We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

Cons: "Background info: we flew from Dublin to Toronto (Aer Lingus) and we were supposed to fly Toronto to Los Angeles on American Airlines; however, we had a British Airways flight number for both of these flights. We missed our connecting flight in Toronto with American Airlines (we had a 2 hour layover) despite landing on-time (de-boarded a few minutes late). I suggest avoiding the Toronto airport ALWAYS as every passenger must pick up his/her luggage even if you have a connecting flight, and then re-check the baggage with the next flight. Apparently the baggage handlers were on strike and some of the customs agents as well which added to the delays. Well, after going through Canadian customs and picking up our luggage (which took quite awhile) we arrived at the American Airlines ticketing kiosk about 45 minutes before our flight. The computer told us we were too late for this flight and to see a representative. We proceeded to wait in line for an American Airlines representative only to be told this was Aer Lingus' fault (we had just flown with them); even though we had a BA flight number.. After searching for an Aer Lingus representative we were finally told they were probably all on the Aer Lingus flight that was currently about to leave. An Aer Lingus representative was paged to the ticketing counter (took well over 30 minutes for anyone to show up) and what proceeded was an argument (for well over an hour) between British Airways and Aer Lingus representatives about whose responsibility it was to re-book us. After an hour at least of poor customer service, we were finally rebooked by British Airways on the last flight to LAX (on Air Canada). Moral of the story: avoid Toronto and fly direct."

When I had just arrived to the gate, they had already called group 5 so I went up and presented my boarding pass and the crew made a facial expression of annoyance since group 5 was called and they were boarding group 7. When I entered the plane, one of the staff just looked at me twice without saying hello back. I said it twice and the same lady gave me a cold goodbye when I was leaving the plane. There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."

I had to run around asking for someone to help the long line of people including me who were all in danger of missing their flight because no one was around to help. And then when I finally do get checked in using the now kiosk only option for the plebeian class while anyone above economy gets to talk to real people (way to highlight the class divide guys) I missed my check in time by 5 minutes and was told by the kiosk to find an agent. Then I go running around looking for an agent. I find one and she says you missed your flight. I told her I still have 45 minutes to make it, and she rudely just tells me to get in another line to pay for a new ticket. LUCKILY someone in the priority line saw I was having a problem, a customer not an agent, and she told me to try to talk to someone on her side. After 3 agents told me no one finally told me yes. I made my flight but just by a hair. If the agents would have been around to help or been willing to help me from the moment I spoke to them this would not have been a problem. Thanks for almost ruining Christmas for me. When I spoke to others everyone told me they always have issues with AA. Will never fly AA again."
Pros: "I had all three seats to myself! The plane temperature was good, the pilots were friendly and funny as a spoke to the passengers. The crew was attentive, and we arrived on time despite getting off to a late start. Plus the pilots did a great job on landing the plane."

Cons: "Our brand new 787 had a mechanical issue. We were scheduled to leave at 7:20pm and sat on the Tarmac until 10:45 while we waited for shuttle buses to take us back to the terminal. We waited in line for over two hours for hotel vouchers that they did not have. We paid for own our room and returned at 11am as instructed, but the plane needed a part that had to be shipped from the U.S. which pushed our scheduled departure from 2pm to at least 9pm. My family grabbed a bus to Narita for a 6:30pm flight. C'MON AMERICAN AIRLINES! COULD YOU SERIOUSLY NOT GET ANOTHER PLANE TO HANEDA?? OR AT LEAST PAY FOR OUR HOTEL?? The ground crew at Haneda was very kind but overwhelmed. Terrible experience. And it's the reason I don't fly American. In fact, KAYAK, I booked our flights on JAL intentionally to avoid American. The fact that these were partner flights on American completely and unpleasantly surprised me...also not a good experience."

Arrived at SFO only to be told that they would not pay for the hotel (or make arrangements) as the delay was weather related (since when is trying to leave BEFORE a typhoon hits and being LATE a weather related issue). They gave me the option of after a 13 hour flight at 11:30pm walking over to find AA staff in another terminal to argue for payment. I was too tired. After 1 million miles on AA I will avoid them now."

Cons: "I REALLY wish this flight had drop down footrests in coach. The video demonstration advises passengers to put up foot rests and tray tables upon approach. I wish there had been a foot rest - my back was killing me due to the inability to lift my knees and feet to take the pressure off my lower back."

Cons: "One of the few things SouthWest, Alaska & United did was the proper queuing of people to get into the plane. AA is a free for all - those who follow regulations will fall behind. In this flight from Boston to LAX - I heard there were 80 Priority checking - are you kidding me. Group 1 does not help if I have 80 Priority seating and one family took 12 people in with one elderly. It's good to place Elderly and Military up front first - but to take the Whole entire family - that's not fair - you have 8 able bodies who should be in line with the rest of the crowd. Also who heard of 80 Priority check ins - normally, that's Group 1. Never flying AA unless I a desperate."

