Pros: The flight attendant was amazing and tried to compensate for the other problems of the flight.

Cons: The air conditioner was broken so the entire flight was extremely hot. The plane was so small that the engine vibrated the seats the whole time. It was miserable to be on the flight.

Pros: The crew was amazingly helpful and kind (as I was flying solo with my three kids). The seating was also very comfortable.

Pros: We paid for extra leg room but did not receive it. Our complaint to the staff was dismissed without a care. We will be taking our business to Alaska Airlines in the future.

Cons: First, it was a big ordeal to get seats together, traveling with 3 children. Seats did not recline. No movie screen, entertainment. Weren’t allowed a carryon, only under seat. Will not fly united again.

Cons: The touch technology for the entertainment system was not user friendly and rarely responded immediately to the touch. It discouraged me from using the entertainment system.

Pros: The taste of the food was delicious.

Cons: I’d have liked larger portion sizes as I was still a little hungry after each meal and snack.

Pros: The crew was typical, the seat was on the aisle, which I prefer, but kind of in the way and I kept hitting my head.

Cons: My family and I were seated near the back of the plane (5th and 4th rows from back),near bathrooms, and kept smelling gross smells from back. We all smelled like toilets after this flight. This plane definitely needed better ventilation/better sealed bathroom doors.

Cons: I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight.

Cons: Delayed after boarding due to lightning ground stop. Had to deplane and reboard. Almost 2-hour delay because gate agent had to rebook several people on the spot.

Pros: The boarding was smooth. Flight arrived early into Frankfurt.

Cons: The food was mediocre. Economy seats are just uncomfortable.

Pros: The crew was awesome and they really made the flight so much better. I loved how short the flight was - just 58 minutes from Vancouver to Portland.

Cons: This is a turbo-prop commuter flight, so it's fairly noisy; also, there are no USB charge ports or entertainment system.

Pros: Phone charging outlets, but this is now quite common with international flights.

Cons: Hospitality: Flight attendant crew lacking hospitality and services to guests. It was a 2 pm flight and they all seemed either burnt or unhappy. The services was a bare minimum. Unfortunately, we have seen far better services with other international airlines.

Pros: I got to converse with the pilots before getting on board, and they were super awesome guys. Flight attendants were attentive and checked in frequently enough.

Cons: 7 hour delay initially because of a mechanical problem, but massively exacerbated by an inability to find crew. Disappointing....

Forced to take next flight the following day without any accommodation for my wife and 3 year old son. Was told by Alaska service agent to just sleep at the USO.
