Cons: The flight had a mechanical issue but no mechanic was duty. the flight was supposed to leave at 5, we left at midnight on a plane flown up from Boston. We arrived at 3 in the morning which left me at 61 driving an hour home at a terrible time of night. I was afraid for my safety driving at that hour but they strung us along for so long there were no real opportunities to choose another option. Besides which my bag was stuck in the broken compartment and could not be retrieved. The flight, when it finally left was so cold that everyone was huddled down in their seats, the very senior lade next to me was pitiful. All in all a horrible experience.

Pros: Did not board that flight... I received emails throughout the day of departure time changes and the last email indicated that they had changed the departure time 33 minutes earlier. I was already en route for the flight when I received the email . When I got there they refused to let us boar stating that we were late!!! The attendants were very rude and not at all helpful! Instead they booked a flight for me the next day at a very early time! I lost out time and money! I had booked a hotel. I will never book any flights with Jet Blue ever again.
Pros: The plane left on time, the staff members were attentive and there was more leg room than on other planes.
Cons: We were very happy when we got seats in rows 3 and 4 but by the time we boarded only 3 of the 4 carry on bags we had made it into the overhead compartments. We had no other checked bags so we had to go to baggage claim for one carry on. People were putting small bags that should go under the seats in the upper compartments.
Pros: Lots of leg room! Flew with Delta on the way up. My 6'5" son and I (5/10") were extremely cramped on the Delta flight, having to sit side ways in the seat for almost 3 hours. Won't do that again. Jet Blue had plenty of room to spare - over 5" to seat in front of us! No comparison!! Thanks, Jet Blue.

The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit.
Cons: I had a great flight! No complaints! I didn’t use I flight entertainment, so I can’t recommend either way. The food was good, but I did purchase it. Hence the 4 stars.
Pros: I occasionally fly with Jetblue and I’m never once disappointed. They still serve Terra Blue chips (one of my favorites) thumps up for that. The seat are spacious. I was actually surprised to see free WiFi.

I was unable to check in all members of my party at the same time. I was unable to check in any of the minors in my party due to the fact that I could not check in more than one person at a time.

Cons: My husband & I were in Row 5 & in last boarding group. When we got to our seats, all of the overhead bins were filled all the way back to Row 8. So, we put our suitcases up there. When we landed, we had to wait for everyone to get off the plane to be able to go back to those bins. And someone had already exited the plane with my husband’s suitcase. Their suitcase was left. We spent an hour with Suitcase Services, but could not find out who took my husband’s suitcase. (No ID inside theirs) I recommend that you board lower numbered rows first so that people in the back rows don’t take the front bins!

Cons: Let's start with getting on the airplane was like herding sheep.. When I finally got to my seat someone was in it.. And I had no place to put my carry on.. The flight was suppose to leave 9:00pm.. we didn't leave til 9:40.. The safety announcement was awful. We cudnt hear most of it.. The turbulence was scary and the noise made me put on headphones to sleep. Once it landed in Orlando the airplane traveled around the entire airport .. It took forever to get off the plane but I was so happy to get off

Cons: Our flight from Boston to JFK in Ny was delayed an hour. We got to JFK and ran from the plane to the terminal and they had already closed the door but the plane was still there. They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had.

They tried to request ppl to take next day flight by giving away 300 gift card etc. the ppl who were told there are no seats upset and arguing at the gate. Flight was delayed for one hour. Once we are on airplane, they are still shuffling seats around, so ppl cannot move forward. Just standing there for 10mins waiting for things to settle. Flight attendants did not give us a headphone. (I have a headphone for iPhone X so I could not connect it to their entertaiment system.)

Cons: The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !

Cons: Because of the new baggage rules Sun Country out in place, the wait at the bag claim was almost 30 minutes before it even arrived. Sun Country used to be a great airline to fly, but given the poor service since the baggage rule change in October 2017, I won't be flying them again.

That's only because you started charging a fee for checked bags! And every single seat option costs money? This is ridiculous! I do whatever I can to fly Southwest and get upset every time I have to fly one of these fee-for-everything airlines. Why not take crappy Spirit airlines at this point? And the seats feel smaller every time. I'm only 5'7" but my knees are against the seat in front of me. My husband is 6'8" and has no choice but to pay another crazy fee to have a couple more inches of space.

