Wish there were more complimentary drinks available - only had water and apple juice. Also - no snacks were provided during the flight, but we were offered some items as we exited the plane.

No negatives. Crew was great, flight was on time and there were no crazy passengers. 🤩

It might not have been their fault, but there was a two hour delay due to weather. Then we boarded and were about to leave when they said there were more problems at the destination, took us back to the gate where we had to fully deplane. But then five minutes later, they said everything was fine and to get back on the plane. This was the part that pissed everybody off.

Affirmed my disability by allowing me to board when most accessible. Very parable, helpful and friendly staff. Smooth flight overall! I always fly Alaska when possible! Thank you!

They treat me well because of my one world status. Crew is attentive and professional. One of the best airlines out there.

I was seating in 26A and the children in 27A and B were kicking me non-stop. They kicked me for hours nonstop and the parents refused to get off their phones or correct them. I kindly asked multiple times and got screamed at by the mom that her son is disabled. I told her I get it, but that I matter too and she is responsible for her child. He then kicked me so hard my drink spilled. Not one crew member or other passenger said or did a thing. It was so horrible.

Lester and the rest of the crew were such a joy. Also, I want to thank the pilots for getting us there on time, and safely. My first amd only choice will always be Alaska Airlines.

man & woman back side flight attendant was very rude. I live in Seattle. I use a lot of time Alaska flights. I always like them for fact that my favorite airline employees very rude. It’s disappointing. .

My TSA pre check was left Off my boarding pass which was a large inconvenience.

I wasn’t assigned a seat until last minute even though I checked in 24 hours before the flight and was told I might not be able to get on the flight! The leg room and seat room in the flight was abysmal. The service both at boarding and on the flight was very mediocre and not particularly friendly.
