We were told we had to wait in line to speak with someone to print a boarding pass. There was an extremely long line with only two employees helping. We then asked if we could get our money back being that if someone has specially helped us with our case only being 5 minutes late to check in, but they declined. We had to book an entirely different flight and still have not gotten our money back. It was very stressful and unprofessional and had someone actually helped us, we would’ve arrived at our destination at the proper time we worked so hard for. I know my boyfriend and I weren’t the only people with his problem because two other families ran into the exact same avoidable problem. It felt very unprofessional. It ruined a familys vacation and caused the poor children to cry because of the lack of accommodation. We would love our money back but not sure you guys will even do so. Very disappointing.

Cons: My flight was delayed because an attendant had to be swapped out, then the replacement was stuck in traffic for an hour (why not have all attendants ready on-airport?). Comically, we taxied on the runway for over an hour, which caused more delays with the plane needing to be de-iced. Figured I'd put all that behind me, but then the flight experienced one of the worst turbulences I've been in. We jerked through the skies many times, and the pilots weren't reassuring. Thankfully we landed okay, but not after being late by multiple hours. Also, JetBlue needs to invest in its planes, esp. its Couch section. I felt like a pretzel with on room to breathe.

Cons: Jet Blue provided 5 sequential delay messages over an hour. Their inability to better estimate departure is disappointing. The real problem is that delay was caused directly by the airline's incompetence. There were no weather issues, the takeoff spots were available. They simply failed to load snacks. Although there WAS a minor prior delay bc a slightly late plane arrival, we eventually were delayed about an extra hour to supply snacks on a 4-hr flight. Given the ground crew had EXTRA time to load and also considering the tiny set of options offered, this is senseless. Further, b/c they ran out of overhead bins, they offered to GATE check my luggage. This was essentially a lie - they put it with checked bags, unlike the gate checked items I watched others retrieve. The combination of these errors led me to arrive at the car rental desk after closure. This caused me to incur a taxi fare, so spend 30 min or so working out an alternative rental the following day, and then yet ANOTHER cab to the Car Desk to get the car. This is the only time in my hundred or so car rentals anything like this has happened. I will certainly think twice (or more) before booking Jet Blue again.

Cons: Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the crew was comprised of members from flights delayed by the snowstorm. Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny.

Cons: Annoying and time consuming to discover that I couldn’t check in for my flight anywhere besides the counter at JFK because I had two layovers and that JetBlue and Hawaiian had completely different itineraries for me. And then when the flight attendant who checked me in mocked my 2 layover itinerary and said there was a direct flight to HNL from JFK leaving later that morning, she at least could have tried to sell me a seat on that flight, rather than rudely laugh at me “I guess you can only do what you can do” like I was too poor or something. That was annoying. I’m bored of the JetBlue snack selection it’s been the same for years.

I asked crew if they would come around with more... I was starving and also have the perk of free alcoholic beverages in flight. Overall worst Jetblue exp I’ve had to date, and I’ve flown with them a lot due to my Mosaic status..

Cons: When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!
Pros: The atmosphere was just right for flying except when I entered the Aircraft I was totally turned off when I encountered a woman and her child and her carry-on pieces was already established in my seat 2A. She did move when I requested but what got me annoyed she had me locked in my seat because all her belongings remained in the passage way making it difficult to make my way to the restroom. IN MY OPINION THIS WAS A SAFETY HAZARD. I had every reason to suspect that she is known to the captain because he came to greet her. ERROLD

Cons: From the time I got to the gate 90 minutes before flight to the time I got off it was terrable. Delays before boarding with no explanation then the same continued onboarding. First it was waiting for bags. Strange when there's a 2 hour+ delay that all the bags weren't there? Then waiting for paperwork followed by the part they needed was incorrect and a new one was on it's way from the hanger.. Finally departed 1 hour plus later. The plane was an old cattle car. Free TV didn't work right, so at did not recline (no it wasn't an exit row.). Most of the crew and gate attendants were rude and indifferent except for on flight attendant. The entire row of seats didn't recline at all. She was very apologetic and acknowledged it was uncomfortable especially on a 5+hour flight. She did offer us something to eat, blankets earbud. Still my back was killing me upon arrival at Phoenix. JEt Blue. Get your act together. This is unacceptable.
Cons: The flight was delayed 6hrs 30 mins and changed departure gate twice. At no point was there a gate change announcement overhead (there were gate change announcements made for flights to Bermuda, Boston and San Francisco). During the boarding process many people stood and went in before their group was called, one agent noticed it and told the agent checking the boarding passes “all of these people are group A?” To which the other agent replied: “no, but I can’t do anything about it”. If there are group assignments, they need to honor that, as some people pay to board earlier.