Pros: The flight crew was pleasant. The refreshments were great along with the carry on bags and seat selection when buying tickets.
Cons: The plane was to hot. There were lots of passengers complaing about the heat. We also had to wait on the runway to take off for 40 minutes. The course of the flight was also uncomfortable due to certain passengers that wouldn't cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing. I even offered the individual cough drops and they had denied them and continued hacking. Then when landing in Orlando we had to wait to be taken to our gate. We were told that we were supposed to go to gate 97 but there was an American Aircraft in that location so we had to wait for another gate for 20 minutes. I know those last 2 events aren't really under the control of Sun Country, but still it was a pain.

Pros: The crew was awesome. At one point the attendant said the sky didn’t have its morning coffee (because of turbulence) and it was really cute and really funny and just made me laugh through the stress of turbulence.

Once you buy the ticket then you send clarification letting the passenger know they have no rights I had no right to anything I was wondering if they were going to tell me I had to clean the plane in order to be transported from New York to Spain. Cons: Having to pay AGAIN for a seat choice. AND IBWAS MADE TO CHECK MY XARRY-ON BAG ALL THE WAY THRU TO ROME! WHY. WHY couldn't it only be checked to Philadelphia.?. That has taken place on other flights. Should not require checking a carry-on all the way thru on an international flight.
Cons: Delayed flight all day long from 11:58 AM till 8:00 PM, where they blamed it on traffic at RDU airport, weather in Chicago, and finally a maintenance delay for from 2:00 PM till 8 PM before they canceled!
Cons: The flight was two hours late leaving which caused me to miss my flight to Prague. The notifications about the delay and next steps for rescheduling the second flight were delayed and sent to the wrong email address.
Pros: We were 40 minutes delayed but received good communication and had an uneventful flight otherwise.

Cons: We arrived in Amsterdam at 9am, after traveling two hours to get there. We found out right away that there was a delay and chances of missing the connecting flight from Philadelphia to Orlando were great. We requested a different booking to insure travel to Orlando, which was denied. So the connecting flight was missed and after hours arrived in Orlando at midnight. Missed my ride and all car rentals were booked. All this caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing. And to add to it, the flight itself was horrible and there was no entertainment available for the entire flight.
Pros: The flight was 30 minutes faster than initially scheduled. It was great.

Cons: The flight was delayed more times than I can count, we got a different reason each time. Weather I can understand, but telling us we are waiting on a specific crew to arrive and then announcing that crew is not for our flight was just terrible communication. No one seemed apologetic. The only thing they did was bring a snack cart over for us, and that got raided by children so many people didn't get anything. We had arranged transport from Orlando to Tampa for that evening, and our rides had to cancel because instead of 7pm we were now arriving at 130am. Your airline's mistakes put everyone at an inconvenience and we weren't offered assistance to fix it. My husband went to ask for help in arranging new transport home, but he couldn't even get to the front of the line. The customer service was terrible. We really enjoyed our first leg of the flight home with American Airlines, but after the second leg and all of the problems we had... we will not fly with American Airlines in the future.
Pros: Love the direct flights from RDU to West Coast. Wish there were more cities on the list. The flight was delayed about 45 minutes after we boarded for take off. I hate sitting on planes idling. The seats are already uncomfortable, then add more time onto that to sit. But we made up the time in the air for an on time arrival. Hmmmm?
Cons: For a 5 hour flight at dinner time and then the 3 hour time change, the snacks provided are not enough. You just have to remember to bring food on the plane and then risk annoying your fellow passengers with the food/dinner dining space. More checks of drinks would be nice too. Cost cutting measures, but minimal considering a packed flight and pretty high ticket price.

Cons: It was a full flight, anyone in loading zones 7-9 were required to check their carry-on luggage. We were in loading zone 6, so not required and preferred not to due to our full day of air travel that would continue into a 3 hour car trip. My husband reached the gate, his ticket scanned, and let onto the plane. I walk up next, my ticket is scanned and then the personnel at the gate said in what I can only describe as the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, ill-tempered tone that he would need take my bag. He grabbed it out of my possession, shoved it into the luggage sizing rack and even though it did fit inside the lines, he said it was "too close" and would need to be checked. Not wanting to cause a scene and quite frankly speechless by this man's attitude, I did not object.. It was not until I was seated on the plane that I noticed more than a dozen items of luggage larger than mine and that the vast majority of people that had 3, 4, 5 carry on items when the maximum is 2: one personal item and one carry on luggage item. It was both the lack of respect and the lack of consistency that lead me to have an extremely "poor" boarding experience. Serious retraining needs to be completed and boarding attendants should not be able to harass airline passengers.

