Pros: "Comfort ability to board earlier and being able to relax in Sky Club with good choice of refreshments. Staff on plane were very attentive as responded quickly to requests. Check in was much quicker than previously and staff were very friendly. I like being able to get boarding passes online which makes boarding much easier. I liked having space for comfort by seat"

Additionally, we tried to change our flight to a different day that was less crowded, and were told it would cost over $600 per passenger to do so. Highway robbery. I wish Southwest flew to Madison."

They had 2 people working the bag check-in stand while every other airline had between 4 and 8 people working. Luggage was agin very slow to the baggage claim, but this appears to be standard at this point. Their app is a disaster so you can't select seats efficiently. Overall, you may save $15-20 vs flying with delta, but the poor experience with Sun Country isn't worth it."

Almost everything was canceled at 1pm when they shut down the airport...but our flight and 2 other Sun Country flights. So we had to fight the storm to get there in unsafe conditions!!!! As we watched the storm get worse, we actually had to board the plane! Then we had to deboard when the airport shut down again.. I felt very unsafe! By the time they finally canceled at 5:30 we were barely able to get the last cab from the airport. Sun Country put us in a dangerous situation to save a few dollars by not canceling the flight!! I was a flight attendant for Sun Country for a short time and thought I had seen a lot, but this was a very poor judgement call!!"

Pros: "We got a good deal from Frontier Airlines, and decided to try them out. I can say never will I do that again. Our flight was cancelled and they were awful to deal with, leaving us stranded in Orlando. I booked a flight with Sun Country and everything went smoothly with Sun Country. I even was interviewed by the news and told them that we were happy to be with Sun Country- so hopefully that gained you some more business. The crew at the ticket desk, the pilot, and all the flight staff was wonderful. They made an awful day so much better. I am very happy that we were able to find a flight back to Minneapolis with Sun Country. We will for sure fly Sun Country from now on."

This happened from Mpls to Orlando...we figured it out going from Orlando to Mpls, so we didn't pay extra for our seats."

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Flight attendant inquired about comfort. It improved for about 10 minutes and returned to cold state . Noticed that one attendant put on some kind of jacket due to coldness . Nearby passengers retrieved blankets from their carry on baggage. Glad I had at least a light jacket to throw over me and that my legs were partially covered. Guess it's better to be too cool than too hot. Otherwise. It was s great flight ."

Cons: "Flight was changed which left me with five minutes to get off one plane and onto another. I got to my first gate early and attempted to ask the person there about the timing. She walked away without looking at. On her way down the hall says it will be open in an hour. An hour later I go to the gate. A woman is there and finishing up with another customer. When it was my turn, she said she was closed, yet she helped the joy behind me for over an hour. I know this because I got In the generic questions line and stood there for an hour watching the woman who was "closed" help this guy. When I was FINALLY able to talk to someone, the only thing he told me was to walk fast. That was well worth the 2 hour wait. I will never fly with American again."

Cons: "Then take different fly from Florida to NC then waiting another fly at 5:45 pm to Dallas at 8:45pm. My fly should be 1:30 to Dallas 4:30pm non stop, that day we have appointments 8Pm. End up we back to Dallas 9Pm is bad. If we waiting for fly from 8Pm delay we may be home or be home at midnight time that is very bad."

Cons: "Did not use entertainment. Asked for a cup of hot tea and got a cup of of coffee with a tea bag in it. Must have been because it was such an early morning flight! Didn't get biscuiit either! When I gave full cup to attendant collecting them and told her what was in the cup she never said a word or offered fresh cup."

Cons: "The lack of communication, I received an email about my flight changing at 9am but I did not see it because I was at the airport. No one at the gate said anything to us until we started going to the counter. I was switched to a standby flight which the employee thought it was more important to get an employees husband on and offered me a seat for $1,300 in first class if I wanted to get on "that bad" or another flight 3 1/2 hours later that would not qualify me for a lunch ticket. That 1:40 flight was delayed and we stayed sitting in the plane waiting for permission to leave at 2:56pm. I was to be in NY at 3pm to meet my family on other flights but I got there at 6:30pm while they waited for hours!!! Communication is very important, I know that incidents happen, but this was ridiculous! The flight attendants even ran out of free pretzel snacks and offered items for purchase. Will not forget this experience for a while."

I was supposed to get home to Seattle by 5:45pm but I actually made it home at 12 midnight. There was no flight entertainment for a cross country flight! The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

I wish I could give them less than 1 star overall. They didn't care about my well being or safety at all. Very disappointed United"

They talked about passengers to each other in the aisle ways and made comments that "they've talk to this lady each several times and she's not listening". Seemed like private conversation they could try and have."

The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."

When time to board their was a line of 30 people getting new seat location before they could board the plane. A seat location I had for 3 months and checked in Ft. Myers 8 hours earlier was occupied so I was told very rudely to get in line behind 30 people to get new seat location. It took over an hour to board plane before take off. There was non English speaking customers who received no help boarding plane finding seats because crew was laughing joking with other passenger. They tried to put a non English speaking passenger in exit row. I paid $25 to check a bag to find passengers getting free bag checking at gate."

He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."

Cons: "The flight was more than 3 hours delayed which I didn't find out about until after I was at the airport. We got a $10.00 food voucher after we had been in the airport 1 1/2 hours prior to takeoff and then another 2 hours after the time the plane was actually supposed to have left. I was also told that we would be compensated for the delay, I haven't seen anything about that. My mother and I checked in together, they put me in zone one and her in zone 4, this was after I paid for each bag and $40.00 for the carry on bag. It was absolutely NOT a good experience."
