I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."

Allegiant posted an initial delay of 30 minunutes but then, when there was a further 2 hour delay due to a problem with the plane in Vegas Allegiant didn't update the time. (G4 568 was showing a two hour delay, with a 1010 arrival into STS but Allegiant never updated the departure time for 569 to reflect the additional two hour delay.) It wasn't until I called that it got updated and when I called I had to point out that the airplane hadn't even left Vegas and Allegiant was still showing an 8:50 departure time. It also took the reservation agent over 20 minutes to get any information about what was going on. Lastly each and every time I call I was on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes before being able to speak to a person"

I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. Cons: "I was "late" meaning i made it to the gate before my zone boarded and I was charged a late fee of $10 for not making it to the airport 45 min before my flight. Because i was "late", again i put late in quotations because i made it to the gate before boarding, spirit airlines recorded that I was not present on that flight. I only found this out when i got the the airport for my return flight (1 1/2 hours before take off) and the counter staff informed my that i had "missed" my original flight and was absolutely not allowed to take the return flight i had paid for because i "missed" the first flight of my round trip ticket. I was given the option of buying another ticket or calling customer service with my own cell phone. When i asked if they could call or patch me through to customer service, the spirit employee said "no i can not do that." I quickly found out that their customer service is completely automated and just refers you back to the useless spirit airlines website. I then told the counter attendant that the customer service 800 number was automated and neither that nor the website (which i had to create an account with to receive any information at all about my reservation) had provided me with any information about my flight. The spirit employee had the nerve to tell me i was wrong and another argument ensued, to an end in which the spirit employee finally relented and called the manager on a walky talky. Then, finally, after at least 10 minutes of entering the wrong information into the computer they put me on stand by and let me proceed to security. I will say it again, spirit airlines is a scam, how they operate should be illegal and i will never ever give them a single penny for the rest of my life."
