Cons: "Plane seats weren’t cleaned well. I wiped my chair, tray, window and wipe was all grey/brown dirty. Yuck! Very disappointing jetBlue. You used to be my favorite but no more. 2.5 hour of delay to pick someone special to board the plane. Ridiculous! 2.5 hour of delay and excuse was navigation not working you have to pick paperwork however picking paperwork took 1.5 hour? You think people will believe this while you get this special person to just walk in and board the plane on the (exit) seats 4 rows had been kept empty just for him. I demand my money back. Poor poor poor service JetBlue"

That didn't really bother me, but it was an issue for the two people sitting in my row. We had paid $40 for even more, so I was surprised when the flight attendant wouldn't give my neighbor a complimentary pillow so he could rest since the monitor wouldn't work. Flight attendant said he would need to pay $5. I feel flight attendants should be given permission to change policy based on certain circumstances."

The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit."

Cons: "My husband & I were in Row 5 & in last boarding group. When we got to our seats, all of the overhead bins were filled all the way back to Row 8. So, we put our suitcases up there. When we landed, we had to wait for everyone to get off the plane to be able to go back to those bins. And someone had already exited the plane with my husband’s suitcase. Their suitcase was left. We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!"

I like that I can choose the entertainment I want and that everything is at my fingertips including flight info, food and beverage options, etc. it’s relatively comfortable but it’s not near the level of Virgin America or JetBlue."

It is super confusing where you need to go, drop bags, etc. the weird part is Check in was in terminal 3 and gate at terminal 2. That is a long walk back and forth. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this. Besides that, they need to do a better job communicating that seats are changing and not Reggy before boarding. Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. Otherwise, everything went smoothly."

Cons: "The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !"

She came back with a checked bag ticket, this bag could have fit under the seat. We would have preferred not to check the bag because it had everything in it we needed access to like medication, ear buds, book, tablet, it also contained my Jewlery and various other things. The lady was extremely rude when I told her I prefer not to check the bag, she said we could take everything out of the bag we needed but that would have been 70 % of what was in the bag, where was I supposed to put all this stuff? My small purse was already full. my husband was upset at her treatment and said something to her and she told us we where welcome to book another flight. I paid a hell of a lot of money on this flight alone plus upgraded our seats with extra legroom. Once on the plane the seating was so crammed, uncomfortable and no legroom. My seat reclined but my husbands did not. I will never fly American Airlines again."

Weather I can understand, but telling us we are waiting on a specific crew to arrive and then announcing that crew is not for our flight was just terrible communication. No one seemed apologetic. The only thing they did was bring a snack cart over for us, and that got raided by children so many people didn't get anything. We had arranged transport from Orlando to Tampa for that evening, and our rides had to cancel because instead of 7pm we were now arriving at 130am. Your airline's mistakes put everyone at an inconvenience and we weren't offered assistance to fix it. My husband went to ask for help in arranging new transport home, but he couldn't even get to the front of the line. The customer service was terrible. We really enjoyed our first leg of the flight home with American Airlines, but after the second leg and all of the problems we had... we will not fly with American Airlines in the future."

Waited 45 minutes for one passenger to board. Great crew, excellent pilots. Airplane in dire need of repair- from the in seat power to overhead storage to tray table. And that’s in first class. United, you can do better than that. The only thing that saves United’s face is their incredible crew. Must be tough working for a corporate company that truly shows they don’t care about their product.

Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave at noon. We were delayed for 2.5 hours due to incoming flights, which were delayed. Finally they told us to board at 4 pm. Once everyone was on board, they told us we "lost" our pilot and we had to get off the plane. Thirty minutes later, they "found" a new pilot and boarded us on the plane. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again."

Each attendant gave a different explanation. So, not only we list our flight and mess up our schedule, I had to pay another $80 for the taxi 3 times: for my original flight and again for the second flight."

Never had an issue with Lufthansa. United customer service is a different story. I will try my best to avoid Lufthansa flights operated by United from now on."

Cons: "After United made me miss my connecting flight, I got an alternate flight to a different airport, but not apology, no offer to upgrade, nothing. Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful."

There were no extra seats visible. Clearly upset, a very nice flight attendant brought me back to the galley and chatted with me (not reacting negatively to my less-than-stellar attitude given the situation) while another went to "handle it." Not sure what magic she worked, but I ended up with a window seat in an exit row with lots of leg room. An unfortunate situation was handled very well and I'm really appreciative!"