Pros: The crew was great, and so was a JetBlue pilot dead-heading in the seat next to me. I liked the space in the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that.
Cons: The flight took off two hours late. We were suppose to arrive at our destination at twenty minutes after midnight, and instead did not arrive until 2:30 a.m. You felt like the pilot got on the plane when you did with no planning involved on how to get to Austin. I later learned that Jet Blue has the worst on time record of all the airlines. And you got nothing to compensate you for the inconvenience. I am really disappointed in Kayak for not making it known on our ticket that we were flying from New York to Austin on Jet Blue. When buying my tickets on Kayak, it appeared on my itinerary that all my flights were on Iceland Air. It was very confusing to me, as I don't travel very frequently. And airport staff is not very helpful when you are in this situation. Due to all the confusion, I will probably use another airline search tool for my next trip to see if I can lessen the confusion.

Cons: Didn't like a huge argument taking place between one family which held the flight up by at least 30 minutes. The crew were very patient with this family, but the passengers were not. I think the family should have been removed and asked to take another flight so that my flight could leave on time. It made everyone very nervous because we didn't know to what extent this conflict would escalate, so we had to sit listening to 3 or 4 members of the family arguing and constantly removing passports from luggage and going back and forth in and out of the plane. One member of this family actually entered the cockpit, which unnerved me because of the risks with terrorists these days. The family appeared to be of muslim descent.
Cons: I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled.

Cons: We were seated behind a woman who brought a sick cat into the flight. The stench of cat feces was overwhelming. When we addressed it with the staff, they were incredibly rude. I also shared that I had a very significant cat allergy. The staff continued to be incredibly rude, and eventually offered a single seat in the back, which would not accommodate the two of us. The woman next to us also expressed her extreme discomfort and was condescended and disrespected, as well. Shocking, miserable experience.

Cons: Direct TV didn't work -- provided only one station, with a constant scroll across the bottom of the screen promoting the imminent start of movies that we're impossible to access. And even this one station would disappear from time to time. None of the seat-mounted controls worked -- including channel, volume, brightness, and music. And you couldn't even turn the damned thing off so it glowed in your face all through the overnight flight. In short, a terribly boring 6.5 hours aloft in terribly uncomfortable seats.

Cons: Our flight was delayed three hours because of air conditioning malfunctioning on the plane. We sat on the tarmac for almost two and a half hours, and it must have been around 85 degrees on the plane. There was a lot of miscommunication about whether we would be switching aircraft. They finally told us to deplane because we were probably going to switch planes. After 15 minutes in the terminal, we reboarded the same plane. Got to LA 3 hours late so had to deal with horrible rush hour traffic, which we had hoped to avoid had we taken off on time.
Pros: The convenience of landing and being so close to home. Only wished there were more flights avail with better times.
Cons: 1) The time of this flight is a bit much. I understand that it is close to my home but I know if Jet Blue adds 1 or 2 more flights, they would totally get booked up. The leaving JFK at almost midnight and then the time difference is horrible. 2)This flight had a child that got sick and we were delayed about 40-45 mins. Totally worth it but it made for an even harder time getting in at almost 630am PR time. 3) The turbulence was horrible. We were warned but so many customers were getting sick. Its was unpleasant to say the least.
Cons: Flight was delayed over 5 hrs. Not the airline's fault but waited in the help line for over an hr before the agent told me there was no earlier flight I could be placed on - she was incorrect. Pointed out that there was another flight that had also been delayed and therefore hadn't left yet - she agreed, put me on standby. At the gate, the boarding crew did not know what they were doing. The plane was 20% empty but crew made situation very hectic by giving standby passengers seats, taking them away, and then realizing there was actually enough room on the plane. Crew was friendly but incompetent in terms of problem solving.
Cons: First thing, when i arrived to check my bags the lady giving help was useless, i was really stressed and i asked her some questions and she was answering upset, then i found a guy who help me to do my things there. In the boarding there wasn't any space for my things, my carry on bag and my personal item .. i was trying to get some help to one of the guys working inside the plane because the top compartment was full, when i ask him he just say that space is for all in the plane isn't suppose to be space for you there if some other guest took it.. I was really upset because i paid for my flight ticket and it was included my carry on and my personal item.. otherwise i know there is more people in the plane but is not like i brought more things than the ones i paid for... if you don't have capacity for all the guest you should say it before... The flight was delayed with an hour..
Cons: TSA held me up with a 30 minute bag check so I arrived for an 11:30 AM flight at 11:16 AM. I was told that because I was a minute late they wouldn't let me on even though the plane was still in the runway and connected to the terminal. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent disappeared for 10 minutes while the plane took off. I then went to go speak to a customer service agent who wouldn't even look at me while I spoke. She actually started listening to and talking with another agent while I was talking to her. Then when I was finished, she started arguing with me until another agent said "he's not worth it." JetBlue just lost my business.

