family actually entered the cockpit, which unnerved me because of the risks with terrorists these days. The family appeared to be of muslim descent.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled.

Pros: Literally the worst flight I’ve ever been on in my life.
Cons: We were seated behind a woman who brought a sick cat into the flight. The stench of cat feces was overwhelming. When we addressed it with the staff, they were incredibly rude. I also shared that I had a very significant cat allergy. The staff continued to be incredibly rude, and eventually offered a single seat in the back, which would not accommodate the two of us. The woman next to us also expressed her extreme discomfort and was condescended and disrespected, as well. Shocking, miserable experience.

Pros: The entertament options from new releases to tv shows was good ..
Cons: The staff was disorganized and seemed a bit frantic at one point they announce a need for a doctor on board .. we where never told that the passanger was allright .. There was a chilld who sat behind me that kick my chair the entire time and stuck his hands in between which where sticky in between the seat over and over again grabbing me he was loud and sick with what seem to be a cold and kept touching me though the seat would not listen to the adult that was with him i understand that he is a child but this went on the entire flight which was over five hours my back is still not ok .. snacks where serve late into the filght once.. staff was not friendly...

Pros: Food was really good, but the cabin crew were up to JetBlue's normal outstanding service
Cons: The range of movies is still pretty poor (if you're a frequent JetBlue traveller)

Pros: Virtually nothing.
Cons: Direct TV didn't work -- provided only one station, with a constant scroll across the bottom of the screen promoting the imminent start of movies that we're impossible to access. And even this one station would disappear from time to time. None of the seat-mounted controls worked -- including channel, volume, brightness, and music. And you couldn't even turn the damned thing off so it glowed in your face all through the overnight flight. In short, a terribly boring 6.5 hours aloft in terribly uncomfortable seats.

Pros: Nice crew..

Pros: We boarded right on time and the boarding process was smooth.
Cons: Our flight was delayed three hours because of air conditioning malfunctioning on the plane. We sat on the tarmac for almost two and a half hours, and it must have been around 85 degrees on the plane. There was a lot of miscommunication about whether we would be switching aircraft. They finally told us to deplane because we were probably going to switch planes. After 15 minutes in the terminal, we reboarded the same plane. Got to LA 3 hours late so had to deal with horrible rush hour traffic, which we had hoped to avoid had we taken off on time.

Pros: The convenience of landing and being so close to home. Only wished there were more flights avail with better times.
Cons: 1) The time of this flight is a bit much. I understand that it is close to my home but I know if Jet Blue adds 1 or 2 more flights, they would totally get booked up. The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least.

Cons: Flight was delayed over 5 hrs. Not the airline's fault but waited in the help line for over an hr before the agent told me there was no earlier flight I could be placed on - she was incorrect. Pointed out that there was another flight that had also been delayed and therefore hadn't left yet - she agreed, put me on standby. At the gate, the boarding crew did not know what they were doing. The plane was 20% empty but crew made situation very hectic by giving standby passengers seats, taking them away, and then realizing there was actually enough room on the plane. Crew was friendly but incompetent in terms of problem solving.

Cons: First thing, when i arrived to check my bags the lady giving help was useless, i was really stressed and i asked her some questions and she was answering upset, then i found a guy who help me to do my things there. In the boarding there wasn't any space for my things, my carry on bag and my personal item .. i was trying to get some help to one of the guys working inside the plane because the top compartment was full, when i ask him he just say that space is for all in the plane isn't suppose to be space for you there if some other guest took it.. I was really upset because i paid for my flight ticket and it was included my carry on and my personal item.. otherwise i know there is more people in the plane but is not like i brought more things than the ones i paid for... if you don't have capacity for all the guest you should say it before... The flight was delayed with an hour..

Cons: TSA held me up with a 30 minute bag check so I arrived for an 11:30 AM flight at 11:16 AM. I was told that because I was a minute late they wouldn't let me on even though the plane was still in the runway and connected to the terminal. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent disappeared for 10 minutes while the plane took off. I then went to go speak to a customer service agent who wouldn't even look at me while I spoke. She actually started listening to and talking with another agent while I was talking to her. Then when I was finished, she started arguing with me until another agent said "he's not worth it." JetBlue just lost my business.