Literally the saying goes "it costs peanuts" I mean a few peanuts! For crying out loud you have to pay for peanuts! In my humble option a few very low cost items could improve this airline... they should make those changes effective immediately if they want to see higher reviews."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 2 hours leaving San Francisco going to Orlando. My mother checked a bag which cost $35. The ticketing agent picked up her bag and slammed it down on the conveyor belt. I was so shocked at the rough handling of my mothers belongings and the fact that the agent didn't give a care. My sister and I were charged $45 each for our carry-on bags. They began boarding us but the flight crew made us wait on the walkway to the plane for 15 minutes before they let us on the plane. The flight crew was rude and disorganized. The seats did not recline, next no padding and the chair back in front had no padding at all. There were no complimentary drinks or food provided on the 5 hr flight. We were threatened by the passenger behind us twice but no assistance was given by the flight crew. We are extremely disappointed and will never fly Frontier again. We should have paid the extra money to fly Delta from TPA which would have taken 2 hours off of our drive time. We visited Frontier's website which provides nothing but excuses for why they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Overall Frontier may have some of the cheaper flights but after you're done paying for the extras you may as well fly with a carrier that provides more comfort and better service. Frontier has lost our business."

We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."

One flight attendant even smacked a phone out of someone's hands! Will take a miracle to get me and my family to ever fly frontier again. Worse flight experience ever."

Preceded to runway, de-iced, no announcement. ( my seat mate , southerner hadn't known what was happening). Servive and attitude was definitely a 1 and pilots were first off plane. This was on top of our Orlando to Denver flight that was delayed 8 hours with no weather related cause. We had to rebook on another airline. Frontier said, every flight is only a 50% chance of on time departure!!!! Way too much for 79 year olds. We are an airline family so recognize the "care less" attitude. Never Frontier again."

I restarted phone and everything. I had to check in at airport with no bags. When I arrived, there WAS NO ONE at check in desk. I was standing at empty security checkpoint and I could see my gate. The frontier employees were at gate early and never came to assist me. I waited for an hour until my flight left. You can imagine how furious I was- ridiculous for me to have this kind of experience. Thankfully united airlines got me on plane. Never flying frontier again."

Cons: "I didn't know that they were going to charge me $30 each way for CARRY-ON!!! They wanted extra money just to put your party together. I was flying by myself so I didn't care, but they wanted 25/seat to sit in the middle of the plane per person. I have a family of 7 (5 kids 8 and under) and had we been flying together that would have been a surprise round trip expense of $250 for seats and probably $400-500 in baggage. I would have been very upset. You pay for soft/juice drinks and small snacks. The 'free' water I asked for/received didn't have ice. I assume that was extra, but I wouldn't know b/c the lady who gave it to me was off before I could even ask. I was starting to think they were going to make me pay for a seat belt. I have recently booked another flight to Arizona on frontier before I left on this one and I am already dreading that flight. I will not be going on Frontier again nor recommend it to anyone else."

The seats, the screaming kids, and the especially the kid that the parent did not have in control and was running down the isle when we were in landing position, the captain sitting in front of my other half looked at him and told him to go sit down, my colleague say next to them the parent did not have him buckled up because he said he did not like it! Needless to say my friend was all flipped out after we landed! We had to calm him down! Oh well."

Im glad I can bring my own water on the plane. And my own food. 2 Hours the desk opens before a flight? the line was crazy. I will never fly Frontier again. many people I spoke to said the same thing, they wont either. I will fly southwest even if its more expensive because by the time you spend for all these others items your over what you would have spent with Southwest. Thank you."

She was pissy when I asked for gin, because she had to go look for it. She was agrivated when I asked if I had to buy the mixer separate, as it was my very first time on frontier. They didn't have gin though it was on the menu, as expensive as the alcohol was that I did buy, the mixer should have come with it. The fact that one has to pay for a carry on is ridiculous! On to of it all the flour was late boarding. I was not impressed with frontier. Pros: "Frontier encourages you to check your bag by offering a lower fee for checking than carrying the bag onto the plane This made getting into and out of the plane so much quicker The seats were comfortable enough and I had my own food and beverages so did not need to purchase any."
Cons: "My reasonable priced ticket went up $104 by the time I paid to check my bag and pick a seat. I would rather gate check my bag and get it when I exit the plane because it took over an hour for it to come to baggage claim."

There was no food or entertainment, and the flight was delayed by an hour because we had to wait for another Frontier flight ---- so that says something. Seats were super uncomfortable and the tray tables are stupidly small, maybe could hold a sandwich and nothing else. No other amenities at all. I'd rather pay $40 more for the flight, get some snacks and comfy seat and a free carry-on. Won't fly Frontier again unless I have to."

