First class was nice onboard the plane, but too tired to enjoy it since it was a 1am flight.
The counters did not open until 10pm, only 2hrs B4 "the flight closed at 12 midnight), even though they say arrive 180 minutes early. The "SkyPriority" line was the slowest line. At the outset two agents weren't even helping guests. This was a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had to pickup and recheck my bag and ended up waiting outside security for several hours because there was no where to drop the bag after passing immigration from my connecting flight. I suggest AM get another airline's baggage handler to recheck bags for early arriving customers so at least they can wait inside security where amenities abound.

Great experience overall on this flight, only problem was that my lie-flat seat was broken and would only recline. Good food, great crew. Staff at Aeromexico Premier Salon Lounge were OUTSTANDING! Food could have more assortment, but was better than most lounges in the USA.

MEX airport desperate need renovation. It looks like something from the 60's that hasn't been maintained well. Not up to standard for a country's Capital City.
I try to sit in the front of the aircraft, the leg room is great and you get to watch everyone who enters.
Even though I was disappointed by not being able to get the boarding passes from Delta for Aeromexico’s connecting flight to Bogota, I had an agent greet me after customs in Mexico to issue the boarding pass so I could use the transfer flight line. Excellent service throughout the entire trip.

We have been on 6 flights over the last 8 days, all with Delta and we have already started telling people how wonderful the service was. Sherry on this last flight was amazing, working so hard all by herself as our flight attendant. We were very impressed. And the pilots all came out to say goodbye and thank you. All very nice...esp for me who needed some wheelchair assistance. We will certainly fly with you again in the future.

Aircraft seemed shabby despite refresh of Comfort Plus, food was really mediocre. Steer clear of the Asian Veg option.
easy but long day coming home
however on the initial trip to cozumel we where rerouted from kc to huntvilles therefore missing our connecting flight to cozumel so the airline was accomodating and reseated us on a flight to cancun instead and I was thankful but i know that that flight was cheaper when i booked this but i didnt want to make the treak to cancun and bus and then ferry to cozumel but ended up doing that anyway is there any way at all to be compensated for the diffrence I am not upset at all but that made for a really long day getting there Just putting it out there
