We were made to check our carry-on luggage because it did not fit the measurements. That’s what we were told, but I saw plenty of carry-on luggage on the plane that was the same size as ours
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

Very long delay but we just made the connection. The requested wheel chairs were not there so I had to assist/carry BOTH of my parents to the gate while carrying their bags so we could make the connection. The plane had no entertainment system and NO WIFI, legroom zero. Restrooms on ALL of flights were dirty and one restroom did not even work properly. I was surprised to see COPA like this since my flight with them in 2013 was incredible, the seats were amazing and the food options were spectacular. Of course, I see this kind of service on many airlines now, with services and hospitality at an all time low. The worse part of the trip was seeing my 90 year old parents go through hell on these flights and having to try and rush to a gate to make the next flight. Never again
The couple in front of me were constantly talking over the announcement from the captain and this was annoying me.
The first leg of my trip the Republic Airlines aircraft was late due to a maintenance problem. Then I called United to reroute. Their reroute airline lost my bag but found it and returned it two days later. Hopefully my return trip home is better.
There was not even a single time where united airlines from lga has made to the gate straight , 1 hr if delay today
Flight from Munich to O’Hare was great but it was on Lufthansa, a UA partner. It had more legroom than United, seat slid forward to make reclining more comfortable, they offered free drinks. United offered none of this. Oh and the food was superior to United’s which honestly, sucked.
Requested for warm or hot water because of throat pain, it was denied. The entertainment system was hung, requested the crew to turn it off, instead of turning it off they rebooted the device. It was stuck again, no one bothered to check.
Horrible on the chicago end. They change hates then there is a plane at the new gate so we can’t pull in. Then that plane has mechanical issue and needs to be pulled back to the gate but we can’t get to another new gate due the other plane being in the way. Horrible gate management which will cause many customers to miss connections.
Fantastic experience once again flying with United! There was great communication from the cockpit and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to get my two little kids some special treats which elevated our travel experience coming home.
The employees seemed impatient with their guests. It seemed like they were giving us orders, instead of easily assisting. Our flight was delayed waiting on a flight attendant. It was alright.
My easiest trip ever. Flights left on time, and came in a few minutes early. The flights weren’t full so it was very comfortable. Thank you United
