Cons: It was ridiculous that after buy our tickets we had to pay to pick our plane seats... Also, we have to pay 60 dollars to carry on our bags... I Spirit charge you for everything, even chips and Pepsi we had to buy it on the plane...

Pros: United Airlines for a change did a decent job flying back to LAS unlike our flight from BUF to EWR which got canceled and we had to drive to Newark which was not only disappointing but to witness customer service uncaring even more distressing.

Cons: We may not choose UA for our family from now on. Quite a bit of confusion even when trying to reach customer service over phone, the hold time is 15 to 20 min?

Pros: I guess I’m happy they didn’t crash.

Cons: Wasn’t American Airlines promoting a new plane every week? Did that fall through?

Cons: Mechanical problems and incompetent repair people who forgot to fill out paperwork delayed our flight by 3 hours. Because of this I almost missed my RESCHEDULED next flight and my bag was gate checked to baggage claim.

Pros: The crew from checking too deplaning were incredible. My husband is disabled and we were well taken care of. Thank you.

Cons: Not having a seat that reclines at all is really hard. I miss that, along with any complimentary food. There is flexibility in choosing seat, bags, & boarding but the price of each is a bit crazy.

Pros: For the price it's a good option. Just be aware of uncomfortable seats and cramped conditions ahead of a long flight.

Cons: The flight was delayed twice and I wasn’t able to pick up my rental car, so I ended up paying a $350 ride from the airportport to north of Connecticut, my final destination.

Pros: I loved the price of the tickets, crew was friendly, all except one flight attendant on the return flight sitting in the back of the plane. She was rude, snarky and seemed to be very put off by the passenger to include myself, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Food and drinks were good, a bit expensive but that's expected on a plane. Fold down trays were significantly smaller than any other plane I had ever been on, but that didn't bother me in the least.

Cons: I didn't like that if I wanted to ensure that my 13 year old son and I had seats next to each other I had to pay an additional cost (lowest cost of that being$25). I do realize that the way Frontier keeps their ticket prices so low is that they charge you for every little thing. Honestly I was surprised they didn't charge me for a napkin. You do feel nickeled and dimed, after the purchase of the ticket itself. All in all I have to say I would fly Frontier again.

Pros: GoGoAir ground-based pathetic WiFi is out, satellite best Wi-Fi is now in! And it couldn’t come too soon. This cross country 6-hour flight was very enjoyable because the plane is immaculate and I was connected nearly the entire time. Kudos to Alaska on their continued investments in new Boeing aircraft and upgraded satellite internet.

Cons: The boarding process continues to be an absolute joke. I don’t know what the solution is, but Slow rude people continue to hold up 10-15 people at a time wrestling with their many carry on bags. This whole situation sure got worse when they started charging so much for checked bags.

Pros: The two fight attendants taking care of us were outstanding and beyond. I didn't catch both of their names, but Brenda was an absolute gem who did Delta proud.

Pros: Best part of the flight was to experience the joy of talking to loved once from the cloud, thank you delta for providing free wifi in the cloud. You have won my heart!!

Pros: Was treated very badly at check in at Delta Terminal 2 JFK by a certain agent, Miles, who was supposed to complete my check in process. His manager witnessing the situation did not rectify and did not want to give me the full name of that agent. She admitted that Miles was unacceptably rude to me but there was nothing she could do to reprimend him. Completely ruined my experience of flying. Erased Delta from my options to fly.

Cons: Tried to call airline directly for customer service, but received a busy tone. Tried to call again and received an automated message saying to high call volume to call back later. Also went online to look for an email, but couldn’t find one so I sent a message to Sun Country twitter account, but no one responded. Worst customer service ever.

Cons: I did leave my freezer Ziploc bag of medication in the front seat pocket of my seat, called spirit and Mccarran airport in Las Vegas and said no one turned in the medication. Told me to call Chicago because that’s where the plane went after leaving Las Vegas, I called Chicago but have not gotten an answer back if it was turned in there. It’s my heart medication and my blood thinner which is very expensive and a couple of costume jewelry necklaces. I wish someone could help me locate this medication, it’s very expensive.

Cons: Spirit get with the game! - I cannot believe that you would charge as much as $65 for a CARRY-ON bag. Then additionally charge up to $25 per seat to have it assigned. Added charge after charge...unbelievable! I WILL NEVER FLY SPIRIT AGAIN!!!!! And to boot, The flight was like riding a roller coaster. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Cons: Check in and baggage drop was a mess. Gate wasn’t posted at airport. Plane like a flying bus. No reclining seats. No screens or Wi-Fi. Adequate service. Overpriced. Paid for seat next to my husband and baggage making this flight far more expensive than a normal airline.

Cons: Packed in like sardines. Very uncomfortable seats for a three hour flight. Second time I’ve recently flown with them. Planes both times seemed old inside and I’ve ridden on their nice ones with screens to watch before.

Cons: Staff rude. Plane not fully supplied. Frontier doesn’t treat Reserve, National Guard or Retired military the same as Active Duty. Frontier made me feel like my 20 years of service to this country meant nothing.

Pros: The flight attendants on all three of my flights were nice and helpful as well as all the employees at each airport I visited. The food was good and I had a great time.

Pros: Boarding was strange - it was still in groups although we were shuttled to our airplane. I was glad it wasn’t a packed flight as I wasn’t smushed by my neighbors in the seats. Very little turbulence, smooth taking off and landing. I like that I was able to watch free movies without having to pay for WiFi.

Cons: The shuttle broke down on the way to the airplane and had to wait for another. The good part was that we didn’t wait very long (less than 10 minutes) for another to arrive. No free WiFi.

Cons: Boarded in, then boarded out. Told aircraft was not inspected then delayed by ~2 hours due to bolts loose in a wing plate despite brand new aircraft

Pros: I am amazed st how we still have to pay for stuff onboard. I normally fly international; so, fun to see that they are charging for food.

Cons: United is OK and the service is very good overall. The point is to fly, arrive safely and on time. I wish I didn’t have to deal with TSA even with precheck.

Cons: The flight was delayed about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and that's based mostly because of the people around you. The lady in front of me pushed her seat all the way back up against my knees in one fell swoop catching me by surprise, her constant moving around didn't help the situation.
