Pros: "It was easy to get to the gate. The gate crew called out seats A-E as Amazing, Brilliant, ... Excellent."
Cons: "I could have used more leg room."
Pros: "Crew was great. Seat was comfortable even though in the last row..helped that there was no one in the middle seat."
Cons: "Under seat luggage space on aisle seat is smaller than middle and window so is difficult for carry on/leg room."
Pros: "The seat was fine and the seatbelt just barely fit."
Cons: "Saw a bedbug on my window!!! Wasn't notified that they were serving breakfast when I reserved one. No free wifi. No monitors in the seat to track plane progress and watch a movie. All of those either cost extra or were separate. Due to constant line I was forced to use the bathroom when I landed"
Pros: "Food was excellent service was good"
Cons: "Boarding was too slow we sat at gate for almost an hour for baggage to be loaded"
Pros: "Nothing was exceptional"
Cons: "The entertainment system was terrible. Kept getting thrown off in between while watching a movie multiple times"
Cons: "Flight was delayed taking off now we are in Seattle sitting on the tarmac for over and hour 15 mins to just get to a gare"
Pros: "The only positives were that the flight was on time and crew members were reliable."
Cons: "The seat was very dirty. I even felt the need to wipe it before I sat down, and the tissue I used became black. Otherwise, I felt like the plane was tight and uncomfortable for a 5.5 hour flight. At the end, one crew member was complaining about how slow we were to disembark to the people on the plane."
Pros: "This survey is great because it lets customers have a say in the airline industry’s practices and operations and the above question should have an N/A option because I neither consumed food nor used entertainment so I didn’t experience those two features on my flight and it would be misleading for me to give either item a rating of more or less than three"
Cons: "I buzzed the flight attendant and asked her to bring me water and I detected surprise and perhaps mild annoyance at my request and to make matters worse she brought back a half-full water cup as opposed to a full one"
Pros: "In-flight internet worked pretty well. Everything else about the flight was good except for the breakfast sandwich."
Cons: "Breakfast sandwich was not nearly as delicious as the picture suggested. It was a lot of tough bread and not much flavor."
Pros: "The crew was so darn efficient and the pilot was so funny over the speaker! Thank you Alaska for slaying this flight"
Cons: "Crew was abrasive and put off by people asking for service. Monitors had to be rebooted 3 times. Ran out of water and snacks."
Pros: "Good flight as always with Delta. Sat in economy comfort, so of course the seats was comfortable. Flight Attendants were great."
Cons: "My monitor isn’t really working after rebooted. And the audio hole wasn’t tight enough"
Cons: "I checked two bags and paid for them. The flight was full. I dutifully got in line for zone two. Next thing you know, at least 25 people got to board early and have free bag check. Really? I should get $35 dollar refund."
Cons: "The flight was 2.5 hours late making me miss my connecting flight and I didn’t receive a refund for the comfort seats I paid for but didn’t get."
Cons: "Was not allowed to check in even tho flight was delayed. Horrible!"
Cons: "My friend and I was switched to an even worse seating when boarding. Very uncomfortable especially for my friend since he had crutches."
Pros: "I travel as a professional musician. I fly with American (because many booking agencies use them) I achieved status after years of their cruel methods of forcing us to check our instruments, thinking “FINALLY, I can board without being hassled about my instrument coming onboard with me.” Nope!! They fight me every time, as if I’m some guy going on vacation and bringing my beater guitar to play on the beach. They holler every time, “SIR YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO CHECK THAT” $6,000 worth of equipment to make space for someone’s socks. (?!?!) Today, I boarded TWO delta flights and was told, “see if it fits... if not, we can gate check it for you...” YES!!! That’s all I ask!!! Just let me TRY first! If it doesn’t fit, THEN I can’t complain! Anyway, sorry for the saga! I just want to say THANK YOU! I had peace of mind ALL day! Keep up the great work! Your staff is outstanding!!"
Cons: "I didn’t like that you thought there was something I didn’t like! I’m a fan!!"
Pros: "Was able to sleep for once. Nobody in center seat."
Cons: "Crying babies"
Cons: "Left about 2.5 hours late because of a broken seat of all things. Apparently Delta doesn't bother to have maintenance staff on site at the airport."
Cons: "The flight comfort was very bad. The plane was extremely warm and people we beginning to feel bad. Several mentioned it and asked multiple times to have the the cabin air conditioning turned down"
Cons: "One crew member is not particularly helpful when passengers needed assistance."
Pros: "I like that I made it home alive."
Cons: "Everything about Departing and arriving was a Poor experience. I might not be using this particular airline again. 4 Airlines now on my list of do not use."
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "Flight crew was an hour late to the flight, whereas customers were waiting for far longer than that."
Pros: "Nothing!!!"
Cons: "The seat in front of me reclined so far that the guy in that seat had his head less than a foot from my face and my knees were being smashed by his seat. Very painful."
Pros: "The aircratf and on time operation"
Cons: "Gate agents not following AA.com policies to charge extra fees"
Pros: "Got me to where I'm going safely. Crew was nice."
