I was able to figure it out on the map option on the screen, but I would've liked to hear it verbally. Only suggestion I would have is an announcement on the plane for which baggage claim belt our luggage would come out of. I may not have heard it though, if there was an announcement. It was not difficult at all to figure out once I was in the baggage claim area, however if this was known while we were still on the flight, I prefer to know this info!"

Cons: "Well, it's always difficult when one has to change terminals and the plane is delayed. It's even harder for those of us with mobility issues. I use a knee scooter and I was in a lot of pain by the time we finally boarded. The crew seemed just a bit confused as to what was going to happen to my scooter, although it worked out just fine. I couldn't get the in-flight wifi to work either of my two devices, nor could my seat mate. :( We were served food very late in the fight -- I had about 15 minutes to eat before the seat tray had to be put up. But worst, my flight home has been cancelled and rescheduled for a much later flight. As mobility device user, I'm limited on who can pick me up and when. This means an over two hour wait for my pick up person, which is very hard on a one-legged person. I asked Alaska if they would be willing to waive the fee for a different flight when I can get a prompt pick up person with room for my mobility device. They said they would not. I'm a little surprised, as Alaska claims to be ADA and military friendly. I'm not sure I'll fly Alaska again."

I think it was caused by the hard seats, The bag of ice melted, and because it did not have a double bag the water leaked causing me to get all wet. I requested a towel and got a pack of paper napkins which were not enough to dry anything at all. I was told by staff that there were not any real towels on board. I think this is a serious problem. All this made the trip unpleasant and I got off the airplane all wet. All my clothes and coat were very wet.' Marta"

Price of Alaska economy ticket no less than their next competitor (i.e., Hawaiian Air, etc.) on the same flight route offering meal service. May want to rethink pricing model?"

It couldve been because it was the 0700 flight. Older plane. Its one with one big screen in the middle and tiny little screens scattered throughout. Didnt show a movie - instead showed clips of hawaiian singers. Chairs were rickety and hard to lay back or put forward."

Asked for a better seat n got the seat next to the restroom. It was literally 5 1/2 hours on a flying toilet with people constantly in and out the whole trip. I should at least been warned."

They had no free entertainment at all not even a movie for everyone on the main monitors. They asked for volunteers to check their bags and I volunteered and when I made a connecting flight to Kauai (final stop Oahu which is a 35 min flight) I tried to switch my flight to an earlier one because I realized That I had a four hour layover before my 35 min flight -_- and they said that I would have been able to but since I checked my carry on I couldn't. And they said it was because my bag would get there much later than me - which I was upset about but understood. Fast forward 4 1/2 hours later and I land on Oahu. My bag is sitting at the terminal because it came over on a plane that got there before me. Totally unhappy - I fly to California and back almost every month and I've never had an experience like this"

Everyone had just finished getting on the plane at this point, and the Captain said it'd be fixed in under an hour, so those who wanted to leave or stay on the plane, could leave or stay. However, for some reason, everyone (+all our baggage) had to get off the plane about 15 after minutes after this announcement, and the flight ended up being delayed by ~2-2.5 hours. There was no compensation."

During online check-in, 3 of us were scattered about the plane and the other 2 were not even assigned seats. NO ONE at customer service was able to assist us over the phone nor at in person check-in. It was not resolved until we got to the gate and we were divided onto 2 different groups."

We ended up having 6 hour delay arriving at 1 am. This added so much stress that I lost all the energy I absorbed in Maui. Cons: "Kayak a howed my gate as something that didn’t exist at the terminal. I went to a kayak help desk to have a ticket printed that showed my TSA precheck because it wasn’t showing on my mobile ticket, and no one was there to help. I waisted for 10 mins. It then took me nearly 2 hours to get through security. I asked if I could get through quicker and was told I could not, despite it being passed my boarding time. I then ran to my gate where I waited for another 10 mins (no one was there, again) and then an employee came out and said they couldn’t let anyone board once the door was shut. He then directed me to the delta help desk (there was at least 20 people behind me who missed their flight). I then had to pay an additional $75 to get a later flight. Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity."

Got to watch bag handlers throw and drop luggage like true gorillas. Delta, this time you truely are the worst. Wont book you again."

I'mover 6' tall and middle seats are painful, especially cross country. Airlines need to be a little more attentive to their customers' needs. If a passenger is taller than average, and the flight is more than 60 minutes, provide comfortable seating at no extra charge. If a customer has a short layover, which their system knows about since it is the sourve of the flight plans, put the customer toward the front of the aircraft since these flights are habitually late and customers end up having to sprint through airports to try to make connections."

Pros: "Because I was unwilling to pay for seat selection, I was prepared to be separated from my husband and stuck in a middle seat. To my pleasant surprise, the agents put us in the same row by ourselves."
Cons: "Better directional signage in both the SFO and Las Vegas airports (arrivals). Las Vegas is a huge airport, requiring a tram to get to the passenger pick-up, even with directions it was confusing and not obvious. In SFO, half the plane walked halfway down the concourse in the wrong direction because of lack of signage and it looks like the right way to go. Drop Kiwi as a third-party for domestic flights, their customer service is clueless, handling charges absurd and flight requirements unnecessary."
Cons: "Website would not let me check in the day before or the morning or my flight. There was an error every time and I almost got to the end once. I could not change the time of my transportation and arrived 10 minutes past the check in deadline (an hour prior to the flight taking off). I was refused access to the flight and offered a flight 5 hours later. The staff was rude and not helpful. I had heard negative things about Frontier and now I know why."

