Pros: "The plane was really old, possibly JetBlue's oldest still in service? Frayed around the edges, the setback TVs were really old and tiny, the trays stiff and aged."

The pilot saw us running towards it and waving them down. These amazing/wonderful/fantastic/phenomenal people pulled the walkway back and we made our flight. I will never take another airline EVER again."

Cons: "The WiFi was not working on the flight down to Austin. JetBlue having free WiFi was a main reason I picked to fly with you. I was planning on getting some work done on the long flight, but could not and instead had to wake up early the next day to finish it. I understand there is only so much you can do about it and you do not want to hold up the flight because of WiFi. I was just disappointed."

Other airlines seemed to move their passengers thru quickly so it was a JetBlue issue not an airport issue. Also, my TV did not work and kept going blank every minute or less. I just gave up on using it. That seemed to be an isolated problem as I did not see this happening to anyone else."

I later learned that Jet Blue has the worst on time record of all the airlines. And you got nothing to compensate you for the inconvenience. I am really disappointed in Kayak for not making it known on our ticket that we were flying from New York to Austin on Jet Blue. When buying my tickets on Kayak, it appeared on my itinerary that all my flights were on Iceland Air. It was very confusing to me, as I don't travel very frequently. And airport staff is not very helpful when you are in this situation. Due to all the confusion, I will probably use another airline search tool for my next trip to see if I can lessen the confusion."

As a father of (4), and one who traveled a lot with my children, I never let them scream incessantly for (4) hours, however JetBlue seemingly has no reservations about letting a child sitting directly behind us scream incessantly for four hours. Absolutely ruined our flight. Can your staff not say a single word to the parents?"

Pros: "The first thing Jet Blue needs to do is to promptly update the monitors to reflect the status when the flight is delayed. The scheduled departure for the flight from JFK to Austin was 9:06 pm. It was past 8:45 pm and there was no airplane at the gate - At this point it was clear to me that we were definitely going to be delayed. Finally there was an announcement about the incoming flight from Syracuse being delayed causing the austin flight to be delayed. As far as I can remember, the monitors never reflected the delayed status. My assessment is this flight was delayed by 30 mins or so which may not be much if this is the only trip you are taking but definitely matters to someone who has been on a flight for 17 hrs and is just desperate to get home for some well needed rest. I give good rating for boarding and comfort as boarding was quick and suprisingly comfortable for economy seat. I give NA for crew, food and entertainment primarily because I was asleep the entire flight and did not interact with any of the flight crew."

I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."