Pros: The crew was helpful.
Cons: Flight was over two hours late. No excuse was given. Original Departure time was 9:30pm. Was receiving alerts beginning from that morning notifying of delays which continued as I waited at the airport that night. This seems to happen frequently and nothing is ever done to make it up to travelers. On the plane, the audio for the tv had static so you couldn't actually hear anything. It doesn't seem like you can turn the tvs off, which is annoying as they emit light, so if you want to sleep you have to deal with the light from your tv.

Pros: We got to our final destination.
Cons: We needed to wait for "just a few minutes." The Captain said. Then, no other communication at all and we left over an hour late for a 45-minute flight, no explanation. I hate when they leave you in the dark and aren't upfront. The connection from Emirates to JetBlue we had was almost impossible. Two healthy adults, arriving on time in NYC with two hours to make a connection. With walking as fast as possible and not even going to the bathroom, we barely made the flight. Customs. Change terminals. Go through security again. ridiculous.

Pros: The people who worked there were professional. The other passengers were nice.
Cons: The seats, even the upgraded ones, didn't recline sufficiently to let my head drop back. This meant that for a period of four plus hours, I was stuck in an incredibly uncomfortable sitting position -- tilted slightly forward, via the placement of my head. And it also meant that the only way to try to sleep was by pitching forward over the tray, hunched forward in a way that didn't allow me to breathe fully. I tried slouching down, and it didn't help. The way that the lumbar was positioned also pushed me forward. The pillows were too small to lift my head much off the tray. Perhaps it's my height and weight. If I was shorter or taller or thinner, my options might have increased. Regardless, if the airlines are going to squish us together, they might consider how to give us some flexibility with regards to placement of back rests, like we have in cars -- adjustment of lumbar curve.

Pros: I liked the spacious seating of course
Cons: I was disappointed in the boarding, I traveled with my young daughter and infant son and when they announced those who require additional time, handicap assistance, etc I proceeded to board then all these other folks also jumped up skipping me and my children when it was not their turn. And the gate people allowed them to do so I had to be the one to say excuse me we were here 1st. On top of that when we landed back in NY I heard my stroller get tossed and discovered when I got home it was broke. So upset!!!

Pros: No really

Pros: The crew did their job well but they made us check in our carry on luggage unnecessary which delayed me leaving the airport.
Cons: If they had not made us check in our carry on

Pros: Crew amazing, airport security staff and procedures are preposterous, food crapy, layover way too long

Pros: The large plane that I was on was great. Comfortable and a smooth ride. Movies were good. Drinks good.
Cons: Food could be a little better.

Pros: flight left on-time
Cons: The baggage took forever to come out

Cons: No tv

Cons: They pushed my flight forward 15 hours but didn't tell me until five hours before my flight. Not only that but they didn't change the second leg of my trip so I was on the phone for an hour trying to straighten it out. Very stressful.

Pros: On board crew are nice, counter personal at JFK is horrible
Cons: JFK counter lady extremely rude and tried to charge extfor every gram of luggage, finally I checked my carry on and still wanted to charge for my backpack but the supervisor said that was ok with weight. Absolutely awful experience at AeroMexico counter. Food is bad. Seats are a TORTURE

Cons: In JFK, they asked to check in every single carry on. This is very inconvenient and adds time upon arrival. Considering that this is a late evening flight, the more you wait the later it gets. If this plane has not enough space they should use other plane

Cons: Even offered a Boody Mary Zor other drinks on the short flight!

Pros: Everything was great. Service, food and drinks
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything

Pros: Had a awsome flight! Very comfortable seats, good selection on movies (they give for free) food was very tasty (had grill chicken with rice, green salad, grapes, cheeese, and a chocolate for dessert) crew was very attractive, serving refrigate (o had wine all trip long) it’s been one of my best long distance flight I ever had. Thank you Aeromexico!
Cons: The was was little delay (weather issues)

Pros: Tv on flight with good movie selection

Pros: excellent atention

Pros: La puntualidad, la amabilidad del personal y la comodidad
Cons: Cambian la sala de espera para el abordaje de el avion sin previo aviso. La comida no fue un plato completo, si no que solo fue un refrigerio

Cons: Took us one hour to taxi out to the runway.

