The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Very poor service with connecting flight. I missed the connection because of a delayed flight and significant delay in getting my bags in order to make the connection. The ground staff where unhelpful and rude!
Seated at front bulkhead for a smidge extra leg room away from home and on flight back home. Away crew was very proactive about assuring our carryons had space close behind us (because no seat in front of us our personal items had to be in a small bin overhead). They actively required passengers place overhead luggage on its side so more items could fit in bins. Home crew made no such efforts. I had to struggle back rows to get overhead bags upon landing, no crew help then either, and some disgruntled passengers as I and others retrieved our bags. There was a system that worked pretty well. The home bound crew just didn't feel like working.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

Fairly good - the seats seemed more comfortable on this flight. The staff out of Detroit were quite friendly. But they directed us to the wrong carousel for luggage. :(
Just crazy with times being pushed and pushed and pushed and gate crew at Philly super rude and unprofessional with many under stress with delays.
I liked the new boarding process. I thought the buyup options (legroom, early boarding) to be easy to request and reasonably priced. All the Southwest team from gate to in-flight were so nice.

The temperature on the flight was unbearably hot and they were unable to serve waters and did t make any adjustments. This impacted us both when leaving, we pushed away from the gate but didn’t taxi for takeoff for awhile then arrived ‘early’ yet were stuck in the plane for longer than we should have been.
Terrible - the flight was delayed taking off after boarding. Then the flight circled lga before landing. Significant delay
I booked a round trip with Delta, and each of the four segments was sold off to three other airlines. All four were late or cancelled, so I had to troubleshoot with three different airlines, NOT Delta. In fact, even though I had paid money to Delta, they could not help or troubleshoot anything. Not nice.
The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average
The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.
There were weather issues in the area apparently; however, that was not obvious from what we saw outside of LaGuardia. We were delayed leaving (which I understand); however, once we were on the plane we didn't leave for a long time. It may have been two hours?? - all I know is that we sat there for a long time with no information as to why we were not taking off. Finally, after 45 minutes to an hour (maybe?), the pilot gave us an update that no planes were able to go in the our flight path direction (or something like that) due to weather. There was nothing additional added. What does this mean? Why is this? What are the options? When will you give us another update? There were no updates for maybe another 30-45 minutes. There was no explanation as to why we couldn't be rerouted to avoid the weather. We had no information at all. We just sat on the plane (for about 2 hours) with very limited information. All I would have wanted is an explanation as to what was going on. Tell me there is bad weather coming our way. Tell me they are working to reroute us around it (which is what they did). Tell me SOMETHING.
Crew and support were very good; lounge was very good. Seat was narrow and very close to other passengers; lie flat is more complicated and exposed to the aisleways.
No snacks not been water was offered I fly weekly and have to select Economy or extra comfort per business rules but will choose American at least they offer mid seat class passengers water. on short flights. The WIFI was awful on the plane as well. The thing I can not figure out is why you treat business class people this way we spend more money that your one trip first class passengers cumulative than others maybe look at the company name of the people flying and treat us better as there are thousands of us flying weekly and choose what airline we want to select.
Nothing, it was a fraudulent transaction. You probably should have caught that.
Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.
I missed the flight due to maintenance issues. This is the second flight I’ve missed in four days because United allows such little time between layovers. Very disappointing
My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).
Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!
It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad

Best flight in years. Pre-boarding because of my mobility issues. Good food and beverage from beginning to end. Excellent choice of films. Good service by stewardesses. Comfortable seats. I could lie down!
The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude.The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞
My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏
It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What ’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,
It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.
The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.
A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids
This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.
A three hour delay to board and then another hour on the tarmac because they couldn't get a tractor? Ugh.
Allegiant canceled the flight. The flight the next day was full. Allegiant did not provide any compensation besides a refund. Last time on Allegiant.

My original flight kept getting postponed multiple times, I would have missed my international flight if I waited. It was postponed through the next day. I ended up having to drive 3 hours away to get my next flight.
Nothing was good about this flight. Although the flight actually departed more than 3 hours late, due to “air traffic control management” we pushed back from gate 2 hours and 20 minutes late and proceeded to sit 100 yards from gate for and then n tarmac for another 1/2 hour additional 20 minutes
Our flight was delayed to Louisville. What made this worse was they did not have another flight attendant to service the flight. This caused an even longer delay. Then when a flight attendant did show up, she chose to "swap" flights with another flight attendant. Therefore, we had to wait longer for the other flight attendant to come to our flight. This is information that the gate attendant should not have shared. Processes and execution at American are broken. Passengers are feeling it. Fixing this starts at the top of the organization.
Both the gate agent and flight crew did a horrible job of expediting the boarding process. It was simply miss managed. The airplane was late to Tampa. Therefore, they should have expedited the de-boarding process and also boarding process. This did not happen and caused me to miss my connection. I ended up with a 7 hour hour layover just to get home. The overall flying experience on American has simply been degraded. On-time performance is a real problem every single week. This has caused me to consider moving my loyalty to an airline that has better performance metrics.
One thing you can always count on is your AA flight getting delayed. This is not surprising when they operate these planes like a greyhound bus with wings.
Qatar airlines was great from Doha to Texas. However it wasn’t good from Nairobi. I experienced discrimination from Nairobi to Doha
Typical AA - late by 90+ mn. Gate changed twice... Changed the departure time 6 times No explanation, no communication on reasons for delay I travel with AA twice a year... and it is consistently very poor.. I will continue to use AA only when i have to.
I missed my connecting flight despite requesting a wheelchair and had to wait at the airport for an additional four hours
Everything was on time; the flight attendants and the gate personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
There was a situation before take off with a passager but the flight crew and others handled it very well. The flight attendants were great!