Pros: The flight arrived on time with my luggage, and although I booked through BA, for the first time ever, they managaged to get my special meal request correct.
Cons: I order a vegetarian meal in the hope I will get something edible. This was the worst airline food I have ever had. The plane was old so the economy class seats were larger than normal. There was, however, no in-seat entertainment. On the upside, I'm glad I didn't fly business class. Compared to the standard set by other airlines, the seats appeared to be from the 80's.
Cons: Boarding started almost an hour late but the status never went to delayed (they just said it was on time but kept pushing the boarding time back). Arrived in CLT with only 20 min before the next flight departure.
Cons: LATAM took our luggage from a flight from a different airline that we used to get from Miami to Orlando. They locked it up and closed before we arrived. My friend was unable to get his medicine, I missed vital time from a work contract, and we had to spend the night at the airport waiting until 1pm today to receive our luggage. This is the worst experience I've had with an airline. No one spoken with on LATAM seemed to care. We were stranded without sleep and got no clear answer from the LATAM hotline. There was no mention of compensation for our troubles. I will not be recommending this airline to other travelers aa this has ruines my work schedule and my friend is unable to get his medicine.
Cons: When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company.

Cons: I had very little time to make my connection in Newark. Other airports/airlines have given me a short connection pass which has allowed passengers to make their connection with less stress. The security line inNewsrk was ridiculous. I spoke to a TSA agent who couldn’t have cared less if I missed my flight and a United representative who told me to “just try.” In the end, I had to ask other passengers if I could go ahead of them. While I made my flight with a few minutes to spare, the process could have been much easier and the United Rep could have done more. He could have just called the gate at the very least to let them know I was coming. Apathy is not an indication of good customer service.
Pros: I had no problems the gate agent was very nice and I did get the basic economy which that only did I have to pay for my bags but I also got the last seat in the back in the corner which is OK I guess I’ll pay more attention to the fair I still probably saved a little money but I don’t know that I save that much I think that sometimes the boarding agent needs to pay attention to the carry-on luggage for sure bring a lot carry-on luggage which doesn’t allow for others to have carry-on luggage who were in the later groups and then they get penalized with their bags being checked as there’s no more room and they’re not basic economy but other than that I like taking United they have nonstop service between Orlando in Houston and it’s been a wonderful experience most of the time and I think the airlines do a pretty good job considering the traveling public themselves to be very challenging at times professionalism and courtesy works both ways and unfortunately people buy tickets and think that it’s a one-way street. they then run to the media who loves to make it about the big guy versus the little guy anyway good job united and I will continue to fly you when you’re the most appropriate carrier to get me to where I want to be.

The two/ plus hours in the plane , not one cracked a smile..One,literally threw a tiny bag of snacks on my tray, which bounced off and she proceeded to step on them .... oh well. I'll take a not-so-nice hostess over delays and missing connections . Maybe I'll find an airlines that can give me both?

The girl who checked us in was abrasive to us and everyone in front of us in line, but maybe she wasn't trying to be, that was just her personality. Our flight got delayed which meant we missed out on seeing an old friend I hadn't seen in years, but at least we got there.

Pros: The seats were uncomfortable. The staff was cold. The food was horrible, I wasn't even able to eat some of it. The chicken was full of bones and grissle. The rest just tasted bad. Most of their planes did not have screens in the back of the seats. Instead they wanted you to watch on your personal device via their app which worked sub par. The baggage on the return flight was delayed and I almost missed my next flight even though I had a 2 hour 40 min layover. Thankfully that flight was delayed 1 hour and a half. Next time I will stick with airlines I know better. Delta, Emirates, and Qatar all offer superior service and upscale aircraft. The 2k spent was not worth what I received.

Cons: After United made me miss my connecting flight, I got an alternate flight to a different airport, but not apology, no offer to upgrade, nothing. Already frustrated, and with my knees hitting the seat in front of me because the seats are too close together, a flight attendant scolded me when I dared put my leg in the aisle (which I often do on other airlines without incident). Once on the ground, I went straight to United's baggage office to see if my bag had followed me, and encountered two of the rudest people, cutting me off whenever I said anything more than they needed to enter into their computer. If your job is in customer service, be friendly, apologize when things go wrong, understand that your customers are your reason for being in business, and be helpful.
Cons: Again, spicy snack. Long flight, you had to have the latest app on your phone or pad to watch a movie, flight from Houston to Boise had movie/tv monitors. Loading 4th group to the back of the plane makes it tough.
