The check-in crew for Alaska was rude, unhelpful, and the opposite of customer-centric. We arrived 50 minutes before our flight and were told it was too late to check baggage. When I asked what the cutoff was, the agent started speaking in codes “D50” and yelling to their manager who also spoke in codes. They then tried to speak to me using these codes and all I wanted to know was the time of the cutoff, which they would not — or could not — articulate. They booked me and my family on the next flight while smirking.

Were on time, very efficient and pleasant. Families with children were treated well and boarded ahead which made it easier for the rest of the plane.

Flight delays were really annoying, but otherwise the experience was fine

Provide blankets for main cabin please it’s too cold inside

our Flight attendant Tina was great and she made such a difference in a very disappointing "First Class" experience. Seats weren't much larger than the ones in coach, there were NO FOOTRESTS, one of the reasons we paid a premium price for a 6 hour flight. The charger for the phones didn't work in our row so I had to plug it into the row behind us and there was no free wifi, so my wife and I paid for it and it was mediocre at best. Lastly there were no screens to watch movies, There was nothing 'first class" about this Alaska Airline experience , except for Tina! They just charged a lot more money for what on other airlines would qualify for the improved economy class. Very, very disappointed.

The boarding process could be clearer, there's never a call for group f

good, no complaints but nothing to rave about. It was fine

we bought Mediterranean boxes for lunch. The salami in mine had gone bad long ago, but my partner had good salami and could eat it. Could I buy assigned seats? I guess that I didn't spend enough, so sat at the back of the plane

the flight attendant was so great and the upgrade to first class was top notch

I paid $168 each for myself and my daughter for an upgrade and we didn’t get any of the things mentioned by you/ site that comes with an upgrade. It was all just the same. One snack and one beverage. Nothing else. I don’t understand what the upgrade was.

Great setup on both flights except the last flight we got condensed dripping all over me in the last 20 mins of the flight

Short flight, you can't do much. On nice days, announce the islands they're flying over.

Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.

Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.

My bag was sent to lost and found. It was taken out of the plane without asking passengers if the bag owner is in the plane. I had valuables in my bag. I am very disappointed at this behaviour

The flight was great. I like it when airline capitalism give you information. For someone with flight jitters it really helps. And this captain was very cheery and reassuring. I had trouble understanding the head flight attendant because she spoke very fast. But overall staff were very helpful and kind.

My flight from New York to Canada and Canada to Brisbane was canceled, so I had to take united airlines instead flight from New York to Dubai then layover in Dubai 8 hours then from Dubai to Brisbane it was extremely difficult for me , it was a nightmare flying with Canadian airlines unfortunately.

I found the boarding easy and my seat was very comfortable as I had a lot of leg room. I am not too happy that I no longer have lounge access even though I used to get it with my TD credit card.

Strike pissed me n stranded in middle of no where

Refreshments and Air Hostess was good. Issues with customs in Toronto caused flight to depart and left me behind twice. Vouchers for delayed flight needs to increase.