Cons: I’m still stuck in Mexico

Cons: With one hour to go, a man in my row in the AMPlus section (which costs extra for a bit more comfort in economy) was joined by his companion who started the flight in the back, the basic economy fare which does not cost extra.. I didn’t appreciate the fact that she got to sit up front without paying and that the AeroMexico crew did nothing to call her out or send her back. The lesson: Don’t pay the extra money for AM Plus. Just wait until no one is watching and move up front. No one cares—except your fellow passengers who paid for the added comfort.

Pros: How it was organized, boarding system (it was not All at same time but passengers were divided into few groups and they were calling who will be boarding). Flight was Bang on time
Cons: Main food could be better prepared (fruit chopping)

Pros: Tons of food during the flight, you can still get alcoholic beverages without extra charges, very on time. Flight from here to Mexico was perfect. Now, on my way back, there was a 5 hour delay. The treatment was much better than other airlines, but it would have been better to let us know that we could track the plane from GDL. Now my only complaint regarding the small airplane from MTY to NYC is that the entertainment is provided via a mobile device, yet there's no ports for charging it, and there's no way a device will last that long, which made the whole excercise totally useless.

Pros: Good seats - boating was smooth- crew was attentive
Cons: Earphone were garbage- seat didn’t recline enough- food was atrocious- cold ham/cheese sandwich for the entire flight

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Incompetence

Pros: Counter help was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Buying through Vayamos, when initially going to AM website I was directed to go to Delta site. They rejected me, I called them, recording said they would call me back in more than 2 hours. Etc, etc A horrible experience.

Pros: Great service , and very convenient

Cons: Forced me to check my 2nd bag @ $55 after already paying to check my first, despite it being a normal carry-on. Unusually rude and unhelpful from booking through check in service. In flight was ok, albeit an older plane. Worst aspect was booking through justfly.com; expect to get fleeced on extras and relegated to an unassigned middle seat and generally regarded like a second class citizen.

Pros: On time.
Cons: Airplane seemed a bit old.

Cons: Our flight was delayed and upon asking the supervisor for more information she was extremely rude and rolled her eyes.

Cons: 20 minute delay impacted my connecting flught

Pros: The crew kept us informed and the flight attendants were nice awesome plane!

Cons: Having to check in my carry-on because the plane is full. Lost a meeting because I had to wait for my bag at my final destination.

Pros: Food was good. In flight crew was nice.
Cons: Food portion was slightly too small. Boarding crew (not on flight but in the terminal) was NOT nice-- I had a garment bag that in past experience does not count as an additional carry on since it can be placed on top of carry-on in overhead bin. Boarding crew member insisted I was over the limit (when though at check-in, the staffer saw how many pieces I had and made no comment) and she insisted I had to check one item AND pay the baggage fee. But this was a problem only because it was a full flight, and I was being punished just because my seat was in a tow closer to the front and boarded later, therefore there was less room left in the overhead bins. Also seemed ridiculous to charge for the first checked bag, with most other reputable airlines, there is no fee for the first checked bag for international flights.

Pros: Everything. Flight was great.
Cons: That delta operated the flight back to NY

Pros: Great airplane

Pros: To be Honest, I really don't like anything about this airline. It has horrible service. The workers at the airplane are nasty. And I didn't get my bag, even when I had to paid for it. This service from this airline the worse. ...
Cons: N O T I N G ....

Pros: This was the best meal I have had on any flight recently, and I fly quite a bit. It was a spinach salad with balsamic vinagrette dress (in a cute little bottle), chicken breast over rice, a piece of cheese and grapes, a kitkat bar and some other little thing. It was delicious, hot, just right. Thanks.

Cons: Poor communication about serious delays.