Cons: Flight was over two hours late. No excuse was given. Original Departure time was 9:30pm. Was receiving alerts beginning from that morning notifying of delays which continued as I waited at the airport that night. This seems to happen frequently and nothing is ever done to make it up to travelers. On the plane, the audio for the tv had static so you couldn't actually hear anything. It doesn't seem like you can turn the tvs off, which is annoying as they emit light, so if you want to sleep you have to deal with the light from your tv.

Cons: We needed to wait for "just a few minutes." The Captain said. Then, no other communication at all and we left over an hour late for a 45-minute flight, no explanation. I hate when they leave you in the dark and aren't upfront. The connection from Emirates to JetBlue we had was almost impossible. Two healthy adults, arriving on time in NYC with two hours to make a connection. With walking as fast as possible and not even going to the bathroom, we barely made the flight. Customs. Change terminals. Go through security again. ridiculous.

Cons: The seats, even the upgraded ones, didn't recline sufficiently to let my head drop back. This meant that for a period of four plus hours, I was stuck in an incredibly uncomfortable sitting position -- tilted slightly forward, via the placement of my head. And it also meant that the only way to try to sleep was by pitching forward over the tray, hunched forward in a way that didn't allow me to breathe fully. I tried slouching down, and it didn't help. The way that the lumbar was positioned also pushed me forward. The pillows were too small to lift my head much off the tray. Perhaps it's my height and weight. If I was shorter or taller or thinner, my options might have increased. Regardless, if the airlines are going to squish us together, they might consider how to give us some flexibility with regards to placement of back rests, like we have in cars -- adjustment of lumbar curve.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that she got to sit up front without paying and that the AeroMexico crew did nothing to call her out or send her back. The lesson: Don’t pay the extra money for AM Plus. Just wait until no one is watching and move up front. No one cares—except your fellow passengers who paid for the added comfort.

Now my only complaint regarding the small airplane from MTY to NYC is that the entertainment is provided via a mobile device, yet there's no ports for charging it, and there's no way a device will last that long, which made the whole excercise totally useless.

Boarding crew member insisted I was over the limit (when though at check-in, the staffer saw how many pieces I had and made no comment) and she insisted I had to check one item AND pay the baggage fee. But this was a problem only because it was a full flight, and I was being punished just because my seat was in a tow closer to the front and boarded later, therefore there was less room left in the overhead bins. Also seemed ridiculous to charge for the first checked bag, with most other reputable airlines, there is no fee for the first checked bag for international flights.

Pros: Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change.
Cons: I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak.

Pros: The plane took off and landed on time. Because airlines have so games their system by setting expectations of on time arrival so low that it is nearly impossible to not exceed them.
Cons: The plane was so old the overhead lights didn’t work in our section (who failed to check that??). The overhead bins fell open at landing and things almost fell on people’s heads. There was subpar entertainment options that hadn’t been updated since at least the 90s, which was made even less acceptable since it was literally the only option for entertainment on a 7+ hour flight when none of the overhead lights worked. For a ticket that cost more than $1200, the failure of the airline on nearly all levels to provide standard services was completely unacceptable.

Cons: The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach. The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage. A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding. During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the flight, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished. A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied “Yes”. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency. With no warning, all of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board. To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good.
Cons: We left two hours after scheduled departure bc 1) the plane was late from prior flight and had to be cleaned, 2) engine check delayed the flight, 3) strong winds forced the airport (JFK) to use only one runway for departures and so on top of our plane delays we were delayed an extra half hour bc of airplane traffic. No entertainment onboard, meaning no screen on back of seat in front for movies, tv shows, etc. Food options were poor, especially breakfast (too much sugar content in all contents of “continental breakfast” pack.

Cons: Business class, Boeing 767-300 The seating configuration was 1/2/1 I would give these seats on a scale from 1 to 10 a 5, this was a very basic B/C seat, without a TV screen integrated to the seat in front of you, instead the flight crew hand out individual passenger entertainment systems, that are a pain to deal with and get in the way of everything your trying to do (ie eat, work, sleep.) I’m only 5’9 and I found when the seat was in the bed mode, the seat slopped down very slightly, and your feet would end up underneath the side table to the row of seats in front of you. As i wear a size 13 shoe, i found that space to be rather cramped especially for my feet.