Having the usb and headphone plugs next to the monitor is the best. Better than Virgin for sure. But strangely, you couldn't order from the food and drinks menu like you can from Virgin so it was just a video version of the menu card. Food was good."

Cons: "The ticket counters are a joke. I could not check in the afternoon before my flight or the morning of on my phone, or at the ticket counters in the airport. I don't mind waiting in line but out of the 2.5 hours I waited in line about 30% of that time there was no attendant at the ticket counter, 50% of that time there was only one attendant who spent her time helping first class, and only 20% of the 2.5 hours I waited in line was there still only 2 attendants helping check people in. Because of this, I missed my flight."

Charging for water is unexceptable. Food was ridiculously over price for horrible food.

Always a nice flight

Everything went well. Flight crew friendly, professional, and efficient. All on schedule. Full flight and still too many passengers who can’t seem to understand the boarding process, but that’s not on the airline. Wish Allegiant offered more flights from Moline as I’d love to use them more. Also would be great for a first class option. I use United most of the time and prefer the first when I can get it.

It was a creaky plane that felt unstable.

The crew was great. seats were small. Plane was late both going and coming. Waited both times upon arrival to get to a gate. Not too bad on arrival to Flint. Worse at Punta Gorda. No entertainment on board, but didn’t expect any. The flight itself once we got in the air was good.

Due to delays on the first leg of the trip from DC to Denver, the connecting flight was missed. This is understandable on its own, as I have no expectation that a second flight would be held for me. However, the fact that Frontier, as an organization, feels ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER to assisting their customers in arriving to their ultimate destination in a timely manner means they will never, EVER, get my money again. To make matters worse, the two options they DID offer, were unacceptable: 1) Offered a flight to an airport an hour away from my destination & 2) Offered a flight to my actual destination...two days later (in the airport on Tuesday; they offered to get me on a flight to my destination Thursday) AND this offer with absolutely no assistance regarding sleeping arrangements for TWO NIGHTS. In short, trip was complicated for which I do not blame Frontier. However, their complete lack of customer service to a paying customer ultimately has cost them future customers. My family travels frequently and I will certainly advise any and all persons I know NOT TO EVER TRAVEL ON FRONTIER AIRLINES! I will, however, recommend the FAR MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY DELTA airlines)"

When I went online to check in, I kept receiving "error" messages. Once I arrived at the airport there was a long line of people waiting to check in. NO ONE was using the check in kiosks for the same reason they could not check in online. As a customer, I expect to have the availablility of resources when checking in online. This is how I always check in. Your technical issues is irresponsible on Frontier's end. When I was finally greeted by the agent, she said that there was 41 minutes until departure and that I could not check in my bags. I asked if I could put my bag onto another flight. She said that after 9/11, they do not allow passengers to board flights without their bags. I asked to speak to her manager. She tried calling the manager who was not picking up her phone. After she got ahold of the manager, it took her ten minutes to come down. I asked Frontier's manager, Brehona why it took her ten minutes. She was immediately offended and rude. she did not even try to assist me. She told me I needed to rebook and could not waive a $99 booking fee. This was a lie. I called Frontier's customer service to at least have the $99 fee waived because it was not my fault I did not make the flight. I was on time. In comparison, I have been in a similiar situation (with a different and much better airline) where the manager was where she was supposed to be, which was behind the counter actually doing her job managing. The other airlines manager was able to go outside and contact other people to get my bags onto the flight. With Frontier's manager, she made zero effort to assist me. On top of that, she notated on my account that she was not removing the $99 fee. This fee IS waivable, especially under the circumstances that I was in: my flight was delayed twice, I missed the cut off time by two minutes and that time increased due to the manager's behavior and untimelines responses to her employees. because the Frontier's manager Brehona made that notation, I could not have the fee waived because they do not override decisions of other managers. I had to book a new flight and pay the $99 fee. I confronted Brehona and told her that the fee is refundable and customer service was going to refund me if it were not for Brehona's notation. She lied that she did not make that notation. I told her that I knew she did. She admitted to it then went crazy and said I cannot get on my second flight that I just booked!!! She called security to try to kick me out. Of course I wasn't kicked out of the airport because I didn't violate any laws. Brehona provided me with bad service, created a hostile environment for me and was going on a power trip harassing me and refusing me flights. I called Frontier's customer service and they told me that my flight was non-refundable. Worst experience of my life. I will never fly with Frontier again!"