Pros: 1. Decent movie selection 2. Ground connection support knew of our situation on arrival.
Cons: No communication via intercom about delay both on the ground at departure and landing in Mexico City. Unhelpful crew (except for one fine gentleman who happily served tea to my son), dirty plane, missed connection without willingness to put us up for the night or any accommodation, failure to seat my son next to me despite repeated requests.

Cons: their seating chart and the entire seating experience sucks

Pros: I liked all en general! The Service was very well
Cons: I don't liked to pay the baggage when for a long time one baggage was free!! You need to do something about the baggage!!

Pros: Nada

Pros: The price was the best part
Cons: The boarding process

Pros: nothing
Cons: My luggage was lost and no one from Aeromexico wants to help.

Pros: I have accommodations paid after having my flight canceled.
Cons: Lack of organization and information which caused delays to passengers after having the flight canceled.

Pros: I missed my flight but when I got to the gate, the staff was really helpful. They got me a seat on the next flight and gave me a voucher for food during the wait. I will definitely be flying Aeromexico again!

Cons: I am still waiting for my connection in Mexico City as the flight was 2 hours delayed in NY. I am missing a big family event due to inneficiency.

Cons: I asked the agent to find us seats with Legroom as i am over 6'2 and mostly legs. he charged us $40 extra per ticket. the seat #'s were 10 E and F so we assumed it was a comfort plus seat.. NOPE! knees against the sat in front of me.. in the CENTER of a 9 seat row. the flight was sold out.. now place to Move.. FURIOUS and feeling ripped off!

Pros: From the boarding process all the way to arrival it was a great experience overall. Brand new planes with free up to date movies. The economy seats truly recline (to what i was very surprised) and the food was pretty good.
Cons: There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about it.

Cons: Terrible service.

Cons: Missed connection No reebooking done by klm no hotel voucher no taxi voucher very bad ground service in MEX

Pros: Yes
Cons: Good flight

Cons: With so many empty seats on the front. They decided to crunch everyone in the back without the minimal distance requested for social distancing. Very disappointed. Social distance is not practiced at AA as in Delta. Very sad. Will remember that next time I book a flight.

Cons: Our flight was delayed two hours. We arrived safe but still, the delay creates such an impact on traveler’s plans. AA didn’t even offer bonus miles.

Pros: Me rompieron el equipaje

Pros: Crew and service was solid given the covid restrictions.

Pros: everything.
Cons: nothing.

Pros: First of I would like to give a big THANK YOU to Parnel at JFK airport. He was such a big help. And his customer service was excellent.

Cons: Flying is no thrill now.

Cons: Holding back the departing passengers so those with connections could exit first

Cons: Seats and screens, usb charging points

Pros: Good seat
Cons: Headset didn't work and no replacement

Pros: Dinner and boarding
Cons: Seats, noise and kids running, walking and CRAWLING in the aisles and lack of wifi and entertainment that I can choose, Also, the bathrooms ran out of paper and the crew was not attentive. They didn't do anything about the kids disruptive behavior and extremely load talking (reciting abc and counting). I asked if they could talk to the parents and they said no, the beverage service was not good as I couldn't get more water and the seats were awful! Why wasnt the wifi working? even if it worked I'd have to purchase it even tho it was an international flight. I will not fly American Airlines again!

Cons: The sound on the entertainment system in my seat didn't work well. Also, the flight was really late getting in to Denver.

Pros: We took off and landed safely.
Cons: Felt very low budget and cramped.

Pros: arrival to the destination
Cons: booking through kayak was a nightmare. they serve no purpose othan than to collect a fee and add zero value and provide no support after the transaction. it is pointless to use this service as no one at Kayak can help you after the purchase, and we all know airlines are useless when it comes fo customer service. never again! american airlines was even worse with their customer service when trying to get seat selections preserved when the airline was updated from British to American airlines. American airlines lied over the phone and was even more rude in person. JOKE

Pros: Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change.
Cons: I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak.

Pros: Veggie Asian meal was great - curry.
Cons: Freezing cold air conditioning. Seven hours siting in a fridge. Asked stewardess to turn it up. She didn't.

