The crew was excellent. We brought our own snacks due to dietary requirements and personal preference. There was an ample beverage selection. The seating was comfortable enough. My only complaint was that there was no announcement, or at least none that we could hear, that our connecting flight was departing from a different terminal. That could been announced by the air crew in flight or before disembarking.
No screen to see where we were at and no tv.
when we arrived crew told us our luggage was at a certain location , waited for nearly an hour after landing and no luggage was there. turned out the luggage was somewhere else far away and no one told us. very incompetent.

Both flights were on time and without in-flight issues. Although we had to check our carry-on bags at the last minute (cabins were full, no more room), our bags were on the baggage carousel very quickly. (Happened both ways.) Staff was friendly. Boxed water tasted weird (a little like cardboard?) but not a huge deal. Overall good experience.
5 hr flight with no meal service is just unacceptable. We got pretzels and a drink..
Although delayed an hour, the gate attendants kept us notified and the rest of the trip went off with no issues.
We showed up to our gate less than 15 minutes after boarding started and they wouldn’t let us in. It was still 15 minutes even before take off so we’re weren’t even late to the flight.
Flew first class. No headrest screens on either flight and the one flight had no foot rests either.
Alaska airlines has gone from excellent to budget. Food only for purchase. Entertainment only on your devise, no headphones
American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.
Delayed flight due to maintenance and I have had multiple delayed flights due to maintenance in the last month plus
Horrible experience. Food was ridiculous, insufficient, and not appetizing at all. They served sugary granola bar for breakfast. Furthermore, my bags were delayed and delivered damaged and American made it impossible to file for damages. Furthermore, the flights were delayed causing unnecessary stress given the connecting flights. It was awful experience, would never want to fly American.
My table was broken so it made it difficult to eat the food during the service. I was also informed that my luggage did not make it with me to Phoenix. I live two hours away so this makes it even more stressful to try and arrange a time for pick up
Movies on my phone are great. It would be nice to have a gluten free snack option.
Seat bottom cushions are not good. I’m 165# & they hurt my butt. Plenty of legroom.
The airplane seats were spacious and comfortable, and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious like never before. The blankets and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The captain's navigation was steady and reliable. In short, having flown with Starlux, I won't consider any other airline next time.

My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Original flight was on time, then late, then changed gates...4 times. Once our newest plane came in, it was fine.