Cons: 1) Biggest complaint is not about the actual flight we were on, but the one we missed, who left the gate Early, even though they knew we had landed and other people from our BCN to JFK flight made it. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, esp since all other flights to DC out of JFK were cancelled. 2) We were on the last row of the plane so our seats didn’t recline. Annoying at best bc the flight was so short, but would have been nice since we had been traveling for 18 hours by that point (because of the late flight, missed connection, cancelled JFK flights, etc).
Cons: The e-ticket did not include the terminal information. As it was an Iberia flight I went to the terminal 7 where Iberia operates. However, after waiting on line when I got to the counter the attendant informed me that the flight was operated by American Airlines and I had to go to terminal 8. I ran to terminal 8 but by the time I got to the check in it was 6:15 and they said they said the check-in for the flight at 7(which was actually at 6:55pm) was closed for check-in. I was lucky enough that there was another Iberia flight (this one from terminal 7) st 8:30pm and the supervisor was able to find me a spot in that flight.
Cons: The flight I booked was misrepresented. I thought I was booking a BA flight only to find it was American Airlines. This changed the terminal I was to go to and the gate in which our Italian non-english speaking driver was to meet us at. This impacted seating selection, as well. Was forced to buy a premium seat when I realized the seating chart did not appear when I purchased the tickets. Also, flight was three hours late upon arrival. I understand safety is paramount and am grateful we eventually were able to find another plane, but it begs to speculate if things would have been smoother on a BA plane.

Cons: This plane is very small for an international flight, and it does not have the proper entertainment system for long flights. To top it off, the plane was very smelly; I got a headache because of it. We also had to return to the gate due to a technical issue and ended up leaving almost two hours late, which defeated the purpose of picking this flight over the rest as it was the one that was supposed to land in Milan the earliest. I will be careful next time I pick a flight to check what kind of airplane they're using. My assumption that international flights have the best airplanes seems to be wrong :(.

Cons: Very old plane. Had the screens every 4-5 aisles. No control over the entertainment. Very uncomfortable seats, but so are almost every other airlines. The worst part about this flight was that I traveled with my girlfriend and when I went to check in, 24 hours before, there were only single seats left and there were so many open seats together that were considered “preferred” and had to pay $80 for just one “preferred” seat just so we can sit together on an 8 hour long flight. The seat didn’t even have any extra legroom or anything, it was a normal seat. American Airlines is just trying to squeeze money out of anything they can.

Problems continue for me 2 months later on this route and as a pattern it's incredibly unsettling. I'm questioning whether taking the return flight on a plane that's clearly begging to be retired

Cons: Flight delayed by 5 hours last minute, making my layover 17 hours long. The delay caused my car rental place to give away my reservation so I had to wait an additional 2.5 hours to get a rental car. The primary reason for my travel was a wedding and although I made the actual wedding, I missed most of the pre-wedding activities that I had rsvped for. The seats were really uncomfortable, particularly the lack of low back support. I was very sore after the flight and was unable to sleep despite having been awake for over 24 hours prior to the flight. We were finally given meal tickets but was unable to use as everything closed at 10pm.
Cons: I bought travel insurance as I do with any trip. I have a complicated family emergency that forced me to call off the trip. Being that I bought trip insurance, I felt good. Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!

My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Cons: The check in process at JFK was a disaster. The kiosk check in machines were constantly malfunctioning, where to line up was unclear, and staff acted frustrated. After several failed attempts with the kiosks you have to wait in line to check in at the counter anyways. It would have saved almost an hour of my time to just go straight to the counter-- had I been allowed to. I wanted to check a bag which contained some fragile items. Several bottles of wine which I wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with my packed clothes. I requested a "Fragile" sticker to be put on my bag. I was told "We don't do that here". So I asked if they handle ALL bags with extreme care and I was laughed at and told to go on my way. When I got my bag at my destination-- the outside of my leather suitcase was sliced to the lining. There were scuff marks and torn leather. My wine had been completely shattered. Not just a crack in the bottle, but flattened completely. My clothes were stained, my bag ruined. I don't know if putting a fragile sticker on would have prevented this, but I don't understand why they just "don't do that". We are trusting our property to the airline when we check bags. I will never trust American Airlines ever again. They don't want to know if I have anything fragile, and they don't care when I tell them.
Cons: Our flight was 3 + hours behind schedule. We didn't get to take off until around 11:30pm when our flight was supposed to take off at 7:05pm. I have missed my itinerary and cruise trip with family members. Now I have to wait 2 days to catch a cruise and reunite with my family in Italy. We understand that Things happens and the airline takes precautions to make sure everything is okay before take off. However, I'm very frustrated and disappointed.
Cons: My family and I make I JFK -LAX reservation 4 months ago. We came to LAX three hours before our flight to make sure we get good seats. At the checking kiosk we did not have the option to pick seats , there was a message on the boarding pass that said to go see boarding agent. So we did, appreantly they over booked the trip and they were looking for volunteers to give up their seats!! Why did we have to be on stand by if our booking was confirmed 4 months ago!! Held on the plane for 4 hours, another 4 hours in terminal of the closed airport once allowed to deplane, no communication, no food or water, put up in a hotel an hour and half away despite this being NYC, terrible customer service, no compensation, unable to get tofinal destination earlier than 24 hours later missed events in final destination overall financial and personal losses due to the inadequacy of the airline.