Pros: The plane took off and landed on time. Because airlines have so games their system by setting expectations of on time arrival so low that it is nearly impossible to not exceed them.
Cons: The plane was so old the overhead lights didn’t work in our section (who failed to check that??). The overhead bins fell open at landing and things almost fell on people’s heads. There was subpar entertainment options that hadn’t been updated since at least the 90s, which was made even less acceptable since it was literally the only option for entertainment on a 7+ hour flight when none of the overhead lights worked. For a ticket that cost more than $1200, the failure of the airline on nearly all levels to provide standard services was completely unacceptable.

Pros: I needed special assistance due to limit of mobility and I have been refused assistance twice
Cons: On the top of that my luggage was damaged

Pros: Went on time and looked after very well
Cons: Going over leg room, a bit tight

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Bag checkin had already been done online but did it again in terminal, weigh in lady not helpful or friendly, quite abrupt. Onboard seating cramped and worse when front seats were reclined.

Pros: Smooth flight, got in early.
Cons: Breakfast was average. Could do better

Pros: Absolutely no part of the flight was comfortable or enjoyable.
Cons: The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good.

Cons: We left two hours after scheduled departure bc 1) the plane was late from prior flight and had to be cleaned, 2) engine check delayed the flight, 3) strong winds forced the airport (JFK) to use only one runway for departures and so on top of our plane delays we were delayed an extra half hour bc of airplane traffic. No entertainment onboard, meaning no screen on back of seat in front for movies, tv shows, etc. Food options were poor, especially breakfast (too much sugar content in all contents of “continental breakfast” pack.

Pros: The Flight Crew were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Business class, Boeing 767-300 The seating configuration was 1/2/1 I would give these seats on a scale from 1 to 10 a 5, this was a very basic B/C seat, without a TV screen integrated to the seat in front of you, instead the flight crew hand out individual passenger entertainment systems, that are a pain to deal with and get in the way of everything your trying to do (ie eat, work, sleep.) I’m only 5’9 and I found when the seat was in the bed mode, the seat slopped down very slightly, and your feet would end up underneath the side table to the row of seats in front of you. As i wear a size 13 shoe, i found that space to be rather cramped especially for my feet.

Pros: The crew was helpful and nice, boarding was calm, we got there much earlier than anticipated.
Cons: 1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc).

Cons: The e-ticket did not include the terminal information. As it was an Iberia flight I went to the terminal 7 where Iberia operates. However, after waiting on line when I got to the counter the attendant informed me that the flight was operated by American Airlines and I had to go to terminal 8. I ran to terminal 8 but by the time I got to the check in it was 6:15 and they said they said the check-in for the flight at 7(which was actually at 6:55pm) was closed for check-in. I was lucky enough that there was another Iberia flight (this one from terminal 7) st 8:30pm and the supervisor was able to find me a spot in that flight.

Cons: The flight I booked was misrepresented. I thought I was booking a BA flight only to find it was American Airlines. This changed the terminal I was to go to and the gate in which our Italian non-english speaking driver was to meet us at. This impacted seating selection, as well. Was forced to buy a premium seat when I realized the seating chart did not appear when I purchased the tickets. Also, flight was three hours late upon arrival. I understand safety is paramount and am grateful we eventually were able to find another plane, but it begs to speculate if things would have been smoother on a BA plane.

Pros: Crew updates during a technical issue investigation.
Cons: This plane is very small for an international flight, and it does not have the proper entertainment system for long flights. To top it off, the plane was very smelly; I got a headache because of it. We also had to return to the gate due to a technical issue and ended up leaving almost two hours late, which defeated the purpose of picking this flight over the rest as it was the one that was supposed to land in Milan the earliest. I will be careful next time I pick a flight to check what kind of airplane they're using. My assumption that international flights have the best airplanes seems to be wrong :(.

Pros: I arrived at my destination at least! Good crew and decent food but that’s the least I can expect from an 8 hour flight.
Cons: Very old plane. Had the screens every 4-5 aisles. No control over the entertainment. Very uncomfortable seats, but so are almost every other airlines. The worst part about this flight was that I traveled with my girlfriend and when I went to check in, 24 hours before, there were only single seats left and there were so many open seats together that were considered “preferred” and had to pay $80 for just one “preferred” seat just so we can sit together on an 8 hour long flight. The seat didn’t even have any extra legroom or anything, it was a normal seat. American Airlines is just trying to squeeze money out of anything they can.

