Even if it had caused me to miss my connecting flight, the ceremony for the fallen hero was more important."

WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."

There was no reason for them not to let me get on the plane, but they ended up scheduling me for a flight to Denver with the connecting flight in the morning- delaying my trip 24 hrs and charging me an extra 125$!!! I ended up paying an extra 85$ to American and was able to get to PHX that afternoon! The ladies at United were straight up RUDE too. When I told the lady at the counter my name she rolled her eyes."

When it came time to check in for our flight home my husband was able to get his boarding pass, but they said mine was unavailable. Obviously concerned I called United. After being on hold for over an hour I was able to speak to a representative. I was told that I hadn't show up for my flight to Charlotte... so they had canceled the returning flight. Not only was I on that flight my boarding pass was scanned twice (one at security and once during boarding). The representative then told me to go to the airport the next day and "try" to explain what happened. I don't know if this was some sort of glitch in the system, but I was very concerned and upset that someone could be on a flight with no record of them being on the plane... and that I was having to spend 2 hours trying to figure out if I could go home after a very stressful day... during a time when I should have been with my family. The next day I had to show up the the airport extra early while the representative there tried to figure out how to reactivate my ticket. Overall, an awful experience... I don't think I will be flying with United again anytime soon."

Cons: "My vehicle keys were removed from my checked luggage requiring to pay extensively to have a locksmith come to the airport the next day to create new keys. I slept in the parking lot due to the fact the locksmith could only open the doors and could not cut new electronic keys until morning. I am extremely enraged over this incident. I know the keys were contained in this article due to the fact that the Keychain was left on top, without keys. I ended up having to spend $600 to book another flight with American Airlines due to my need to be in El Paso, Texas today. I still have not been able to speak with anyone at this point."

Who the hell flies anywhere with only one checked bag? I mean, seriously. It is an unreasonable expectation to put it mildly. Second of all, *you have to PAY to select a goddamn seat.* What the hell? Who the hell does that? *0* other airlines CHARGE you for the pleasure of picking a seat. That is insane. So, that is $18 at a bare minimum to choose the most inexpensive class of seats on the plane. Third of all, **you have to pay for ALL drinks of any kind.* Free water? Hell no. Free sodas, juice, coffee, tea, etc? Hell no. You have to pay for all of it. So then I was dehydrated the whole flight, which was very unpleasant and put me in an even more foul mood. The way they nickle and dime you on this godforsaken airline is criminal. So, To Review, if I had flown round trip it would cost *at a minimum* $18 + $18 + $45 + $45 ($126 goddamn dollars) in fees that no other airline in the industry charges. That is insane; and that happens to be approximately what I paid for my flight. So for all unreasonable charges I could have had a bonus flight somewhere. I will never, ever fly on this godforsaken airline ever again; and please believe I will tell every single one of my friends and (gigantic) family that not only does this crappy airline get 0 Stars from me, but they should under no circumstances ever fly on this horrible airline ever. Pick literally *any* other airline over this hot nonsense."

THEN I found out they charge me for a seat... on the flight I already paid for. Boarding was disorganized, seats were thin padding on plastic, quite uncomfortable. I also had to clean crumbs and trash off my seat before settling in. They charge you 2.99 each for water and airline peanuts; i didn't partake. they only gave me one boarding pass and when I boarded the plane, they said that is was the flight to Denver and then they were continuing on to Columbus. I assumed this meant I stayed on the plane when we landed in Denver, but no, they informed me the plane was then going to Cedar Rapids. I had no second boarding pass or gate number, so I asked the attendant. She took forever to help me, looking up my info for a minute and then talking to the other attendants and passing out papers to the boarding crew before acknowledging me again. Twenty minutes later, I had my gate, which I barely made to board in time for flight takeoff. Overall, the process was stressful, uncomfortable, and more expensive than if I had purchased a flight from Delta, Southwest, or Alaska. (All airlines I have flown and been happy with. Delta had a missed layover once and completely put me up for the night and was very helpful through the whole affair.) All said and done, I will not be flying Frontier again."

The seats do not recline and are ultra thin, I think this made it more comfortable on the shorter 2 hour flight as it seemed to provide more knee room. I think customer experience could be brought up very easily with better online/app and mobile boarding pass. The plane didn't seem old and seemed inline or slightly above for its price point. I'm ok with no real food or entertainment especially with 4drink being free, but in flight wifi should standard even on a discount flight."

I then proceeded to call my mother but when I raise my phone to the ear Alexa then proceeded to make a scene in front of all the other passengers saying that she did not wish to have her picture taken and then began to laugh with another co-worker making me feel very uncomfortable I will never fly with your airline again."

Hey Frontier, if I wanted a credit card sales pitch I would stay home and answer the damn robocalls. Nice way to treat your customers, especially after you stab them $3 for a drink."

The airport in Trenton was so small and there is 15 people there and any one of them didn't help. Frontier airlines also charges your check in bag 40$ at the desk if you have more than one carry on say a small purse and a suitcase you will be charged 60$ before boarding unless you consolidate that into one. In my returning flight I was charged again for my check in bag this time 30$ ?????. Don't be fooled by the cheap ticket prices you'll end up paying double that just on the flight alone."

We were also not informed of this until we had already been sitting there waiting. After our flight left the gate we then had to sit and wait to take off because we missed out time slot to fly into Philly. It wasn't terrible but could have been handled better. It was very uncomfortable for myself and even more uncomfortable for a friend with osteoporosis and compression fractures in her back."
Pros: "Everything was terrible. First i wasnt notified anywhere on my purchase that Frontier charges a fee for checked bags ANd carry ones!! Then everyone was super rude at me at chekc in. In Denver every check in machine wsd malfunctioninf. This caused huge lines and several people were visibly pissed cuz they misse their flights. I was rudely treated too and yelled at because i inquired how is it possible all machines wre down. Apparently this happens to them in a weekly basis."

There was an empty row behind us, an elderly lady took the window seat, I asked if I could take the aisle seat, the stewardess said no because of a weight balance, another woman was allowed to take the seat!! If you are going to actually benefit from low ticket prices you have to be traveling really light and maybe sure you pay for your luggage in advance online. Lines were long, service was slow, and they lost my luggage and never called me when it was finally found. Then they were saying i had to pay to get it delivered, until i proved that i hadn't checked in late to my flight (thankfully my kiosk check-in time was in their system). All around negative experience."