Cons: "Flying is painful"
Pros: "Smooth flight, pilots were friendly. It was a nice flight"
Pros: "Helpful crew"
Cons: "Would have liked to be able to power up digital devices"
Cons: "I asked the woman at the gate prior to boarding if there were electrical outlets on the plane. She looked it up and said, its an Airbus, yes they have outlets at each seat. I didn't worry too much about charging my devices at my layover because I knew I could charge them on the plane. When I got on it was clear that there was no outlets, no video on the backs of seats, no devices being handed out for purchase. Nothing. I'm definitely used to more updated planes, but I would have been ok without the misinformation. I ended up on a 4 hr flight bored out of my gourd—which could have been avoided."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed due to crew unavailability. Entertainment did not work due to connectivity issued during flight. No cookies nor snacks were served vs outbound flight where they offered 3 snacks!"
Pros: "Very organized"
Cons: "No issues, I found value for the amount I paid for my flight"
Cons: "The crew was understaffed. I sat in the back and it took about 1 hour to get A beverage. The male flight attendant was friendly and helpful. The female was rushed and too business like. To see the online entertainment one had to know to download some app PRIOR to boarding. Who knew?"
Pros: "The checking kiosk with luggage check-in, weight station and automated ticket printing for boarding pass and luggage tag. Security checkpoint was smooth and moving fast. All above have vastly reduced stagnant check-in line at the check-in counters."
Cons: "Need more properly trained ground crew at baggage drop point (which is also the previously check-in counter) to ease the line and expedite the check-in. Also need more notification billboard along the long line to better inform the passagers what to expect at the security checkpoint."
Cons: "Parents that check to make sure their kids are not obnoxious during the entire 6 hour flight."
Cons: "I was in business class and was terrible The airplane too old , so expensive for that? Can’t believe it..."
Cons: "It's a 6 hour flight and not even a sandwich? Food on boeard is for sale. Same with movies or TV shows."
Pros: "Not a lot to say really from a positive, In Europe if we had to fly over 4 hours the airlines put on larger planes, this plane was small for a 6+ flight"
Cons: "Small plane for a 6+ hour flight, food is . sub standard, if you want to watch the onboard entertainment you need to do so from you phone or Ipad, you need their app installed first and flash player, if not your screwed. They allow you to download their flash player but it does not work."
Pros: "From beginning to end the United crew was friendly, engaging and helpful."
Pros: "Courteous crew. Smooth landing. My only compliant is that we have to purchase in-flight wi-fi. I find this unacceptable, especially because the airlines charges upwards of $80 for an Economy Plus seat and then one needs to $26.99 for wi-fi for the duration of the flight."
Pros: "I did not receive credit from Spirit Airlines for the reason of Covid-19"
Cons: "Better seats, entertainment, keep travelers updated to a landing time"
Pros: "It was ok, male flifht attendant super friendly"
Cons: "The seats weren't that comfortable for my husband due to his height."
Pros: "The airline delayed for an hour and checked bags did. Or arrive with flight. Had to wait more than 10 hours for my lost luggage to arrive at airport"
Cons: "Checked in bag got lost and had to wait mor than 10 hours to pick it up from another flight. Flight was delayed for more than an hour"
Cons: "I did leave my freezer Ziploc bag of medication in the front seat pocket of my seat, called spirit and Mccarran airport in Las Vegas and said no one turned in the medication. Told me to call Chicago because that’s where the plane went after leaving Las Vegas, I called Chicago but have not gotten an answer back if it was turned in there. It’s my heart medication and my blood thinner which is very expensive and a couple of costume jewelry necklaces. I wish someone could help me locate this medication, it’s very expensive."
Pros: "Happy that I finally got there"
Cons: "Flight 525 to Fort Lauderdale originally scheduled for Monday, Aug 13. When we were about to leave the house we received an email -delay til 5:25, Moments after 6:10, and finally an hour later flight canceled. After a few calls to Spirit customer service, we were offered to be booked for a flight at 8:25. In the process of the conversation, the line was dropped off, minutes later I called again and the agent said that all tickets sold out and first available Wednesday 08/15 at 6;30 am. I had nothing but to agree. I continue to call customer service and after spending on calls hours and hours, I got lucky and booked at the same 525 Flight 24 hours later. Arrived two hours before departure, and got informed that the flight late one hour, then two and a half hours, then 4 hours..... Finally, we took off at 9; 45. From the moment we arrived at the gate 41 and 45minutes before departure no representative was present at the gate. I'm a person with a disability and was trapped in a wheelchair for hours and no one informed about any updates. Hours without water, food and most important information. Thanks to Kayak and Spirit app I got updates on my phone."
Cons: "Charge for a seat, baggage including carry-on and a bag of pretzels is 4 dollars. Don’t fall for the cheap tickets"
Cons: "Dirty Seat doesn’t recline Seat doesn’t have head support on sides No movies No phone charger Small food tray Poor food choice No free water"
Pros: "the service is good, schedule is on time, and the price is very cheap. It's a good choice for a 2-hours flight."
Pros: "crew were nice, appreciate people with kids Able to board first"
Cons: "$ 50 baggage fee is not right for one way ,"