Pros: Plane and staff were great. Very easy boarding process and we landed early in Dublin airport after an hour delayed take off. Food and staff service was very good, no complaints.
Cons: No idea how they messed up the take off and landing times so greatly. left an hour late and arrived an hour early. No personal entertainment screen and plugs were not working.

Pros: Nothing in particular
Cons: Flight attendants

Pros: Crew was exceptionally lovely through delay except for lead attendant who spoke down to attendants and passengers alike (would refer to me in third person in front of me--asking attendant condescendingly "why is he here?"). terrible sense of service, spoke like I was a grade school kid in her class. Gate agent gave me last minute seat change which was very cool of her
Cons: Plane is terribly old, has ashtrays and audio channels for entertainment. More importantly, mechanical failures at and after gate. Total delay of over 2 hours. My girlfriend flew this same plane and had even longer delays plus needed to divert In flight and turn around and land in heathrow on a mxp-jfk route (they were over the Atlantic). Problems continue for me 2 months later on this route and as a pattern it's incredibly unsettling. I'm questioning whether taking the return flight on a plane that's clearly begging to be retired

Pros: Crew was very nice.
Cons: Flight delayed by 5 hours last minute, making my layover 17 hours long. The delay caused my car rental place to give away my reservation so I had to wait an additional 2.5 hours to get a rental car. The primary reason for my travel was a wedding and although I made the actual wedding, I missed most of the pre-wedding activities that I had rsvped for. The seats were really uncomfortable, particularly the lack of low back support. I was very sore after the flight and was unable to sleep despite having been awake for over 24 hours prior to the flight. We were finally given meal tickets but was unable to use as everything closed at 10pm.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I bought travel insurance as I do with any trip. I have a complicated family emergency that forced me to call off the trip. Being that I bought trip insurance, I felt good. Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!

Pros: Boarding was prompt, flight attendants polite and accommodating.
Cons: If I am in business class and platinum status, why can't I use the lounge - which is only available to Platinum status going to LA or SF, Latin America but not to Cancun. American Airlines needs to change this policy.

Pros: Nice crew clean airplane
Cons: Initial flight was cancelled after 2 hours delay. My next flight was scheduled the earliest possible by AA which was 24 hours later. No transportation, hotel or miles compensation for this. I had work and responsabilities the next day. TThe scheduled trip was supposed to take off at 7:45. Boarding started late and was very slow. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug

Cons: The check in process at JFK was a disaster. The kiosk check in machines were constantly malfunctioning, where to line up was unclear, and staff acted frustrated. After several failed attempts with the kiosks you have to wait in line to check in at the counter anyways. It would have saved almost an hour of my time to just go straight to the counter-- had I been allowed to. I wanted to check a bag which contained some fragile items. Several bottles of wine which I wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with my packed clothes. I requested a "Fragile" sticker to be put on my bag. I was told "We don't do that here". So I asked if they handle ALL bags with extreme care and I was laughed at and told to go on my way. When I got my bag at my destination-- the outside of my leather suitcase was sliced to the lining. There were scuff marks and torn leather. My wine had been completely shattered. Not just a crack in the bottle, but flattened completely. My clothes were stained, my bag ruined. I don't know if putting a fragile sticker on would have prevented this, but I don't understand why they just "don't do that". We are trusting our property to the airline when we check bags. I will never trust American Airlines ever again. They don't want to know if I have anything fragile, and they don't care when I tell them.

Cons: Our flight was 3 + hours behind schedule. We didn't get to take off until around 11:30pm when our flight was supposed to take off at 7:05pm. I have missed my itinerary and cruise trip with family members. Now I have to wait 2 days to catch a cruise and reunite with my family in Italy. It's not fear that the airline don't take consideration for this kind of situation. We understand that Things happens and the airline takes precautions to make sure everything is okay before take off. However, I'm very frustrated and disappointed.

