we bought Mediterranean boxes for lunch. The salami in mine had gone bad long ago, but my partner had good salami and could eat it. Could I buy assigned seats? I guess that I didn't spend enough, so sat at the back of the plane
the flight attendant was so great and the upgrade to first class was top notch
I paid $168 each for myself and my daughter for an upgrade and we didn’t get any of the things mentioned by you/ site that comes with an upgrade. It was all just the same. One snack and one beverage. Nothing else. I don’t understand what the upgrade was.
inflight entertainment website was extremely slow to load on my phone
Packed flight, cabin was so hot and stuffy that a woman fainted in the aisle. Crew were so inattentive that it took a awhile for just 1 Crew member to respond. Seat was incredibly cramped. Made to check bag because of "no overhead room" but there was plenty of overhead space when I was one of the last to board. Why is someone in boarding class A-D entitled to carry-on space but people in class E-F aren't? Whole flight was very uncomfortable. Shitty flight with a shitty airline. No more Alaska airlines for me.
I don’t think Alaska coordinates with Kayak. I did not get a “check-in” email inviting me to check in 24 hours in advance. Had to wait 20+ minutes to get a wheel chair.
The delays were awful and the constant gate changes were annoying and the forceful bag checking was rude.
I wish my checked suitcase could have been checked since I arrived an hour before take off .
The cabin crew on this team was particularly kind and excellent.
Overall the flight was on-time and plane ride very comfortable. The free snacks not so good - only a small bag of pretzels and no milk. I wanted milk. There was not entertainment on the plane unless I wanted to download their APP. But I would consider flying with them again and be more prepared on my part with food and entertainment.
Allow me to book extra bag check in as free though I packed in 1 luggage but that was 7 LBS overweight so make another bag to free check in.
Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.
My bag was sent to lost and found. It was taken out of the plane without asking passengers if the bag owner is in the plane. I had valuables in my bag. I am very disappointed at this behaviour
The flight was great. I like it when airline capitalism give you information. For someone with flight jitters it really helps. And this captain was very cheery and reassuring. I had trouble understanding the head flight attendant because she spoke very fast. But overall staff were very helpful and kind.
My flight from New York to Canada and Canada to Brisbane was canceled, so I had to take united airlines instead flight from New York to Dubai then layover in Dubai 8 hours then from Dubai to Brisbane it was extremely difficult for me , it was a nightmare flying with Canadian airlines unfortunately.
I found the boarding easy and my seat was very comfortable as I had a lot of leg room. I am not too happy that I no longer have lounge access even though I used to get it with my TD credit card.

Refreshments and Air Hostess was good. Issues with customs in Toronto caused flight to depart and left me behind twice. Vouchers for delayed flight needs to increase.

In flight WiFi not working. entertainment system not functioning Food was mediocre poor for business class Service was ok but not excellent Crew were pleasant. Announcements were made at a ridiculous volume.