On the way back we had to wait over 45 minutes for the plane in our gate to move out of the way so we can get in."
Cons: "The seats are barely glorified lawn chairs, and the crew was extremely insensitive to the fact that the flight took off over 5 hours late and while most people were trying to sleep, they were loud, kept the lights on and were uapologetic that the flight was so ridiculously late. There were children and infants on that flight with exhausted parents who had to take off at 2am instead of 8:50pm. It was awful. Plus you have to pay for a carry on? Ridiculous. I never want to fly Frontier again."

Loud crew with obnoxious lights on during a very delayed flight that became a red eye. Why pay more for seats near the loud crew who doesn't take in the fact that we're all tired. You want to sell food? Choose better items. My $3.99 coffee could at least have more than a powder non-dairy creamer. Flight price is so deceiving when you charge for everything on top of it, including where I sit. Lame, awful, corporate money grubbing mentality. I'll stick with southwest (I later learned they had had fewer options for once because they actually considered that a runway was closed)."

That meant the overhead space was unused and they were just charging more just to be inconvenient. The plane was stripped barebones. The crew were rude, did not smile, and gave me attitude for hitting my elbow with the drink cart. They charge for even getting a soft drink. Nothing about the experience said "we're serving you." It's worse flying a more expensive airline because the rediculous bag fees make it just as expensive and even things that should be free like pleasant staff were lacking."

The flight crew was practically unnoticeable. Not even sure what the crew did. It simply is nothing positive that I can say about Frontier. I will even go further to say that if I see Frontier on Kayak, I will not even use Kayak again."

Unfortunately, my checked bag didn't arrive in SFO, where I was connecting on to a flight to Hawaii. Happily, when I asked to speak with a Frontier representative at SFO to notify them of the lost bag the rep arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional. She arranged for my bag to be overnight FEDEXed (at Frontier's expense) to my hotel in Honolulu. I couldn't have had better service."

Overall this has been a horrible experience and I will be tell everyone I know and even people I don't know via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and snap chat about my experience . I was hit and then verbally abused by a gentlemen on the plane, they laughed and did nothing!!!!! 4. They only allow 15 bags on their plane! After 15, they will move your bags to a different plane without telling you. What kind of nonsense is that?!"

"We have been having problems with the ground crew" was the courteous response I got from the person at SFO who took my lost baggage complaint. He was not at all suprised that I didn't arive with my bag having checked in two hours early for an hour long flight."

Cons: "- Flights are even more cramped than normal - the trays barely hold the beverage cup - no in flight entertainment - bringing a carry-on costs money - my return flight was delayed hours in advance, but frontier still required passengers to be in the airport - updates were few and far between and provided no concrete information - after being in the airport for 5 hours they just cancelled the flight and forced us to wait in the ticket line to rebook the flight which was another couple hours from start to finish - frontier refused to give hotel vouchers to people with in-state licenses, even if they lived hours away - after finally arriving back home, there was no gate ready for us and we had to park and/or taxi for at least another half hour - in both directions there were unruly children (not babies) YELLING on the plane without any comments or effort to quiet them by the flight crew or their parents"

Here's why: No TSA Pre-Check. This aspects alone is a deal breaker. Pay for carry-on bag AND IT COSTS $40. Pay for beverages, snacks. Seats don't recline - "pre-reclined for your maximum comfort." Whatever Tray table is metal and tiny. You couldn't even fit an iPad mini on it, let alone a lap top. So, I put my MacBook on my lap to work, but it's uncomfortable, MacBook slides off. You're hitting the person next to you with your elbows. AND I have to take off my jacket, to protect my MacBook against hitting the metal tray table, so I got cold. No internet. It's 2016. No internet. It's 2016. Never again."

RETURN - again confusion for me and others as gate changed and no gate personnel at kiosk for quite awhile They don't even give a pretzel snack on these flights."

Cons: "Our luggage did not arrive at our destination. It was an absolute nightmare to get it back!! I had to call the airline about 50 times, where most of the calls were not answered. I had to keep calling and following up. When the luggage did come they only delivered one of the 2 pieces. The calling marathon had to be resumed most of which went unanswered! We finally had to rely on the delivery company to provide alternate numbers where there was a possibility to get an answer. Absolute nightmare!!! Never never will I travel this airline."
Cons: "I was helping my mother - in - law check in and board - she needed wheel chair assistance. We were in line to drop off a bag that we had checked in online an hour before the flight. There were 5 people in the line with only 2 reps helping. Since I hadn't printed the boarding pass, I tried to print the pass at the self-help kiosks getting the message that I needed to see an agent. The cut-off for checked in baggage is 45 mins before the flight, however the reps were making no effort to expedite the service. In 15 mins they had helped 2 people making us the 3rd in line and the line had grown to an additional 5-6 people behind us. 45 mins before the flight they refused to take in any bags for checking - in. Since I was able to take the checked in bag with me, I asked that the agent print the boarding pass for my mother in law and call for wheel chair assistance. The agent called for wheel chair assistance but refused to print the boarding pass! The one thing that the ticketing / check in agent should be able to do is to print a boarding pass for a reservation that is fully paid. Because of this my mother in law had to miss her flight and we paid an additional $99 to get onto the next flight. I was so taken aback when the agent refused to print the boarding pass, that I did not even know how to convince her to do her job. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with any airline!"

Like baggage: you can't take on more than one free, tiny check-in without paying at least $35, if not much more. Uncomfortable seats. The flight was 3 hours late when a neighbor flight to the same city (on Southwest) took off on time, and so they gave us this lame $10 voucher to appease us, and yet we couldn't use it anywhere, just pissing you off more. They wouldn't accept it at the airport or on the plane, so, what the heck?"
