We had paid $40 for even more, so I was surprised when the flight attendant wouldn't give my neighbor a complimentary pillow so he could rest since the monitor wouldn't work. Flight attendant said he would need to pay $5. I feel flight attendants should be given permission to change policy based on certain circumstances."

Three dollars for small bottle of water and five dollars for a muffin and we are forced to pay for drinks when we cant bring our own. The staff had no knowledge of anything and non accomidating. The plane offered the most flat and uncomfortable seating and no movies to keep kids quiet. I will never buy a trip from spirit again. I have a pre booked trip for august with spirit but will cancel due to my experience . I felt I was at a medicaid office from begining to end. Ps I also have to pay for my bags when I return 200+ on bags is rediculous."
