Cons: "It was a short 2.5 hr flight. Jet blue provided packaged snacks and a soft drink at no additional charge. Other airlines charge for everything. A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

Cons: "Not sure why the flight was delayed 2 hours. Nobody ever gave a reason until the end when it was delayed again and they said it was mechanical. But that was not the reason it was late to the airport that was just in addition."

Cons: "Both flights were delayed. Plus, for this flight, I sat in row 8 but had to put my bag in the overhead compartment in row 18!!! Huge hassle to get back to my seat boarding, and a long wait to get it to get off!!!"

Cons: "Pretty much everything. The flight was delayed for mechanical reasons. Then they boarded us and we sat for 3 hours on the tarmac because one of the air conditioning packs was broken. When we finally arrived, I found out my bag was lost. The worst flight of my life."

Cons: "Wifi did not work at all during flight. No entertainment. Seat (economy) very narrow and poorly padded. NOT COMFORTABLE! This was new equipment 737-800. Terrible plane seats."
Cons: "Again, I paid for extra legroom when I purchased seats for a British airways flight and at check in I was rerouted to an American Airlines flight. The seats were the same in the entire aircraft except for first class. I want a refund!"

Cons: "I was lead to believe I was booking a flight on lufthansa. It turned out it was United in a confirmation email a few weeks following the purchase. Then 24 hours prior to boarding, a notification comes in that I am flying Air Brussels. This leaves me with confusion - which airport terminal to go to, where to check in, who to call, etc. When I finally arrive to the airport at JFK, I find there is no Air Brussels Check in and that I need to go to United. But United no longer operates out of JFK, so I was finally directed to the British Airways terminal to check in with Eurowings. The flight was supposedly a Eurowings flight in collaboration with Lufthansa and United but operated by Brussels Airlines. I’ve never before experienced this miscommunication and confusion with one single flight, especially in my home country. When I booked the flight, it was quite clear it was Lufthansa and I paid Lufthansa prices. I was very disappointed overall with the experience leading me up to boarding time and had I known it was not a Lufthansa plane and crew, I would not have booked it. I hope you can I understand my frustration as this was poorly communicated and manasged and was quite misleading from the start. I would appreciate some compensation or recognition for the confusion as I will no longer be using Kayak or third party booking sites due to the way this was handled. I am a loyal Kayak user, but this was just too much and nothing like I’ve ever experienced before."

It’s the first time in my life that I travel and the airline doesn’t not provide food in the overall cost!, and charging for entertainment:speechless! Cons: "On my connecting flight while boarding they informed me that they did not have enough room for my carry on. I was flying first class, and after the flight had landed and I looked into the compartments, the crew could had easily made room for my carry on. The worst part is that I had my passport in my carry on and missed my connecting flight to Cabo."

Cons: "Frontier had 2 flights out of FLL all day. 1st scheduled to leave at 10am to Trenton. Our's to Cincy at 4. Trenton put passengers in and they sat on the tarmac back the APU was broke (essentially plane's starter). Then people finally were able to get off the plane. Meanwhile, our flight to Cincy couldn't leave because the airport wouldn't let us use a different gate! Apparently, Frontier wasn't paying what the City wanted so we sat there waiting for over 6 hours though our plane was at a different part of the airport waiting on is, we couldn't board and leave!!!"

Cons: "when you get the cheapest seats EVERYTHING is EXTRA.. like when you check in to get your seat, even all the normal (not extra leg room, not exit row) seats are randomly extra. Then they don't let you even have a CARRY ON for free. it's $45. Also, they don't give you even a glass of water. Had to pay $3 for juice for my son. you end up paying more then if you got a seat on another airline. Oh, & on top of that they aren't even friendly."

The tray is ridiculously small. The plane is SUPER noisy. In 30+ flights, never experienced something like that. Don’t recommend unless you’re really on a budget. We arrived 30 minutes late as well."