Locals=in the dark. $15 food credit each is a good start. $100 each emailed so quickly is impressive but it's a credit to a bare bones airline that charges you for a water after their 6 hrs issue. Could have made snacks and non alc drinks free. NO NO NO. We had to pay another $11 for water, apple juice, food and GL of wine. SERIOUSLY. WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT??? Missed several opportunities for "Little things that count". Give all $300 to one of us for a free ticket-we won't be flying with our grandson again. I will give you a chance to fix that. Not a threat a promise."

Cons: "The plane was disgustingly dirty, my tray table was sticky and had leftover crumbs on it... The floor where I was supposed to store my carry on had crumbs of some sort smushed into the carpet. It was all around disgusting"
Pros: "Price was good."
Cons: "Charged for every thing seats, luggage, . Took over an hour for luggage. They waited for the next Frontier flight about half an hour then brought lugage from both flights at the same time. Not enough to get me back to Frontier!"
Pros: "New planes. Nice staff."
Cons: "Poor snack selection. I am okay with paying for coffee and snacks, but no cream for the coffee? Really? And the trail mix had no nuts in it even though it was from the Colorado Nut Company. It was just a spicy chex mix. Bring your own snacks. None of that was particularly irksome but we had to wait an 1 and 40 minutes for our luggage. The two flights after us had their luggage come in. The baggage claim desk had nothing to do. The two ladies were just sitting in their office chatting. Didn't make an announcement, didn't look into it. Just let us sit out there at 10:30 at night. I finally went in to talk to them and they got on the phone and the luggage came up in about ten minutes. Seemed like it was nothing more than someone having gone on break and flaked on getting our luggage up and two lazy baggage employees who couldn't be bothered to look into it."
Cons: "The flight may be inexpensive, but the add on costs to book a seat and carry on a bag were ridiculous. Also, I didn't like that there wasn't a complimentary food or drink item. The line to check my bag was also extremely long and slow and they should have had more staff working."
Pros: "Crew was okay ."
Cons: "Seat was not comfortable at all . All the extra charges were ridiculous and some not stated until you check in . They cancelled my return flight and the soonest they would be able to put me on another flight was 2 days later . So i had to book a one way ticket on another airline that cost double what my round trip ticket cost . I would not suggest using frontier if there is even a hint of bad weather as you could be stranded for days ."
Pros: "I definitely liked the price! I enjoyed not having the food or drink unless paid for during the flight. Having this option available to passengers who wanted this service was nice. Crew members were very polite and professional, and the plane was clean."
Cons: "I had to change my sister's departing ticket because her son passed. I think that this should have been allowed free of charge due to the circumstances. When contacting Frontier, changing her flight from Thursday to Friday night or Saturday would still have cost more than purchasing another ticket, which I did. Something very wrong with this. I measured the carry on that I purchased for this flight from measurements given on your site. At the airport, the carry on was not permitted without paying for it. Your site states 8x14x18. The larger carry on, which payment is possibly required, is stated to be 10x16x24, if I understand correctly. I ended up paying 30 dollars each way, a total of $60.00 for a small carry on that I understood to be free!"
Cons: "I've used Frontier twice. Once for Thanksgiving week and once for Christmas week. Both times I had to wait 40-45 minutes to get my bag. The first time, the belt stopped working after already sitting and waiting 20 minutes for the the luggage to come to baggage claim. So myself and a large number of people had to wait an extra 20 minutes before someone decided to switch the our bags to a different belt. The second time there was no malfunction. Literally the entire plane and myself, who checked a bag, waited a total of 45 minutes before the first luggage appeared. Because I'm a considerate person, I prefer that my ride doesn't get a ticket or their vehicle towed for waiting outside for an extra 20-30 minutes or they waste their gas by circling around the airport until I finally say, "I have my bag." Mind you, this only seems to happen when I'm arriving to Orlando. I probably will be avoiding Frontier Airlines when picking my next flight."
Pros: "I liked that it was cheap, mainly because I was only there for a day and didn't have to pay for luggage. The staff seemed ok and everything else was normal."
Cons: "I didn't like how they basically charge for every single thing. They charge for checked bags, carry ons, the seat selection, and any kid of food or drink that's not water."
Pros: "Overall good. 32 minute wait for luggage. Seemed like a long time. 45 minutes from when we departed. Took a while just to get off plane that I am not counting."