Cons: The check in/bag drop process is terrible. Took 45 min. No explanation. No help.
Cons: First time on Frontier, not a bad experience even though some of the comforts are not there. But the price is good if you need no frills

Cons: Great flight, boarding in Newark on Saturday, a nightmare getting through long security line.

Cons: Everything. Delayed due to frontier poor logistics. Bad updates by staff (ie none), rude gate attendants and rude flight attendants throughout. We did make it an hour late and bags arrived but this felt like a banana republic airline.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that with numerous delays, we were not even given actual information as to the cause. At one point the, the person at the desk picked up their belongings and left the passengers at the gate. Weather was the excuse but there wasn’t any severe weather in either destination!
Pros: I like that southwest flew out of the same terminal Bc after the nightmares I walked over and happily paid full price for Southwest.
Cons: 2 agents for 300 bags in the same time window is not only unexpectable but poor customer service. Several people including 6 people in wheelchairs were deeply effected by this event not to mention. 100 of passagers without a answers. There was no staff at the 3 gates ! Even before the planes were scheduled to take off.
Pros: Prices are good but luggage fees are crazy

Cons: Booked through vacation package and Frontier was the only option. Nickel and dime you for everything. Extremely uncomfortable seats and no customer service unless you pay. Would only fly on a very short trip.

Cons: 1. I do not like the surprise fees for bags or in order to pick your seat. 2. Flight was delayed out of Indy. 3. Sat on the runway for 40 minutes once we arrived in Orlando.
Cons: They gave me and someone else the same seat luckily it wasn’t a packed flight and was able to move to a row that was empty

Cons: Leg room and seats lack an appropriate amount of cushions and space for long flights. The seat back trays are a joke. My tablet was bigger than the tray. I also dislike the extra charges for EVERYTHING that was not disclosed on the purchase through Kayak like seat selection, carryon bags, early on zones, etc. No snacks were offered on the flight. I understand that this is a discount carrier, but after all was said and done, I could have paid the same for a major airline and had way more room and comfort. No pre-Check. WTH??!!! The airline attendants bumped me going up and down the aisle EVERY single time and never offered an apology for bumping me and I was NOT in their way.
Pros: all staff were,very nice and polite to everyone and the plane was almost full
Cons: I was unable to download the ticket of my minor age 14 child so on arrival at the airport I told the bag check person he gave us a copy of our ticket for boarding as I showed him we had checked in already but could not see his ticket we were TSA pre checked went on to that area with line I went first using my app boarding pass but they would not let the child in saying his,ticket was not present checked TSA but it was when i checked him in,so we had to go through a 45 + min line a second time. very inconvenient almost making us late for flight.
Pros: Frontier has introduced a new concept in ergonomic torture - the 2-inch clamshell passenger seat, made of hardshell plastic. At least on our first flight we got the grudging 3-ounce diet coke watered down with ice. On this flight though, they didn't serve anything, not even water. Of course you pay for luggage. And Frontier charges you even MORE for a carry-on. I plan to avoid Frontier at every possible future opportunity.
Pros: Very nice, very clean plane (with multiple bathrooms). Everything was exactly on time and boarding was a breeze. What more could you ask for? Especially on a budget.

Cons: I miss my flight. It was move to another gate and my time is wrong because of the time change. It would be nice if they post it at the podium screen or glance the passengers saying it was move. I was move to another flight and i have to pay again. Gate confusion.

Pros: we had a sudden storm which required us to hold for over an hour before landing. Crew was very professional and pilot excellent to get us down after an hour and a half delay.