Cons: My family and I make I JFK -LAX reservation 4 months ago. We came to LAX three hours before our flight to make sure we get good seats. At the checking kiosk we did not have the option to pick seats , there was a message on the boarding pass that said to go see boarding agent. So we did, appreantly they over booked the trip and they were looking for volunteers to give up their seats!! Why did we have to be on stand by if our booking was confirmed 4 months ago!! They made us wait until the gate was closed and then they found us seats . This trip caused us mental anguish I will never fly American Airlines again

Cons: Cancelled flight due to multiple mechanical malfunctions that should have been checked previous to boarding. Held on the plane for 4 hours, another 4 hours in terminal of the closed airport once allowed to deplane, no communication, no food or water, put up in a hotel an hour and half away despite this being NYC, terrible customer service, no compensation, unable to get tofinal destination earlier than 24 hours later missed events in final destination overall financial and personal losses due to the inadequacy of the airline.

Cons: We boarded on time but were kept waiting 2 hours on the runway The entertainment system was broken so no screens worked the whole flight! Terrible,

Cons: Small plane, 6 seats per row, no individual entertainment. Not comfortable for a 7 hour trip.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Delayed 1 hour because crew announced there was a discrepancy between # passengers boarding central records. Flight crew didn't do anything to comfort passengers during this. Captain made one announcement about turbulence once at the beginning but nothing else for 1/2 hour or longer long turbulence period. Crew took away tray without asking. Ran out of water. Doors did not open for quite awhile after docking but crew said nothing. Seats so small one had to keep elbows glued to body to eat without touching neighbors. Felt like cattle being driven to slaughter. Min

Cons: The manager was so crazy, i think she have to work on the circus.

Cons: More Comfortable seats

Pros: Got us to our destination.
Cons: The seats are basically a covered board that don't recline. For a short flight it is OK, otherwise if you want comfort beyond that, this is not your airline. Flight was delayed due to an IT issue and we couldn't board. Perhaps a backup plan for the future. Paper and pencil doesn't break down that easily as a backup option.

Pros: It was ok, one gets what one pays and I understand that.
Cons: Some padding on the chairs would have been welcome.

Cons: I recommend for being punctual

Pros: The crew was amazing

Pros: On time reliable.

Cons: The check in/bag drop process is terrible. Took 45 min. No explanation. No help.

Cons: First time on Frontier, not a bad experience even though some of the comforts are not there. But the price is good if you need no frills

Pros: Prompt, professional, and smooth landing. Very friendly staff

Cons: Great flight, boarding in Newark on Saturday, a nightmare getting through long security line.

Pros: Nothing. Maybe the leg room.
Cons: Everything. Delayed due to frontier poor logistics. Bad updates by staff (ie none), rude gate attendants and rude flight attendants throughout. We did make it an hour late and bags arrived but this felt like a banana republic airline.

Cons: No entertainment or food, the worst plan ride ever

Cons: Not 2 hour delay leaving.

Cons: This was my first Frontier flight, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I only discovered the dark side on later flights.

Pros: Pilots were great. Nice flight experience.
Cons: Delayed boarding - waiting for paperwork. Annoying

Pros: Love the flight price!
Cons: As expected, everything else is a la carte.

Pros: When we were able to finally board and depart, it was expedited.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that with numerous delays, we were not even given actual information as to the cause. At one point the, the person at the desk picked up their belongings and left the passengers at the gate. Weather was the excuse but there wasn’t any severe weather in either destination!

Pros: I like that southwest flew out of the same terminal Bc after the nightmares I walked over and happily paid full price for Southwest.
Cons: 2 agents for 300 bags in the same time window is not only unexpectable but poor customer service. Several people including 6 people in wheelchairs were deeply effected by this event not to mention. 100 of passagers without a answers. There was no staff at the 3 gates ! Even before the planes were scheduled to take off.

Pros: Prices are good but luggage fees are crazy

Pros: Easy booking process and easy boarding
Cons: Booked through vacation package and Frontier was the only option. Nickel and dime you for everything. Extremely uncomfortable seats and no customer service unless you pay. Would only fly on a very short trip.

