Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.
Like new plane. Great crew. Comfortable. Clean. On time. Happy employees. Good organization and control of passengers.
Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.
Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
Other than delays by two-three hours it was good.
The Drop Bag sounded like a good idea, but in reality it was a very long line with few employees to assist as you did the work to check in your bag. Take a carry on bag and skip Drop Bag! Our flight was delayed several times with no explanation. What food? We had a choice of apple juice or water.
same as the first when you pay for choice of seats than you don't receive them its very frustrating it was an extra fee of $80 dollars Craig Molan
WOuld have liked coffee or pretzels but other than that, crew and pilot and flight were great. Seat was great, too.
The crew inside the airport for Alaska was rude, lazy and incompetent

I purchased a 1st class ticket and unfortunately the main flight attendant was not the best and seemed more interested in her phone than the passengers at times. Then the plane didn’t get restocked and the only snacks for this flight were pretzels. However I would like to say that the rest of the flight crew and ground crew at the airport we’re great, especially the people that wheeled me around the airport some and then the one getting me to the plane and the automated wheelchair that wheeled me through the airport.
The actual flight I was rescheduled onto was from Seattle to Bozeman. The flight itself was fine, but due to delays/air traffic issues i spent the day hanging out at the Seattle airport and had to miss a day of work.
Short flight so little time for any beverages or snacks-there was no entertainment on this flight
Was told theyd hold the flight for the 4 people coming from lax that was delayed and yet they still left on time even tho they were the last flight to bzn. Admittedly this is not the crews fault either, since seatac employees decided the lax flight was to go to remote gate and did not think they should rush at all, so we got to the gate 90 seconds too late. Still cant rate a flight i wasnt on tho. The CS rep was very helpful however.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
The captain was running late from landing from a prior flight. We all boarded then had to sit and wait for like an hour for him to arrive. I don't understand why you would have us board knowing that we would have to all sit and wait on the captain for an extended period of time.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight

My flight was cancelled and United Airlines could not rebook or help. My whole trip was then cancelled and I could not go to the funeral I needed to get to.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.
Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
The crew was wonderful, the plane was fine. We left the gate on time, but we had to wait 40 minutes on the tarmac because of all the congestion at Boston.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight with American that has been without problems. Mostly delays - this time for over 3 hours. They should have just brought another plane into the terminal but they just had everyone sitting around misterable all day. They turned a 3 hour flight into a 12 hour trip for me (including the “planned” layover). It was ridiculous.
The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.
Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.
The flight was delayed but we were given no updates. The time just kept changing in the board. We were delayed on the runway as well. Then, my bag was lost and still hasn't been returned.
The flight landed in Phoenix and taxied the runway for 15 additional minutes. I had a connecting flight I barely made it to because of the delay of the plane taxing the runway.
The flight was delayed a dozen times and finally took off 3 hours late. American gave us 12 dollar vouchers which barely buys you a water at the airport. Options to rebook were easy to access and complete although I didn't go this route.
It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.
You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.
