Chicago airport is super chaotic. We had come in from an overseas flight and were required to get our checked bags at Baggage Claim and recheck them for our next flight, which took a while. Then after going through a LONG customs line (again) and rechecking my bag, I was told to take a shuttle to a different terminal for my final flight. Even though I never left the building and had no access to the outside world, I had to go through security AGAIN (boots off, dump out my water, wait in long lines…) My advice is to be sure you have at least a couple of hours between flights to deal with the insanity.

If you have a small personal bag and a personal item you will be hustled to consolidate snacks on the flight of very poor so bring your own food and if you have an Android phone you likely will have issues connecting to Wi-Fi on the plane especially if the connection was dropped in the middle of watching a movie and then you attempt to reinstate it sometimes you have to clear browsing history and cookies becomes painful

The Boston airport was the worst airport I've ever been to for getting a rental car. Very little signage to tell you need to take a specific bus. Everyone around me had to ask if this was the bus & I only knew when to get off because there was a fellow passenger on the bus who was familiar.