Pros: Nothing positive to say about this whole experience.
Cons: 1. I do not like the surprise fees for bags or in order to pick your seat. 2. Flight was delayed out of Indy. 3. Sat on the runway for 40 minutes once we arrived in Orlando.

Cons: They gave me and someone else the same seat luckily it wasn’t a packed flight and was able to move to a row that was empty

Pros: I arrived alive. Flight was not delayed. Water was free.
Cons: Leg room and seats lack an appropriate amount of cushions and space for long flights. The seat back trays are a joke. My tablet was bigger than the tray. I also dislike the extra charges for EVERYTHING that was not disclosed on the purchase through Kayak like seat selection, carryon bags, early on zones, etc. No snacks were offered on the flight. I understand that this is a discount carrier, but after all was said and done, I could have paid the same for a major airline and had way more room and comfort. No pre-Check. WTH??!!! The airline attendants bumped me going up and down the aisle EVERY single time and never offered an apology for bumping me and I was NOT in their way.

Pros: all staff were, very nice and polite to everyone and the plane was almost full
Cons: I was unable to download the ticket of my minor age 14 child so on arrival at the airport I told the bag check person he gave us a copy of our ticket for boarding as I showed him we had checked in already but could not see his ticket we were TSA pre checked went on to that area with line I went first using my app boarding pass but they would not let the child in saying his, ticket was not present checked TSA but it was when i checked him in,so we had to go through a 45 + min line a second time. very inconvenient almost making us late for flight.

Pros: Frontier has introduced a new concept in ergonomic torture - the 2-inch clamshell passenger seat, made of hardshell plastic. At least on our first flight we got the grudging 3-ounce diet coke watered down with ice. On this flight though, they didn't serve anything, not even water. Of course you pay for luggage. And Frontier charges you even MORE for a carry-on. I plan to avoid Frontier at every possible future opportunity.

Pros: Very nice, very clean plane (with multiple bathrooms). Everything was exactly on time and boarding was a breeze. What more could you ask for? Especially on a budget.

Pros: Friendly staff, fast and enjoyable flight experience....
Cons: Frontier oversold two tickets and was looking for volunteers, witch delayed our departure, although pilot compensated it on the flight

Cons: Worst airline ever. Never again

Pros: Plane was comfortable.
Cons: Check in was crowded and under staffed, however I understand that is part of the pricing.

Pros: The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The seats are terribly uncomfortable.

Pros: frontier charged me another $99 after I showed up 2 hours early just to find out my flight left 40 min prior to me showing up. A whole 2hrs and 40 before my flight time. And no notice at all.

Pros: Fast and friendly piolet and staff.
Cons: The drunknguy next to me

Pros: The flight attendant was nice and had amazing hair.
Cons: Broken gates! We arrived 40 minutes early only to have to wait 49 minutes for a working gate.

Cons: I miss my flight. It was move to another gate and my time is wrong because of the time change. It would be nice if they post it at the podium screen or glance the passengers saying it was move. I was move to another flight and i have to pay again. Gate confusion.

Pros: Overall smooth ride
Cons: Having almost 2 hour delay with no explaination.

Pros: price
Cons: comfort level

Pros: Everything went very smoothly. I have no complaints.
Cons: No dislikes for this flight.

Pros: Nothing -
Cons: Delays, no food, no entertainment, no semblance of a good boarding process, expensive bulkhead seats that don't recline. Spend a few more dollars and fly with delta

Cons: The flight was delayed by an hour but there was no announcement made

Pros: Nothing really...
Cons: Flight was delayed, I should've researched more about the airline as I didn't know the seats didn't recline and u had to pay for your seat after u get your ticket

Pros: we had a sudden storm which required us to hold for over an hour before landing. Crew was very professional and pilot excellent to get us down after an hour and a half delay.

Pros: The website when you try to check in online is deceptive. It seems as though all seats and carry on luggage cost extra money. They should change that.

Pros: The lady responded to my water request quickly

Pros: One of the attendants was courteous and entertaining. She made the trip that much more enjoyable.
Cons: Price of drinks and snacks. I was disinclined to order anything, and kept to myself.
