Then get an e-mail at 1:45 am the day of my flight which was scheduled for 7 am that the pricing value was incorrect and my booking was canceled. I flew from New York to California where I was going to get a connecting flight the next day but my connecting flight purchase was terminated. I have never experienced this and I was left stranded and unable to get to my destination. I had transportation waiting for me and I had to find out the morning of my flight. All I got was an e-mail stating they tried to reach me but that was a LIE because I did not receive any phone calls. The flight I booked was booked right away so no time elapsed for the price to go up. When I called to complain to the company they were unable to help me and no supervisor or manager was available. I was told to call back in 3 hours for someone to assist me but that I was not going to be able to get on my flight because now, the morning of my flight the price was $200 more then what was advertised when booking. This is unacceptable and unprofessional."

Other airlines require they are filled before they fly. This particular flight was very, very warm and stuffy. The air that was blowing from above us was warm/hot the entire flight. Most of the passengers were sniffling and/or coughing by the end of the flight just because of the heat. Maybe it's a ploy to make people buy their overpriced beverages..."

Once chaanged, there was another delay to fuel the plane, then another delay to wait for another passenger to be added on this already 1.5 hour late flight. Once in the air, even basic things like menus to make basic snack & soft drink choices from were foregotten. It's clearly apparent they were never prepared for departure of the first flight of the day."

Though I had verified on my boarding pass i had a service animal she continued to question me whether or not my dog was a service animal. I told her that the American Disability Act does not require me to show identification to anyone, that the only thing she is legally to ask is what type of service animal and what she is trained to do. Anybody can go on google and get a service animal vest and identification by many false companies without even presenting their dog to someone. She threatened to call the captain and i told her to go ahead. Instead she came back with what im guessing was a frontier handbook showing me that i was require to have a vest and id. I told her that that was not correct and she swore up and down that was federal law... a frontier handbook.. federal law. The american disibiliy act is federal. She humilated me in fromt if everyone in the back of the plane. I was si upset. I have hearing aids because of my hearing loss. My service animal is a hearing dog and i take her everywhere with me because she alerts me to things around me that i cannot hear. She is my doorbell, my ringtone, my alarm when i cant hear those things. She eventually let it go after humilating me and completly upsetting me. No one with a service animal should ever have to go through that, my 6 hour flight was the longest flight in my life. Was so uncomfortable being there after that run in with her. I had already checked her in as a service animal at the front gate whybshe felt the need to get in my face about it, i dont know! Trust me, i will be following up with this."

Pros: "They clearly explain you may only bring a backpack, so this airline is for young low maintenance people taking a short flight from the weekend or something. Anyone complaining about baggage fees is irrelevant because they explain to you 25+ times about buying carryon luggage separately if you need it. Even when printing out a boarding pass they reming you again, its impossible to miss the warnings if you are literate, yet I still see people at the gate acting clueless when they are asked to pay for their carry-on, stupidity or rushing is not the airlines fault. Now why do I think this air line is better than JetBlue? They are 1000000x less harassing. someone needs to buy JetBlue flight attendants a sudoku book or something so on the early morning or late night flights they don't have to keep harping on the intercom every 3 seconds and waking you up. Frontier turns out the lights for the majority of the flight and the intercoms are quiet and you can actually sleep on their planes unlike any terrible JetBlue flight. If you travel often as I do, this is so important to me and I would never book JetBlue again for how aggravating they are. Even frontiers online booking process is simpler."

They actually held every Frontier flight from Denver so all of those passengers were pissed. I will NEVER fly them again. When they say they are CHEAP they mean CHEAP ALL THE WAY AROUND. Even the pilot suggested we write Frontier and complain. Sounds like they have major issues."

I have to say the majority of people around me were expressing the same sentiments. I was also assigned the middle seat in the very last aisle. A flight attendant moved me to a better seat as soon as he could. I was very happy it was only a 2 hour flight."

While boarding that flight, the gate attendant announced the Captain was on the wrong plane so passengers deplaned and started over. Our gate changed eventually. When arriving, our gate wasn't ready, and the crew had difficulty pulling in. We had a 2 hour delay with 40 minutes waiting for our baggage. Very poor communication. We found out more info on line than at gate. This was coming home. My story getting to Chicago on Frontier was as bad if not worse. Many other stories were being shared as well. Sad to see an airline that fought so hard to survive treat their loyal customers like this."

There was absolutely no entertainment - no movies, music, phones, not even a magazine and hardly a place to store one. You are charged for all food and beverages. You are charged for all baggage except one small personal item as well as your choice of seating which it is wise to pick when you make your reservation. A carry on is a bit more than a checked bag."

With all the hidden fees you can fly a regular airline for the same price and keep your dignity. Last flight with frontier ever."
